What prevents me from launching a Kamikaze (even though i know i´m going to die after)Nuclear attack and destroy the World with thousands of nuclear missiles and bombs launched from my stealth bombers and missile silos?

Anti-missile defenses, sheer scale, and economic reality. A nation with 212 million people, even with a "frightening"-level economy would not be able to muster enough nuclear force to totally destroy a single nation of a billion people. It could cripple the hell out of it, but not destroy it outright. And NS has hundreds of billions of people in thousands of nations; it simply wouldn't be possible for any nation to do that.

Also, stealth bombers can be shot down, especially if the other nation fields ways to detect them and its own stealth aircraft, whose pilots would be far better at detecting stealth aircraft inflight due to their own experience. And if your enemy can launch before you can, they could possibly cripple a lot of your first-strike capabilities, greatly reducing damage.

but don´t forget that multi warhead nuclear balistic missiles cant be stopped,for example in the real world the USA does not have a defense system to shoot down nuclear missiles from Russia,because simply there are too much of them to be stopped,and also dont forget that 2,000 high powered nuclear missiles would destroy the US,or even leave China unhospitable

Except that NS isnt real life and the ABM systems here are light-years ahead of the real-world.

Yes, but many NS nations are close to the MT/PMT barrier. A MIRV would not be as effective in this setting because missile defenses are far more advanced by this point and designed to reduce the risk of a nuclear strike.

And still, you just wouldn't be capable of taking down more than a single nation with such a strike. You could hurt them, but not destroy them.

NS =/= real life.

And most NS nations have a military budget bigger than the entrety of the entire RL world, which would make it extremely difficul for a small nation such as yours to destroy a large nation such as a nation created in 2002 or 2003 as well as most nations made in 2004 and 2005.

Just a note, most people use Economy calculators to judge if a player is godmoding or not. I normally use NStracker and NSEconomy. Although it seems like they are having problems as of right now so another alternative is Sunset RPG's NS Calculator. Also, endorcements are done on a Region by Region basis. So someone say in my region cannot endorce someone from your region. And I cannot endorce you as we are not in the same region.

its been tried repeatly, there was a big trend for that sort of thing way back in 04/05 (i remeber the moon dodging more than one attempt to destroy it or ram it into the earth). the result of this is that destroy the world thigns get more or less auto ignored. it saved time with dealing with sorting out those antions that had rped with you in the past and accepted your existance and those nations which hadn't and which of the many natiosn on NS could be bothered with having RPs riuned.

On the technical side, the power of MIRV equipped ICBMs in RL is that currently there is no real way to intercept them in the boost phase prior to warhead seperation, but in NS there are more than enough wanked and not so wanked ways of doign this essepcailly if more than a couple fo coutnries got together to concentrate their defences...

To answer the original question, the biggest barrier to destroying the world is the sheer size of the NS world. If you were to launch a barrage of missles at me, I'd use my anti-missle defenses, which BTW are a lot better than anything in the RW. Your attack would surely hurt me, but it probably wouldn't kill me, and since I'm 10X your size, my counter-attack would surely destroy you. There are probably thousands of nations 3-4X MY size, and quite a few that are closer to 5X my size. There's no way a single nation could destroy everyone.

Although i must admit the portuguese regiments of the light brigade did aquit themselves fairly well during the peninsular campaign, although not as famously as the rifle regiments.
