Type of Government: Zisea is an Empire ruled by the hereditary Emperor from the Imperial House who is the oldest child, regardless of gender, of the previous Emperor (or Empress). There are several Royal Houses beneath them and they serve various purposes. There is also the democratically elected Senate who, if they deem necessary, can remove the Emperor from power and pass the title on to the next in line. In addition, if the entire Imperial House is ruled to be ineffective after several bad rulers, they can be put down into Royal House status while another Royal House will be voted into the position of Imperial House.

Summary: Zisea is a nation with a powerful techno-industrial complex built on its resources such as oil and metals. It has many well developed cities and is host to powerful corporations that thrive in the free market. Zisea is not overtly conquering, but if it sees its chance it does not hesistate to increase the size of its borders. The current Emperor, Necrantis, is human but has most likely been enhanced through various means.
