Nerom has created a great state owned railway that can be used for comerical and military transport. If any country wishes to connect their railway with mine or if you want us to create a railway in your country or if you wish us to transport something

Nerom nervous of her neighbours has created a fortress along the her short border with the Italian Social republic. The fortress is mainly of trenches with some pillboxes and artillery bases. I have stationed 1st and 2nd rifle divisions in this area. I will be building more soon.

The Research centre has come up with a replacement of the maxim, the Marin machine gun. It is in the testing phrase and it will take a month before it will sart to reach front line units

The Miltia has been called up and 2nd Corps have been rushed to the border with The Italian Social Republic to join with 1st and 2nd Divisions. The Engineers have started to create even more trenches and defense, Some have even placed land mines. When will the costal guns get here.
The defensive trenches consist of concrete pillboxes, normal trenches dug in a zig zag and concrete dugouts (the same as the ones actualy used by the germans in ww1)

The Handing out of the new gas mask has begun with 2nd corps fully issued and next month (day) 1st corps will be fully equipped

The Marin machine gun is now fully handed out to 1st corps. The research centre has been give the task of developing a chemical weapon(not for sale) and at least starting to deploping in a month, the centre has received The Battalion of Foreign Service to defend the base. If i do not post tomorrow i will have 20 tonnes of Chlorine and 700 Tear gas grenades all with 2nd corps

the chemical weapons program has been shut down we now have 250 tonnes of chlorine. Also the foreign Battalion has been disbanded and we are forming an Airship Battalion under the flying corps. My plan is to create two Airships stats are

As two nations unfairly brutalizied by the "greater" powers of the world, it seems apparent to me that we must stand togeather against our sea of sorrows. Nerom, as we see, like ourselves is under the heel of great powers and needs allies to establish it's self as a rightful power. Today we offer a pact which will benefit both of us, Waldenburg has been attacked through the air, by ships not distinguishing between civilian and military targets. As I am sure you have guessed it is after your airforce I look, it is renowned on the continent and should be put to use to stop such vile enemies from getting and stronger. If a foriegn service were set up where in Neromnian citizens "volunteered" to protect unarmed civilians in Waldenburg, the world would think no worse the either of us. Despite our enemies of course who would greatly fear the rumble in sky marked by Nerom's air force.

In return for any volunteering soldiers or planes, we will pay the Neromian governemnt a fee for every plane arriving and assisting in our defense, not to mention any spoils of war any of your citizens came across while serving in Waldenburg. Also as Waldenburg shall win this war if your services are promised to us we will grant you any posessions taken by us from the Illarian Empire, it is a rightful due to any ally who stands against tyranny. I hope you shall accept, and pray that it is realized what the world has come to when Royal ambassadors are shot at, when civilians are brutally murdered, and when nations attack others without consequence.

OOC This means basically send us yor airforce, and will give you war materials (A bit hard considering we're goint to be under blockade and, you don't have any deep water ports but we'll try) and money in exchange. This happens all to often most memorably in WWII where many sides were sending materials and men to Spain and not techincally ar war with each other.
