Kansiov to Invade Herel soon

After a series of border disputes, the Kansiovian Government had enough. The dispute over the Blacksea waters and the lack of an effective Government in Herel made the Kansiovian Government unhappy and angered. already 4 Divisions Including the Blacksea Cossack have been stationed near the Kansiovian-Herel Border and Bomber Airships are taking off for bombing run pratices.

"ETA to war?"
"2 weeks"

The Kansiovian navy is on full alert, any Herel ship getting too close to Kansivian waters will be sunk to the bottom of the sea.

"Dear god, more war-mongering? Is it the disease of Europe in these times?"

"Well, so it would seem. Kansiov is getting antsy."

"We do nothing. Too far away, and we have no real interests in the region. Hang fire on it, and follow the line that Bautzen takes; they actually have interests in the region."

According to treaties previously signed between Waldenburg and Kasinov, any nation declaring hostilities against the nation of Kasinov for any reason shall be considered an enemy of the Waldenburg Empire. Though perhaps untimely Kasinov has our complete support in this matter, we shall continue to support those we have promised protection to.

Guns of Kansiov to draw 1st blood

4 Battries opened fire on Herel territory, Airships took off for their bombing runs on the Capital and 4 Divisions advance, Blacksea Cossack advance in the North as they race West then south the other 3 mad a series of pincer attacks on the border area, the plan was Mj. Genreal's elite Cossacks to race from the north securing towns and cities and helping the other 3 slow moving divisions advance to the Capital.

OOC: what is this inactive guy does not reply?

OOC: Kansiov I think he's been inactive for a while he's just not important enough to matter.

The Prime Minister noded and turned to look at his aid. "Did you add that bit about their new war to the note?"

"Good, now we wait make sure Admiral Smith is ready to receive our instructions."

To: The government of Kansiov
Good sirs we applaud you on defending your rights against the vile government of Herel. However, we cannot condone your collaboration with an enenmy of Bautzen. We must ask you to comply with international regulations and either expel the Waldenburger Black Fleet from your territorial waters, or inpound their ships and their crews. If you are unable to do this then I am affraid that we will be forced to enter your territorial waters and destroy them ourselves. Any attempt to block such an action on our part will be seen a your compromising your neutrality and will be met with lethal force by the forces of Bautzen. One never wishes for war, but I assure you, that Bautzen is ready to fight one if it should arrive.

OOC: Sorry I didnt respond earlier to this I got so wraped up in my own war I wasnt paying attention to what was happening in my own back door. If no reponse is given in a weeks time I will assume that you refused.
