The Telrosian Imperium Factbook

Nation Quickfacts

National Name: The Grand Telrosian Imperium

Unofficial Name: Telrosian Imperium, the Imperium, the Empire, the Telrosian Empire.

Government Type: Imperial Parliamentary Democracy

Head of Government: Emperor Nathan Avarei the Third/Lord Speaker Carithos

Legislative Body: Imperial Parliament

Nation Info

Government: The Imperium is currently slowly switching from an autocracy with the Emperor holding complete power and what he wanted came into effect; instead, a two-power system was being put into effect. The Emperor would hold the same office as one likened to that of Prime Ministers and Presidents of other countries, the Executive office. However, this time, he would have equal power with the Parliament, more specifically the Lord Speaker of the Parliament, who would represent the will of the people in the meetings with the Emperor, as well as during any foreign negotiations. This change has come about due to several strings of insane or bad emperor's who have terrorized the nation and abused their power. And now, with NPE backing, the people have demanded that the newly coronated Emperor Nathan Avaeri the Third, enact democratic reforms to change the government and allow the people some say in what direction they want their nation to go, as well as to provide a check on the power of the Emperor.

Fortunately, for the Imperium, the Emperor has seen fit to bow to the people's will and has begun putting into place the two-power system, with aid from the NPE. The New Prussian Empire, which has brought all this about, is all contributing immensely to the government as the nations in this alliance have been helping to teach the nation how to run, and build, a democratic system.

OOC: Just a note: That's a lot of planes...55k CAS, 110k fighters, 500 transports, 48 AWACS, and 120 tankers...

That's a whole lot of the first two. 1 million in the AF for a net 10 million military is fine, but to get over 160k planes, you'd need a lot more than 1 million personnel alone. Realistically, there's probaly about a 15-1 to 20-1 support personnel to pilots in a quality air force (if you want a lesser air force quality but more pilots, go 10-1 and you may be able to make it work)-support including fuel personnel, mechanics and technicians, engineers, command staff, base duty personnel, meteorologists, and much more.

A lot of that looks pretty good as a start, though.

Note: if you didn't want posts, I'll delete this one

Uhhh.....I....

....

This kind of stuff made it impossible the last time I tried to get into MT. I have no fricking clue how to determine how many planes and pilots I have. I was working of a ratio that TPF gave me for my planes....

Um, I said that for every pilot, you should have 6-10 ground crew.

Well, the thing is, AB, my air is my weakest and my focus is CAS and fighters.

Look, for everyone looking at this, I am F***ing confused with this right now. It s lots of math, which I hate and its a system I dont even understand yet. So, I am trying to make this as simple as possible.

I can TG you some quick tips if you need, to give you some basics. If anything, I'd worry about military last.

I agree with you about math sucking, though :P
