A Retreat from Isolation

After over a decade of closed borders and internal power-play, Dregruk has returned to the international plate. After the collapse of the Militarist regime at the close of the Third Falasturian War, and the demise of Warchief Grimzag, the nation has rebuilt its cities, reformed its government and allowed the growth of a government-funded corporation, the Mercer Trading Company.

We no longer seek to expand our borders through military force; rather, we're on the lookout for potential trading partners. Our current exports are Ghastian Whisky and military surplus (OOC: Don't use 'em at the same time!).

For any further information, enquire within.

(OOC: Really just a simple intro; coming back out of hiatus, fancy doing more international RP'ing than the character stuff I did years ago.

Edit: Should add, I'm MT/PMT)

On behalf of the nation of Vetalia, I wish to extend diplomatic ties between our nations. As you may already know, Vetalia is one of the world leaders in technology and our companies offer state-of-the-art products in fields as diverse as biotechnology, neural interfaces, and graphene semiconductors, and we would be exceptionally interested in opening relations with your nation.

Our $176 trillion economy offers an abundant consumer market for your nation's products, and our excellent infrastructure, skilled workers, and simplified flat-tax structure all make investment in Vetalia a wise decision for any foreign business.

We would be willing to further discuss trade, embassy exchange, and any other agreements upon acceptance of this memorandum of understanding.

Thank you,

Achilles Tullio, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation
The Imperial Federation of Dai Yuddha Ossyria

The Ossyrian Federation is more than willing to establish economic and diplomatic relations between our two nations. I believe that there is a very strong market for your Ghastian Whiskey. If you were to be more specific regarding the military surplus you mentioned then we might also be interested in that field.

We have a very well developed petroleum and natural gas industry if you wish to trade, as well as cement, iron and construction materials, among other things.

As requested, the information on our military surplus has been made available for all interested parties:

The Cronholm-Lofte Bolt Action Rifle: (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Cronholm-Lofte#.27.27.27Cronholm-Lofte.27.27.27)
$200

The Frinchak Infantry Assault Rifle (FIAR): (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/FIAR)
$450

These are currently the only surplus items we are comfortable with selling; once we replace our armour divisions and air force, we will have more to offer in terms of vehicles.

To: Ambassador from Dregruk

Our military has recently undergone extensive restructuring. As a result we have currently available an unused fleet of 2 000 F-14 Tomcat interceptors which would fill a defensive role extremely well. If your government is interested in taking some or all of these aircraft off our hands as part of your plan to build up your air force, I would be only too happy to put you in contact with the Ministry for Defence. I am sure you would be offered a highly discounted price.
