TBUOR
Notification: Doctrine and laws may change accordingly to the controlled party members, and may affect those that are seen as members. Lack of information regarding one subject may be the cause of lack of access to certain information within a party, and we reserve the right, should any nation wish, to prevent any form of publicly released information towards any form of media. Also, notification of certain decrees and activities within the sect are subject to change with little or without notice, and is highly expected a certain degree of participation is required. Information gathered are solely towards the private body, and will not be sold to any third parties.

As a nation that has frequently been in it's own share of religious strifes, Jenrak will be creating a different organization than SWORD (Sovereign World of Religious Domains), mainly coinciding with the unity of different religious beliefs as a whole. Through three main goals, the TBUOR hopes to regularly uphold the following:

[1] Defense of religious bodies and acceptance of refugees of religious persecution and / or provide relief towards nation suffering due to religious tolerance.

[2] The global aid and political agreement on the diversity of religious beliefs and doctrines, as well as economic assistance when required towards nations suffering due to religious turmoil.

[3] The advancement of theology and general goodwill messages of religion in a general sense to promote peace and unity within the governing world.

Because of these three main laws, TBUOR will be the main defense of religious bodies against other nations or entities hoping to either;

[A] Change the diversity and / or religious beliefs of one such nation with force.

[B] Harm of the nation's religious influence through any form of military action, whether it be serious or not.

As such, members of the TBUOR should not expect anything in return. An organization bent on the continued and guaranteed survival of theology throughout the ages, the main purpose of TBUOR is to simply ensure that religion is not harmed for future generations. War concerning economic, social or political reasons will not affect the standings within the TBUOR. Any action against a fellow member that would not harm religion as a whole is not seen as a break of doctrine.

However, a move seen as a harm by the general consensus of the TBUOR organization will be seen as a legitimate reason to act against one nation. Should it be a small incident, the action will be asked for intervention or assistance in resolving the problem. Should the nation decline for any intervention, there will be no required intervention or assistance. However, should the nation decline for any intervention regarding a serious matter, direct or indirect intervention economically, politically, socially or forcefully will be set to ensure proper defense of one's religion.

Divine Mandates to nations will not be ensured a seat on the throne by TBUOR. Instead, they will be given an insurance of amnesty and / or refuge within any willing members within the TBUOR, given that there are willing members. Divine Mandates that regularly oppress the populace are not eligible for action, though attempt to change doctrine within the nation's religious body is, and if action is allowed by general consensus, there will be proper action against such a mandate.

Nations going to war must not go to war to harm religious beliefs. As such, shrines, temples, churches, mosques, synagogues and all other buildings of religious worship are to be treated kindly and without harm. Should any TBUOR member fail to acknowledge the existence of another monument of another faith, then appropriate action from fellow TBUOR will be taken into effect, whether it be religious, economic, social, political or forceful. As such, cases regarding will be viewed by general consensus.

Doctrines and changes towards the decrees will be watched by a general consensus. Should there be a need to change the doctrine, the voting will be placed with a backup ratio of 3:1. Vetoes will not apply to any member towards another member, and failure to acknowledge will result in political, social, economic, forceful or religious action.

Religious bodies are to leave religious issues entirely out of TBUOR member meetings. Tolerance of faith is required, including both pagan and satanic religious bodies. Also, should any form of hostility arrive between two religious bodies, investigation will be underway that may lead to religious, economic, social, political or forceful action against the singular entity or the national entity of said member or members.

Each member will be on equal standings with each other. Therefore, a general consensus will be the determining factor for each of the issues presented. An issue may only be presented by one member 3 times per day, to a maximum of 8 issues per week. Should an issue exceed, investigation into both the member and the issues will begin underway. Should an insufficient reason arise regarding the issues, and with acceptance of general consensus, disciplinary may be required.

Personality cults are not allowed.

Treaties regarding religious doctrines will be seen as independent bodies outside of the need of TBUOR interference.

TBUOR members wishing to leave will be required to fill out an Information Confidentiality Assurance (ICA) sheet, guaranteeing that any information will not be revealed to the general public regarding TBUOR in general or any of its members. Failure to comply even when after filling the sheet will provide its members with an applicable reason for economic, political, social or forceful reason to act against said nation and / or organization.

Terrorist organizations, Privately funded corporations, Clans, etc. are acceptable bodies to be within TBUOR, as long as it does not hinder the progress of religion as a whole.

Issues requiring TBUOR assistance against TBUOR member enemies for non-religious reasons will be given when required, though should any need for collaboration be required, then general consensus regarding the issue will determine whether TBUOR as a whole will enter into such a conflict.

This list will grow and be modified as per needed.

Regarding application, please specify religious body within any paragraph and body of text. Delegation is required, though resume of delegation is not needed. Nations applying will not be checked regarding military actions or reputation, but will be assessed via religious background. Any form of possible religious threat prevalent will be watched carefully before actual action is used against them, given general consensus.
