Hello. I'm Brian Martinez. This is a World News Network special report. We have breaking news of the independence of a new nation, the Republic of the Rainbow Islands.
The Rainbow Islands have gained independence from an aggressive dictatorial empire. They are embracing democracy and shunning authoritarianism, shunning war and imperialism, hoping to always be a peaceful nation.
An election will be held soon. These are the candidates:
The election included six candidates - Bugava from the radical left Socialist Party, Yunago from the left-wing Progressive Party, Ejani from the centrist Growth & Moderation Party, and Poynuvu from the center-right Conservative Party. The far right does not exist among the Rainbowese. They are far too civilized *stage crew laughs*.
