The holy empire of New Basilica is looking for recipients for its massive oil production. anyone interested in opening a trade route please post.

The factories and workers of Green Hawk can make large amounts of steel, iron and other types of metals. However, we lack oil. If you would like to trade oil for these metals then Green Hawk will glady open a trade route with New Basilica.

We are prepared to discuss trade relations with your nation. As you may already know, Vetalia is one of the world leaders in manufactured goods, information technology, robotics, biomechanics, and a significant number of other fields. However, our economy requires considerable amounts of energy to function and we like to tap all available sources to meet our needs.

As a result, we would be willing to sign a trade agreement between our nations to open up our markets to each other's products. We will eliminate any and all tariffs on Basilican oil in exchange for an elimination of tariffs on Vetalian machinery, information technology, and any other fields you feel are open to trade.

We also wish to discuss protecting Vetalian intellectual property, if piracy and industrial espionage are problems in your country.

New Basilica welcomes your offer, and yes, we do have a problem with terrorism in our country, but our military and police force is well equipped to deal with such situations. But they are more of a response team than a prevention one.
Also, would you be able to give us some more information about your biotechnology? New Basilica experiences frequent food shortages due to lack of farming land.

We are pleased with your interest in trading with us. Based upon projections from our Ministry of Natural Resources, we estimate our country will need to import 300,000 barrels per day of oil, with this increasing to 500,000 bpd next year and gradually rising to 1.2 million bpd within the next 15 years, after which it will likely fluctuate around this level.

Facilities to receive and unload this oil will be constructed by the private sector, and exports can begin as soon as our companies negotiate with yours and your government to receive them.

In regard to biotechnology, our companies eagerly anticipate investing in your agricultural sector. Also, the Vetalian Biotechnology Database is open to any universities and companies that wish to use it; this index of genetic strains, research reports, and experimental results is a valuable source of information as well as a starting point for your own research in to the field.
