The Empire of Dark Knight Industries would like to extend a hand of freindship to any willing countries in hopes of improving diplomatic relations. We are a economically strong country, and pride ourselves on our empowered industrial sector.

We have much space in the govermental sector which is open for setting up embasies, however, there are some rules that will follow.

Any diplomat convicted of a crime on our soil will be requested to be tried under our laws, HOWEVER, if a exact video transcript is given we will allow justice to be served on home soil.

We also envite the implementation of international companies on our soil. We have many open plots of factory space and very liberal workforce laws.

We allow a force of 25 military protectorates, each allowed one automatic rifle and one pistol equiped with non-lethal bullets. We also ask that each embassy be staffed by no more then 30 foreign workers and 3 embassadorial staff, plus thier families. Each embassador will recieve the equivilent of a level three authorization, in which he or she will be the first to be informed of new developed technologies for trade.

ICCD is willing to start channels of communications.

We are also willing to invest 50 Billion into allowing easier development of Dian Industry. We are interested in aquiring access to your raw materials industries where possible, as well as improving your telecommunications industries offering satcel telecom, and GPS services and broadcast.

Bearing we have the capacities to meet our needs in establishing an embassy in your territories we will move support staff and upon agreement move to establish any needed consulates to handle an increased of Dian tourism/ravel in your territories.

We would also be interested in introducing dian construction techniques by registering some construction branches in your territories.

Hopefully we can have amible relations, feel open to voice any concerns, as we are willing to take an as proactive role as you are wiling and we capable of meeting.

Subject: Establishing Trade Relations and Embasadorial Exchange

You strike an interesting proposition. Our Main resorce industries are at the present Iron, Uranium and Petrochemical, as well as development and implementation of new technologies.

At this point our Iron supplies are at a slight surplus, as well as petrochemical byproducts(plastics and synthetic alloys). Our main industry is at the present deeply devoted to the automotive industry, but may be shifting in the near future as new avenues of trade open up.

As for a Embassy, a application can be sent to our offices to start the paperwork on the allocation of land and resorce ventures. Each of the plot offices in the industrial sector contains a Medium sized office building with approxamatly 1000 offices, 25 board rooms, a executive level and a resception area on the ground floor. Unfortunatly our imaging system is down, so I cannot transmit a detailed layout.

As soon as we recieve the application indicating which land titles you would like to claim, we would ask that a simple Embassadorial compound be errected for our mission. If possible, we would also like the location, but it is not neccisary at this point in time.

We welcome your offer of improvment of our telecomunications industries, and offer many exchanges in technological Surveilence and Anti Surveilence equipment, most notably the Focused Lazer Targeting Array described in our storefront. As a embassadorial partner, we offer all of our newly developed technologies for the purpose of infastructure completely free of charge, or for a major discount.

The Metropolis may also have a contract that we can provide, as within the next few months we are planning to add on a District for our ever expanding cultural and philisophical havens, most notably of all the Nexus Library.
