In order to increase business profits China has begun to raise export Tariffs to the United States and all members of the Entente. The increase is a 20% increase in Tariffs over 3 months. (7% a month for three months) Also in conjunction to the tariff increase, China has lowered the export costs to only 3% for its GGA (germany and scandanavia) the WEF (western Europe), DPW (mongolia) GEACPS (eastern asia), Wagdog (Pacific), the CAE (central africa) ,and Silvado? (Middle East) allies.

Chinese companies are calling in the Chinese Loans made to America in rapid succession (similar to the Great Depression) where many Chinese investors are seeking to collect, spurring more draw and funds creating a mass hysteria in the Chinese investors market.

Furthering the Tariffs, China has decided to give many of the aging AK-47's and old Norinco pistols and many other modern vehicles are up for purchase to its allies. Allies can request arms and they can be purchased on loans.

As a result, the North American Republic will begin a strong campaign focusing trade with all members of the Entente, and with all neutral nations. It is clear that the People's Republic of China wishes to have no part of the international community, and arms deals will be cut immediately with the PRC. American diplomats urge the rest of the Entente to halt arms deals with the PRC, to avoid letting more advanced designs of the day to begin falling into the hands of the Chinese shadow.

The Republic hereby will distribute oil only amongst the Entente, to preserve supply from Alaskan and Northern surplus. Chinese goods in the Republic are being withheld for the time being, while China can consider its ridiculous deeds. Obviously, it underestimates the long connections of Russia, America's greatest partner in the global economy, and Republic business. It remains to be seen whether China can realize their mistake by shutting out American business.

OOC: Do you pay the debt to China or no? Also your timetable for this?

OOC: You think I'd pay you after that? No.

OOC: Your law states otherwise. You have $300+ Billion in loans from your companies. I don't think you have a choice in the matter, as capitalism is based without governmental control. What you are doing I believe is godmoding of finaces. Since this is a very REAL issue and has been happening for many many years, there is no way for you get out of it. Globalization has screwed with America.

OOC: Do you live in America? Capitalism was only without government control between the 1870s-1890s, the Gilded Age. Now, there's tons of regulations. If my government says no, it can do so. If loans are in debt to the Chinese business, well, then inflation rises a bit. Guess I can keep selling to Futuris (I have a deal in the works) and keep supporting public works programs. This is a far different world-it's polarized. There's the TA, and the Entente-and the world has been shifting since the '80s towards something like this.

Wrong.

You have a massive trade deficit throughout the WORLD. The fact of the matter is you either repay it or your market explodes like the fourth of July, since your own regulations (which is done by investors) shows the American trade deficit as absolutely massive. If you fail to pay it your entire market (corrected for costs) explodes. Housing, manufacturing, computer parts, cars, calculators, office supplies, food and many other things are instantly removed from your system. While China gets a relatively small lashback (computers and intelligence (all high grade).

You either do this or have your entire chinese dependant economy explode. (Just think of this, all the products that are labeled: Made in China or Made in Taiwan, just got removed) All cheap chinese labor throughout clothes and other products just became 40% more expensive and we are calling in your debts, forcing an economic war in which China is in the far better position.

(China will grow from this in actuality because while it suffers a trade deficit with others, America is a surplus, but this reverses the role and switches other neglected areas (which conviently match up about 80% of American demand, become swapped, forcing America into a corner and boosting Chinese sales with new and larger markets that provide better goods (like Western Europe).

Edit: In other words, I just gave you a Massive Depression. (which will lashback on Europe in 6 months, and Asia in 12 months)

The Union of the Russias finds this economic statement rediculous. We would like to say that we are no longer supporting you militarily, and all military devices and supplies on order by you are now declared void and property of the UR. We will move on from this with our allies and get over whatever small economic boundry ths causes for us.
