OFFICIAL DECLARATION OF WAR
In these times of hatred and regret across the globe, one nation stands tall as the most ignorant of them all. When times change and the aspect of the globe moves toward peace, this nation continually assaults sovereignty of other nations without regard for the safety of their own civilians. It is times like this that we must take a step back and realize that a nation such as this should not be allowed to exist on earth and thus we must take action, and this action must be quick and decisive if you wish to eliminate this cancer from the paradise that is the world.

Throughout the history of The Dark Empire of Shazbotdom, tyranny has reigned supreme in several parts of the world. Tyrannical dictatorships are seen everyone, from the smallest of nations to some of the biggest. Although one of these nations can truly should be called a psychotic dictatorship in the eyes of the world. This cancer has started numerous conflicts that have taken Hundreds of Millions of lives away from families, friends, and co-workers in countless nations around the globe.

The Dark Empire of Shazbotdom has authorized surgical strikes against that such cancer unless that nation bows down to demands set in place by the Supreme Emperor and his Joint Chiefs of Staff. In a vote of 5 to 1, the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Supreme Emperor of The Dark Empire of Shazbotdom, there now exists a State of War between The Dark Empire of Shazbotdom and The Imperial Republic of Hataria. From now on, any Hatarian Civilian Naval Vessels spotted by The Dark Empire of Shazbotdom will be boarded and searched for any illegal contraband and possibly Confiscated and Impounded.

For this Declaration of War to be called off, The Imperial Republic of Hataria needs to do the following things.

Reimburse The Dark Empire of Shazbotdom a total sum of 3.2 Billion USD for the military personnel used in the detention and deportation of the Hatarian Nationals.
Withdrawl of the Declaration of War placed against The Dark Empire of Shazbotdom.
Turning over the Island that the Hatarian Nationals were placed on to The Dark Empire of Shazbotdom and demolishing any and all buildings created by The Imperial Republic of Hataria.
Times come and go, and unless these three demands are met within the time limit set by The Dark Empire of Shazbotdom which sits currently at of 48 hours, The Imperial Republic of Hataria can expect war to rage on their shoreline.

SECRET IC:
SCENE: Fort HALO
Thousands upon Thousands of Military Personel were scrambling around the military base. Vehicles were driving around, gathering Marines from different buildings and moving down to the main gate where they were creating a convoy of vehicles. Warthogs, trucks and buses lining the main roads of the base. One of the Marine Strike Teams was headed by Sergent Leronard K. Brooks. He sat there in the front passanger seat of the warthog and was facing behind him, watching his marines load up on the WH-03 "Troop Transport" Warhog.

"Alright Men. In 48 hours we will be shipping out to Hataria along with the rest of the 3rd Company as well as the 4th Company. Were talking Millions of us storming the shores of Hataria. And what do you got to say about that!"

"Hooah!" Was a resounding responce from the marines under his command.

The first convoy was full and ready to go. In a matter of moments it was on it's way down the road, driving off towards the Naval Base, where they would hook up with the 1st HAVOC Naval Fleet. They would be the only group that was to hook up with the Navy.


SCENE: Fort Leonard
Over 3,000 miles away the same scene was happening. Thousands of marines were running around gathering their weapons together, getting ready for the comming battle. Although this group of Marines wasn't heading for the Naval Base, no. They were heading for Johnson Air Force Base, where they would meet up with the 845th Transport Air Wing, who would fly at high altitude on approach to Hataria.


SCENE: Fort Clotrana
The "Black Ops" Special Operations were preparing for their missions. They were to go to the Air Force Base and fly out as soon as possible. Their task was to infiltrate Hatarian Territory shortly after the 48 hour time frame was up and disable any Anti Air weaponry so the regular Marine's could move in. Also, unbeknownst to the Hatarians, the SCS Division of the Shazbotdom Marine Corps would be on the case too. Although they didn't travel around in the open at the base so satelite intel couldn't see them.

They traveled around the base in the secret underground tunnels to a garage style building near the gate that housed covered trucks. With the cooling units built into their armor, it would make it impossible for even thermal satelites to track them. Which would work out to the advantage of the Dark Empire of Shazbotdom as they would be used to strike Armor and other high priority instillations throught Hataria. Their advanced training with explosive ordinances would make them vital in the invasion of the Hatarian Empire.


SCENE: Shazbotdom Naval Base
The 1st HAVOC Naval Battlegroup recieved their orders and were standing by for the Marines arrival. Thousands of Supersonic Cruise Missiles were being loaded into the Guided Missile Cruisers and thousands of shells were being put into storage bays in the other surface combat ships.

Official UFAN Message to the Dark Empire of Shazbotdom
Although relations between our nations and alliances have been strained of late due to the irresponsible actions of both Hataria and those nations determined to eradicate them, we are most glad that they have never broken. It may not be ordinary diplomatic practice, but since Hataria is both de facto and de jure a United Federation of Allied Nations member as of the moment Emperor Barbarossa Nakagishima swore the oath whose ceremony's recording is attached in both visual and auditory forms (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=526416), we offer to formally consider the Hatarian Declaration of War against the Dark Empire voided in its entirety if the Dark Empire would be willing to do the same. They are under a new regime that shows much promise of repentance for their old ways; and in any case are ruined, destitute, and now under merciless blockade by those nations unable to let the past rest. We believe you to be unlike them in this regard, and thus wise beyond most even if most martial and firm in your wrath when aroused to it as you were by Hataria's reckless overreaction at the time.
