The Kingdom of St Samuel on behalf of the Union of Saint Holden region would like to request UN intervention in the troubled region of Stevens Bay. The Union of Saint Holden have voted unanomously for action to be taken against the Fellini party, who are led by Viktor Fatas-Selenza and we believe a United international alliance from the UN would be the best way forward.

AHSCA sadly can only offer you moral support. We sympatheize with your plight but would inform you the UN will not help. While AHSCA is not a UN member we will certianlly not plan on membership in the future. The UN did not grant us soveringty, and as result our people have been slaughtered. They've made no previsions to protected states as a result we have been trespassed upon out of sheere poltical spite. Everyone in the world ignored us and our cries for help including the UN. There are four major ethnic groups and it is the Fellini that are following a course of ethnic cleansing and committing atrocities against civillians.

The Suppresionary Teams are a new team created by the Siapian Government to be flexible and responsive to many different situations. Specifically, they are trained to handle complex situations involving terrorist groups, ethnic groups and other delicate situations. What they do is gather intelligence on groups involved, monitor factions involve, identify and eliminate individuals or organizations who threaten the local stability, and train local forces to peacefully manage the region. They are able to work with local forces, our own occupational forces or completely alone. However, it is your decision whether you want them involved.

The Commonwealth of Tolvan is prepared to deploy up to 5,000 peacekeepers to help restore order in your naiton. However, they will act under Tolvanic control and will not answer to the UN or any UN mandated force.

Kurona hears your calls, and we want to help. We will deploy an ammount of troops to your region and we will also provide monetary relife, including increaced food rations. Our farms have been producing well this year we have plenty to go around. Like Tolvan we will not answer to any UN Forces (As if their would be any)

We will await fot the UN to make there choice weather they wish to support us or not, but sadly it looks like they will not. And in that case the Union of Saint Holden region will command the invasion.

Offers of support from Siap, Kurona and Tolvan are very much appreciated and if the time comes in which we call on support for you, we would suggest that the Union would have overall command whilst the nations showing support and willing would have a zone within the conflict area in which they have command.

Once again we thank you for your support. It is warmly appreciated. St Samuel and the Union of Saint Holden feel that they are more than capable at dealing with the Fellini war mongers, but feel it is important to have an international alliance.

Calizorinstan will send 1 Carrier Strike Group with 500 Calizorinstan Marines equiped with the new Hali-53 assault rifles, with .40 DDI pistols. We will help you, for we have had some troubles like that as well. Let us know if you need any help, we have sent a Global Hawk to monitor the situation.

The international alliance will be supporting the Jordini Muslims, Ossians and Stevinian Curts. Once the Fellini forces have removed, the international alliance will remain in Stevens Bay and an interim council put in power and will remain until the new government are stable.

Our Strike Force is nearing the troubled coast area, our Battleships are the mobile artillery support for the 500 Calizorinstani Marines, and they are ready for battle. The F/A-15C Cardinal's have been sent to pound the Fellini forces before the meet the Marines coming up from the beach. We will attempt to enter the city where it's less defended, and catch the Fellini's by suprise, and we have more Marines coming from Calizorinstan, appox. 400 more, and thus there hope will be to hold the beachhead and secure it. The Union of Saint Holden regional comitee thank UK2 for there kind support and ask that operate in Green zone.

Our Marines have just landed, encountred slight resistance, but managed to fight them off, and are headed inland, with tanks, and jet's to support them. Calizorinstani Navy is doing a wonderful job supporting us, they are giving the Fellini's 12 16-incher batteries to face, and the Felllini's are running back to Zabrawski where they are holed up, so far so good.

Thank you for your kind donation of food, please could this be directed to Jamina Airport, in Fort Curtis, where upon once the conflict zone is made safe, the food will be distributed to locals in Stevens Bay.

The Community is willing to send 30,000 soldiers to the region along with two suppresionary teams (1,000 total) to repulse the Fellini forces. The total troop count will be gradually reduced as the Fellini are repulsed. We shall also be sending a carrier strike group to provide local air support.

The first of the suppresionary teams will be inserted via air immediately to rally support, eliminate any local support the Fellini may be receiving and take measures to disrupt the Fellini chain of command.

Reports are coming in of heavy fighting taking place all over Stevens Bay. The heaviest fighting is said to be Gobey Heights where St Samuel forces have made a beach head landing and are facing stiff resistance.

A Calizorinstan news agency have reported that there forces are making good progress on the outskirts of Zabrinski and have faced only minor resistance so far.

Siapian forces are said to have linked up with Ossian resistance forces and are entering heavy fighting with Fellini millitia.

Our 500 Marines have just arrived on the outskirts of Zabrinski, and we have found the off-shore bombardment to be quite accurate, all though the resistance is picking up, I'd say it's getting a bit medium-resistance here, the tanks and the marines have advanced far, with allied soldiers helping. So far, we have captured one Fellini high officer, and looking for more, he's given us valuable intel so far.

At the moment it is impossible to say. However your couriers/aid workers will be more than safe, based in Fort Curtis, a country north of Stevens Bay.

Our forces have entered Zabrinski under very heavy fire, but we have them in buildings holding out, and they have killed an unknown amount of enemies, and the fighting is seemingly non-stop, and the naval bombardment contiunes, and is apperciated by us, our tanks are encountring also heavy fire, and the F/A-15CN Cardinals are pounding enemy posistions, the air is filled with smoke, the air with yells, and shots, and the city is covered in arms fire from both sides. From what we can tell, the buildings on the north side are about to collapse from the enemy fire, re-enforcements for us will arrive 3 days from now, we need more troops soon.

St Samuel as a member of the United Nations wanted to get a UN alliance to deal with the conflict but through lack of support from any UN members settled for an International alliance. We would be more than greatful for Brydog's support. Will your forces be waiting to carry out peacekeeping/policeing once the conflict has finished and there is a little more stability or will you be fighting from the start with the rest of the International Alliance?

Presently our operations are twofold: The first of the Suppresionary teams has entered the Ossian resistant. The Ossian rebels are being formed into individual cells (each guided by a member of the suppresionary teams) and are being used to supply intelligence on the movement of the Fellini soldiers and engage the militia on a limited scale. We are in the process of expanding these operations to conduct an abduction and assasination campaign on Fellini officers. The ones that we have captured are being detained and questioned. We will surrender them to whatever provisional governing body that is created after the conflict.

The secondary team is attempting to place informants within the Fellini militia while conducting strategic raids on weak points in the supply chain of the Fellini army. Specifically, they are asking for the right to expand operations into the Black Zone to empower Ossian rebels in the region and further disrupt Fellini deployment capacities. It is predicted that if this is allowed, the Fellini will be forced to widthdraw from Ossia within the week. This will enable the rebels to secure the city and for our primary forces to enter the conflict zone and permanantly eliminate the Fellini aggresors in short order.

IC: The Sumguy Empire, wich consists of the nations making up the Sumguys Allies region, offers its assistance. We may be small, but we wish to aid in any way we can. Perhaps we could set up and run refugee camps for those fleeing the warzone?

My personal guard of 1500 will also be available for law enforcement duties and special forces missions. If needed, i can send 12,000 infantrymen, but i am afraid they are not equipped with much more than basic body armor, locally manufactured assualt rifles, Rocket Propelled Grenades, and 150 APC's to travel in.

I will also be sending aid in the form of medical supplies, it will arive with the food from shredderstan, as we are in the same region.
