It was very early in the morning, The morning was very cold and it was foggy outside, Romescu was brought into the main room that had been make into a shabby court room, some seats were say up against the west wall, 2 tables moved into a triagular shape where Romescu was to sit in was against the east wall, the windows were blacked out and the double door on the North wall were closed, to the southern was once a solid metal door that lead out into a back courtyard.

3 soldiers led him into the seat behind the triagular formation of the tables
"Get your hand off me, you traitors!" Romescu snarled, he sat in the chair

A group of senior CRL members entered from the North wall's double doors and sat against the chairs on the Western wall. one, smart looking man, lookeing very pleased with himself spoke to the CRL members and told them to be seated

A Camera and all the filming equipment sat near the CRL members pointing at Romescu

Thes smug looking man in a flash, civilian suite then turned over to the camera which was now operating
"Hello, I am Alia Poca, I will be the Prosecuter for this trail"

Alia walked over to Romescu
"Mr Romescu...........

The Prosecuter was interupted by Romescu yelling

"I REFUSE to recognise this court! I dont recognise you! I will only speak infront of the Lerasian Assembly back in Berezin!"

The prosecuter turned back to the CRL members sitting against the wall with a huge smirk on his face

"In the same way he refused to speak and recognise the people, He now refuses to recognise us! He claimed that from 1981 he worked for the people, loved the people, was a beloved father to the people and Great son of Lerasia but in fact he tyranised the people! threw this nation back to the stone ages, horded millions of government money......

Romescu once again interupted

"WHAT IS THIS!" Romescu yell "So your only here to Crusify me!"

The Prosecuter turned back to Romescu
"Mr Romescu please speak in your own turn"

"HOW DARE YOU ADRESS Me LIKE THIS! I am the President of Lerasia! I will speak when I want! This is a coup de etat! what patriots are you!"

just then a small woman sitting amoungst the CRL spoke

"Mr Prosecuter ask Romescu if he is aware he is no longer President.....

Romescu then began to yell
"I repeat: I am the President of Lerasia and Commander of the Armed forces!"

"Mr Romescu you have been charged with Crimes against the people, Genocide throughout Lerasia, acts that were incompatable with human dignity, you behaved in a despotic way, Underminning of the Economy, embezzlement and the destruction of Lerasia's archetecual heritage in Berezin, The penalty for these crimes is the Death sentence, Mr Romescu do you under stand the charges"

Romescu: "I don not answer! I will only answer to the Lerasian Assembly back in Berezin, these cahrges are completely false I will not answer questions here!".......

The prosecuter turned back to Romescu
"Answer this then mr Romescu, WHO ordered the bloodbath in Kanostas and Berezin!"

"I will not answer! I told you i do not recognise this Forum! I will only answer infront of the Lerasian Assembly!" Romescu said

Prosecuter: "Who ordered shooting into the crowd, Answer!"

Romescu: "NOT a single shot was fired in Romescu square in Berezin! and we have concluded that Enver was responsible for the bloodbath in Kanostas!"

Prosecuter:"Enver was your fall guy! you needed someone to blame, fanatics who you are paying, members of securiforce, they are still firing on the people! allready the death toll is over 20,000!"

Romescu gave a small laugh: "hah! and that you are calling genocide!"

The prosecuter looked suprised at Romescu's response....

Prosecuter: "Mr Prident I would like you to tell us why you treated to country dwellers as slaves, why did you ban them from visiting the cities, except when you dragged them from their lives to participate in sick paraddes"

Romescu: "THAT IS A LIE! a lie in my face! I loved all my people and treated them equally......

Prosecuter: "EQUALLY! you always spoke of equality yet we saw picture of your lavish ceremonies the golden plates from which you ate! when the revolutionaries entered the Presidential palace we knew the truth in full! You brightly lit rooms full of golden chandeleirs while the rest of Berezin lived in tha dark!"

Romescu: "For the first time in Lerasia's history I built factories, power plants I improved Lerasia, I sacraficed my life for these people to give them all a rich live!"

another CRL member spoke to Romescu from across the room

"Mr President i want to know who are the fanatics and mercenaries firng on the people, who brought them into the country?"

Prosecuter: "Yes accused, answer!"

Romescu: "I will not say anymore! I do not recognise this court, I only recognise the Lerasian Assembly, I will only speak infront of it!"

Porsecuter: "What prevents you, Mr Romescu from speaking in this room why cant you answer our questions!?"

Romescu: "I will answer your questions only at the Lerasian Assembly back in Berezin, I want the whole world to hear me, and know what is going on here! I must speak to the people!"

Prosecuter: "The Lerasian Assembly has been dissolved!"

Romescu looks in astonishment

Romescu: "This cant be possible! no one can dissolev the Lerasian assembly, NO ONE has that right!"

Prosecuter: "The Council for the Reconstruction of Lerasia is the nations new leading organ, its our new supreme body"

Romescu: "No one recognises that! that is why the people are fighting! they fight against this new forum! they fight against this coup!"

Prosecuter: "the people fight against you! not against the new forum!"

Romescu: "The people want their nation back, they want to remove you, who works for the foriegners! I do not recognise this court, I will not answer anymore questions!"

Prosecuter: "Mr Romescu you have to understand, you have been deposed! all your officla state functions have been lost!"

Romescu: "NO ONE can deprive me of my function!"

Prosecuter: "Romescu, the people have decided they no longer want you to control them, your power has fallen, now here you are being charged with these crimes!"

Romescu: "These charges are false! This is a coup d'etat!"

Prosecuter: "Mr Romescu you are paying the mercenaries!"

Romescu: "They are terrorists, I have nothign to do with the mercenaries they belong to Seciriforce!"

Prosecuter: "Yes! and who heads securiforce!?"

Romescu: "it was Fien! he fired on the people, he is behind the bloodshed!"

Prosecuter: "You and Fien worked together since 1995, number 2 in the government was he? you told him what to do and he carried it out, YOU ordered the deaths in Berezin and Kanostas!"

Romescu: "Well, ALIA if you really are a military man you know the government can not give the order to shot!"

Prosecuter: "You were the commander of the armed forces up till wednesday!"

Romescu: "I am the commander of the armed forces! I am the president of Lerasia, I will not answer anymore questions!"

Prosecuter: "now tell us, Mr Romescu about the secret bank accounts you had overseas that horded millions of Lerasian Leras"

Romescu: "THIS IS INCREDIBLE what you are inventing, INCREDIBLE!"

Prosecuter: "Well Mr Romescu if there are no foriegn bank accounts you wont mind signing this statement saying that what ever money MAY be overseas will be transfered to the Lerasian State Bank"

Romescu: "Never! I will not sign anything! I dont recognise this court! or the new forum!"

Prosecuter: "Note: Mr Romescu refuses to sign the statement, and refuses to recognise this court, Mr romescu you know of the New Forum, you hvae heard of it!?"

Romescu: "well I heard of it here! you just told me about it!"

Prosecuter: "Tell us Mr Romescu why you lived in Lavish villa's and palaces while the rest of us suffered in run down flats!?"

Romescu: "That is rediculous! I live in a normal apartment just like everybody else! The palaces belong to the people!"

Prosecuter: "Well yes they were for the people but how many of us acually saw the inside of them! They may have been for the people but YOU lived in them! you took over the old spanish castles in the countryside and took them as private mansions, you demolished large sections of the Capital to Create that huge Presidential Palace! you evicted 40,000 people from their homes only giving them 24 hours notice to build that obsecity, then you forced them into the countryside and banned them from visiting the city!"

Romescu: "Thsi shows how little partiotism there is, These are all lies, I will answer as a simple citizen only, I gave everyone a house and jobs, I ensured a rich life for all Lerasians!"

Prosecuter: "On Monday the day of the Genocide in Kanostas did you know of the bloodbath!?"

Romescu: "I knew thats why i restored stability and gave justice to the victims by punishing Enver, he was to blame!"

Prosecuter: "This is how you exercised your 'functions' over the people!"

Romescu: "I will answer no more questions! I will only speak infront of the Lerasian assembly!"

The Prosecuter turned to a member of the CRL sitting against the wall
Prosecuter: "Please ask Romescu if he has ever had a mental illness"

Romescu: "WHAT!? what should he ask me!?"

Prosecuter: "If you have ever had a metal illness"

Romescu: "What an OBSCENE provocation!

Prosecuter: "This would serve as your defense, if you had a mental illness you may not be responsible for your acts

Romescu: "How can one tell us something like this! how can one say something like this!"

Prosecuter: "so in the same way you put out an image that you were godlike, the people had to applaud at your rituals, you continue to act in the same Megalomaniac way!"

A member sitting on the end of the CRL jury stood up
senior CRL member: "Since the old government has been dissolved and Romescu has lost his officials functions, he no longer has the right to be treated as president, Prosecuter please make your final statements"

Prosecuter: "it is difficult for us to act, especially to a criminal that even now refuses to accept he has done wrong, this trial is not here to covict him of crimes done in the past few days but of the crimes taken out in the past 26 years. This demonstrates his lack of understanding. he completely lost touch with reality. He took children from orphanages to put them in Securiforce! he allowed securiforce agenst to kill people while they slept in hospital beds, he Killed the soul of the Lerasian people. Our old colonial architecture in Berezin was completely wiped out becasue of his disasterous policies"

Romescu: "Whom are you talking about!?"

Prosecuter: "Even the old president and old government that was deposed in 1981 had more dignity that you! You may have achived the understanding of the Lerasian people if you had just admitted to your crimes, You should have flown to Skgorria while you had the chance!"

Romescu: "Hah! I dont live abroad, this is my home!"

Prosecuter: "Romescu, it would be an insult to the Lerasian people to leave you alive, we call for the immediat death penalty. now members of the CRL will debate wheather Romescu will be executed"


The trial was over and now the CRL members hudled around and chattered

One CRL member that had some sympathy for Romescu walked over to him
"Mr Romescu why didnt you take the Secret tunnels under the Palace, you could have made a better escape"

Romescu snarled back "Because I took awful advice from all the wrong people that were secretly working against me!"

The CRL had already decided the descision before the trial was about the begin, Romescu would face the death penalty

Prosecuter: "Mr Romescu you have been charged and found guilty for all the crimes, you will be executed by fireing squad"

Romescu was lead through the solid iron door to the side wall by 10 regular army soldiers
They walked through to the court yard, by now tears were streaming down Romescu's face and he sobbed quietly. They tied his hands behind his back and lined him against the wall. he continued to cry.
The soldeirs lined up their guns. one soldier whispered to the others
"Remember to aim below the face, we need his face to show the securiforce members and fanatics that they now have no reason the fight"

it was quiet for 3 seconds then one second before the soldiers shot, Romescu fainted, then the hail of bullets came. it was all over in about 30 seconds

The soldiers inspected Romescu's corpse. the bullets seemed to pepper his boody on a bizzare angle thanks to him fainting just as the shots were carried out but his face was still in tact, One man came out and took a picture of his face. His eyes were closed with a few blood specks on his face.

"So thats it then? the end of Romescu" said one of the soldiers


one hour after the execution the leading CRL members appeard on a live broadcast

"Romescu has been executed, at 9:11 am this moring Romescu was shot by fireing squad. His trial is over, he was found guilty, Now we will begin the long hard process of creating freedom and democracy. We will now run his filmed Trial on TV."

Just then the photo of Romescu's dead face came up on the TV, this was to show the remaining loyal fanatics and Securiforce they now had no reason the fight

Truka contacted the international community after the broadcast
"We have 3 other high government officials that need to be tried, we will hand them over to any nation that wants to try them. we suggest setting up an international human rights criminals trial, over seas. It appears Fien has escaped over seas, we urge any nation to report if they see him. what ever nation finds him can choose to return him to Lerasia, an internationa court of try them in their own nation. other high government officials have also fleed abroad. We would also like all of Romescu's foriegn bank accounts to be closed and the money returned to Lerasia's state bank"

Civilians, Government officials or spies trying to hunt down the fleeing government officials. and if you want you can hunt down Fien and do as you want to him. if a nation really wants to they could hold him as an exile anmd let him live in Luxury.....

The Consulate Republic government of Droskianishk today denounced the condeming of President Romescu of Lerasia as rebellion in that nation. Today the Consul announced that Droskianishk would refuse to recognize the rebel hostile takeover of that nation. The Second Consul was qouted in a follow up news conference as saying:

"My brother the Consul and myself hope the people of Lerasia will acknowledge the illegality and immorality of the new rebels which proclaim themselves to be in power. I ask those people who have murdered their way to power, who elected you? By what right do you claim to govern? I fully support my brother in his decision as the representative of the people of Droskianishk to refuse to acknowledge this new government. My brother has already announced that all proper government cabinent members, legislators, and others who could be persecuted by these rebels full protection within the borders of Droskianishk."

During the Second Consuls speach addressing a class of college graduates several disgruntled rebels interrupted with shouts of "Down with the Kutz dictators!" , these students were immediately escorted out by police and taken into custody for further questioning, the number of rebels posing as students being held now is 20.

In other news Consul Sikako Kutz announced during his speech on the situation in Lerasia that the Security Liason and the Military Command Liason had both been arrested and charged with conspiracy against the Consulship and that his son, Karl Kutz, had been appointed Security Liason and his nephew, son of the Second Consul Warren Kutz, had been named the Military Command Liason. More arrests were made today as a new campaign against rebels was announced by the new Security Liason:

"My hope is that the Swoop Campaign will be succesful in mopping up the last remnants of several rebel, terrorist, and subversive foreign groups."

So far there have been 40 arrests due to the "Swoop Campaign" as well as the seizure of several thousands of ungaks worth of weaponry.

The the government of Droskianishk. The CRL has taken temporary control of Lerasia, we promise this is temporary and al ready people are setting up independent political parties to take part in free elections

The Romescu trial may have been very unfair but to save the nation it had to be quick. Securiforce agents and fanatics are still fighting. Romescu is dead now and it was the entire peoples descision to depsoe him. The revoltuion in Berezin was televised, watch it again, you'll see it was popular rebellion

Romescu had been dead for over 7 hours. his body was collected and flown back to Berezin.
The Body was taken to a regular cemetary on the outskirts of Berezin where it was hurredly burried in an unmarked grave. It was supose to be a secretive event to stop fanatics from digging it up, or critics from vandalising the grave but some one at the burring must of told someone becasue now everyone in Berezin was talking about his burial......

It was now night time in the capital, Berezin looked like London during the blitz, it was another usual blackout in the capital.
a group of Romescu supporters gathered at the unmarked grave and sobbed quietly, the group of about 20 people, mainly 50 to 60 year olds holding his small pocket size portraits and flower's to lay on his grave.

On the other side of the city in the new Revolution Square people came out to celebrate their first night without Romescu in more than 26 years. the crowd of over 20,000 people were holding candles.
A tall woman in her late 30's with her hair done in a bun stood at the front on a small wooden stand. She was a thin woman.

"Hello fellow Lerasians! My name is Djiena Malore, Before the Revolution I was just a librarian in the state Library. Now I stand here tonight as the Leader of the Newly formed Lerasian Democratic Party, here we raise our candles to Democracy! In next months election we need Lerasia to embrace democracy and thats why our party plans to take Truka's reforms even further if we are elected into power. It is upsetting that the CRL is planning to stand in the elections as a new political party! This is outragious, every member of the CRL served under the old government, Hell Truka was the prime minister from 2004, to protect our democratic revolution vote the Lerasian Democratic Party, Remeber the slogan, Never, Never another Romescu, Truka Resign!"

The crowd then lifted up their candles and began cheering and chanting for Djiena Malore and the new Lerasian Democratic party........

Now the CRL has decided what will happen to all of Romescu's Property.

His Huge Country Villa 5 km outside Berezin is now for sale, anybody can buy it, the cost is $56 Million Leras

All the old Colonial Spanish Castles have been returned to state property and open for all to visit. The Presidential palace has now been renamed the House of the people and is now where the government meetings will take place, it is also open to tourists wanting to know how he use to live

His 10 other luxurious estates dotted around the country are also up for sale
even his 3rd most luxurious mansion on the south east coast valued at $350 Million Leras

His 3 mountain Ranch's are all for sale at $10 Million Leras each

his City Town house valued at $3 Million Leras in Kanostas is for sale

His 2 other country villas in the forest are also for sale at $25 Million Leras each

the Lerasian Palace, his last palace he had built will not be for sale, but it will be transformed into a tourist hotel as it has over 50 rooms

The Guren City palace is for sale at $80 million Leras

and lastly his Grand, 85 bedroom, 50 bathrooms, 2 grand halls and a huge large Marble staircase (which he had demolished and rebuilt 3 times to suit his small height) its a replica of the Berezin Presidential palace only a bit smaller, its the second largest building in Lerasia and the 8th largest building in the world valued at $450 million Leras

His portraits and statues are now going on auction to be sold to overseas museums and other collectors

His furniture and lavish property such as golden cutlery, flash vehicles, golden light fittings and antique furniture is also under auction but most have been put into the Romescu Era Museum

The CRL government has now announced it will legalize the Internet in Lerasia and that the Transcript for Romescu's trial will be able to view. we also want people to read the transcript of the trail so they can see how out of touch with reality he was. we want international leaders to give responses to his hasty trial and what they thought of his behaviour throughout the trial.

150 Lerasians have died as a result of continued fighting from Fanatics and Romescu loyalists and Securiforce

Average income has dropped from 120 Leras a month to 95 Leras a month

Lerasians have come to the conclusion that Romescu held Lerasia in poverty for the 26 years he was in power and they now blame him for all their present problems....
