The ACA, or the Anti Communist Army, is a terrorist organization who lives to see the destruction of communism. They care less about who takes power after the communist than they do about the communists they attack. Their targets all carry political value, but range from generals to royal families. The only known cell of the ACA is located in Anarchia, the capital of Wurldlings. Former targets are known to include a communistic Chancellor in Kampfers and the leader of a communist uprising in DMILL. They are believed to be a tight group, with only a few members. All the members, however, are extremely proficient with weapons. The ACA differs from most terrorist groups, as it does not claim responsibility for its jobs. The limited knowledge that we have on this group was leaked by one of the original members, who, when not included into enough of the action, decided to inform the police of the group. The only known member is their leader, who calls himself Stalin's Downfall.

We, the Kingdom of Philthealbino, are concerned over the recent emergence of a terrorist cell within the Armed Republic of Kampfers.

At this stage we will monitor the situation for any changes.

We fear that the terrorist group will destabilse the country and those surrounding it.

In anticipation of such an event we are mobilising 2,000,000 Armed Service Personnel to move into the country as a peacekeeping force.

The Empire of Mationbuds officially supports the righteous government in this matter. Imperial Military Units and Naval Battlegroups have been mobilised in support of the Kampferian Government.

A diplomatic team is currently en route via plane escorted by 2 F-16 Fighters and terms of cooperation will be discussed. If all should work out well, economic and military aid would arrive.

Food and funding will be sent en masse to support the government troops in putting down the rebellion. Crack Imperial troopers will also flush the terrorists from every crook and cranny in the world.

Maps were spread across countless tables, showing the place that was to become their battleground. So many were pledging, to one side, to the other. It almost made his heart sing with the joys of resurgent war. The Major moved, carefully tracing his fingers along the lines and curves that represented Kampfers. All it's promise lay there, nothing as boring or tawdry as mere paper, no....It's true worth lay in its ideals. It could be a paradise, glorious and new! It could be a land where the communist taint was driven out and burned away.

He let his fingers close over the paper, digging five digits into the paper with an almost gleeful sadism. How much would come to pass upon this land? Blitzkrieg? Holocaust? The hammer and the howl of artillery, a sweet symphony to the screams of the dead and the dying. He knew war intimately, welcomed it as a very aspect of his being. He was a Major of the SS, long before he was Acting Fuhrer, he lived and breathed death and combat. He thrived upon it as he had in any number of theatres.

That he might savor the joys of war, endlessly, that he might go to war again and again like the pale rider, like the savage rider. He was War and he was Death.

The Captain stood, bare chested, watching the young recruit who now struggled at his feet. The heavy sole of a combat boot, jammed beneath his throat, held him to the floor as the more experienced, stronger, Midian held his prey down. A feral sneer sllipped across his lips as he moved it back, letting the young warrior roll and move to his feet. Blood slicked his hair, his face, his body was marred by countless bruises that would soon be gone, dripping sweat.

They had to be ready. The Major had indicated that primary operations would begin as soon as they were called upon by their new allies, these beautifully termed "terrorists" who strove against Communism. He remembered the biting cold of the Russian Steppes with a half-smile, as though bitter cold had begun to bite at him again. As though the countless years that he had fought and existed bore down upon him. He leant forward, easing his lean physique into a combat stance, just as the younger Midian leapt at him, snarling with bared fangs.

He smiled, stepping effortlessly once more into the dance of war, his fist impacting almost effortlessly with the taut flesh of his opponents stomach, hammering him back into the wall of the training cell. A scene echoed all around them, in other cells, as soldiers of the Reich underwent training, hand-to-hand, ranged, all manners of tests, in all manners of simulated environs, beneath the ground of the world above, far from the prying eyes of the world and the cruel sun.

Soon, soon they would rise...And crush all in their path, even if thousands, millions, billions need die to force their goals into fruitition. The chaos to come was but a prelude.

The Empire while does not typically support Terrorism..finds this group could be useful seeing as we share borders with communist scum the Imperial government would be willing to provide camps, funds, training and equipment within the Empire..for use in attacks against communist groups..

The Kingdom of St Samuel Intelligence service have announced that they have arrested a three man team from the ACA operating in St Samuel. Whilst St Samuel cares little for communism the Kingdom will not tolerate terrorist organisations operating within it's borders.

The intelligence service have revealed little information on the arrests but have said that the cell were planning attacks on a prominent Communist nation and the attacks would have lead to large scale civillian damage and death.

The St Samuel Intelligence service have sent an official to liase with the Kampfers Intel service, who seem to be the most up to date with the ACA and in order to information share between the two organisations.
