Exactly what needs to be in a factbook, what kind of information and in what order or format, info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Generally what people put in a factbook varies. (I have yet to write one so take this for what it is worth).

1. history of your nation
2. Political structure
3. Economic Structure
4. Military stats (include details and possibly pictures of your military equiptment vessels etc...)
5. Anything else that you desire to give your nation a unique feel and flare.

This seems to be the most common guidelines, and I hope this helps. You should check out other people's factbooks. It will give you several ideas.

Should I include various political parties. And since my country is ran by an Imperial family, should I include a family tree of the family. Any other suggestions.

If you desire to sure. Really factbooks are subjective. The idea is to give other people an idea of how your country is, in any and all respects. If you want to include political parties, population census, Emperor's geneology, or what ever else you find appropriate then you should. This is your chance to show NS what your nation is, and how it runs.

The Imperial bureaucracy will choke several pages though....I don't know if I should include it or not. But like you said, I guess it is my decision.

Some factbooks take up 5 to 10 pages worth of posts. You are more than welcome to do that, or if you desired, you can instead write a more condensed version. Do not worry about the length to be honest, just have fun creating your nation, and making it the way you desire.
