We should also like the Red Cross to set up a secondary headquarters in Pan-Arab Barronia to aid their operations overseas.

Its research results and inventions will be made available at all costs for doctors, researchers, and interested businesses to use for their own R&D purposes and will receive yearly grants of $100 million per year from Vetalia as well as any others who wish to contribute

Intracircumcordei's Provincia's Emergency Services have response capacities.
Paired with Dian Airways, the IIAF and the IIN (navy and air) as well as coast gaurd operations, provoists, health and others, all generally connected with IES (Emergency Services) ICCD has a domestic and international response capacity.

ICCD would be willing to partner with the UK2 redcross and take on partner status but still have a seperate organizatinal structure. UK2 redcross can feel open to contact ICCD if an emergency situation developes. ICCD is prepared to response in peacekeeping operations, that is operational occupation for neutral and program layout contexts, as well as help to enhance the safety and health of those in need without mind of borders.

While we do not have intent to specifically fund or supply your program, we are willing to augment your operational needs where we can find a mutual need existing, and are willing to coordinate our joint needs by leveraging our combined capacities, to help us reach those goals we may have layed out. Furthermore we are willing to work on stronger operational consensus and planning to enable easier access by the UK2 redcross to have personnel and materials travel through Dian Territories in an organized manner.

With your help medic ships can save millions of people during times of war.We wish we had the funds to get ten more medic ships but we can't so we donations to help us with are goal and by helping us you will be helping millions around the world.

ICCD has decided to offer one building port for free including ship building equipment and personnel to construct a Medic ship for the Redcross, all that is needed is someone to fund the materials needed for the ship. Ship construction will be done by the volunteers of Qamole Harbour Shipyard as well as the neighbouring North West Lakes University Naval Engineers Assosiation.


Donations are being accepted through all Dian External Services departments, embassies and other such branched of the Logothes Office, or internally via any Tresury Offices or Banking locations. Industrial Sponsers will be specially mentioned as a sponser of this project.
