the nation of the confederacy of schwull states wishes to set up a trade agreement for the acqizition of scientific and military technoligy and equipment. as our small nation is always seeking ways to learn from other estemed nations, as well as protect our liberties from nations who would seek to do us harm. as such this is my proposel. any nation willing to provide my government with weapons and scientific knowledge will be allowed to set up manufacturing and scientific facilities withen the confederacy of schwull states. said nations will be also be granted tax and export/import terraffs exemption withen the confines of said facilities and suitable shiping avenues to export their merchandice to their own nations. in return for this we agree to provide the manpower for said facilities. all that is asked is that said nations agree to share said equipment and technoligy with the people of the schwull states, compansation for workers in said facilities will be paid by the nation employing said facilities at or about the standered of living + 5 % withen the schwull states. I beleave that this aggrement would be of mutual benifit to both myself and any nation agreeing to said trade agreement

If you are interested in domestic production of any of our weapons systems we would assist training your people in the manufacture and production of arms. We would also provide, on request, a limited number of Military Advisors to train your personel on the use of any system you purchase from us. Please send us a description of what kind of weapons you seek and a listing of any nations you may now have hostile relations with and a list of friendly nations. We would be willing to aid your nation in its desire for advanced technology. Skyetech Industries has a long standing tradition of developing the most cutting-edge technology and aiding in its implementation. While we have since distanced ourselves from arms manufacturing, no nation can be taken seriously without an efficient infrastructure.

What we are most proud of is our development of the room-temperature super conductor. While it is not a perfect technology (still requires coolant, however it is much more efficient than previous yttrium barium copper oxide conductors), we have mastered it to the point where it is cost effective to use in high voltage power lines. What the superconductor will allow you to do is transport electricity without any loss. Generally, this results in a 40% or higher increase in available electrical power.

One of our other sources of pride is our biofuel farms. Essentially swamps in greenhouses, the bacteria that grow in these pools can be treated to produce anything from natural gas (methane) to 2,3,4 trimethylpentane-the most clean-burning substance in gasoline.

These are only two of our many powerful and practical systems. We acknowledge that they will not be cheap to implement, but they will pay for themselves in the long run. Let us know if you are interested and we can offer a proposal.

we would like to welcome all of you to talks concerning our request. we will be getting in touch with each of you personally to see if we can come to an agreement. If we overlook or do not contact you this does not mean that we are not interested in coming to an agreement. please contact us with your proposels as to what you are willing to provide. to any late arrivals to these talks feel free to propose anything withen the confines of the purpose of these talks. our nation will be most interested to hear all proposels.
we would also be interested in technoligy of the biomedical field as well as technoligy involving space exploration. we are also willing to enter into talks relating to non combat forward operations and joint operations bases within the confines of our region and nation. this will facilitate in the transfer of any technoligy provided to us. we are curently in a policy of non involvment in military matters on the world stage. so we regret that we cannot possibly involve ourselves with any current or future conflicts at this time, though we will deal with any hostilities that involve our region, nation, and national interests at a time that suits us. this is just to inform any who might think that due to said talks we are ripe for the plucking so to speak. we would again like to welcome all to these talks and extend the hand of friendship to all who attend. think you for your interest in the welfare of our nation.
