Horror Earth(idea's)

Hello all, im pretty new to the fourm belong to two earths(one is active one isn't). I have had a recent interest in starting a horror earth. I was thinking a more Van Hellsing like then dawn of the dead but either work. I wanted to see if other share my interest, if they do then maybe we can get this up and running...Any way i would allow people to make up military and GPD as long as it is reasonable.
this is in no way a claims thread. I will make a seperate thread if that is needed

Of course!
Thats the kind of feel im going for with this earth. i for one will have vampires(well not real ones, kinda "mass prodeced" vampires used as super troops, but more on that later)

Well like i said this is just an idea thread, and i dont think we will be limiting people to one horror like thing per country. For example i might also have werewolves in my country, but you can too. You can also have an all Werewolf country, were as i wont have an all vampire country.

Yeah i really hope this Works i also hope i can claim Russia, for my idea of a nation is the Grand Czar Rasputin Ruling over his Holy Empire with an Iron Fist. His War Machine is kept in line by his secret Vanpyr(my version of the vampire) police force.

Ah, so re are using actual countries sorta? I claim Japan! If this does work out, Japan will be devided into 3 clans, all ruled over by a War Cheiftan, then all the clans will each have guilds, which are the lifeblood of the Empire. All War Cheiftans will answer to the Warlord.
