The Scandinvan Empire offers you 180,000 tons of wheat products, 75,000 tons of fruit, 105,000 tons of vegetables, 80,000 tons of beef, 60,000 tons of other meats, and 400,000 tons of fresh water.

As for the other things we offer you ten billion standard USDs, 8,000 assault rifles, 24,000 9 mm pistols, 1,200 Black Hawks, 3,000 doctors, 7,000 nurses, and anymore supplies that you need.

Also, we require that you allow us to send our own military personnel to provide security with the MASH units and the engineer units.
