Droskianishk News Station (DNS) Report
Today Consul Sikako Kutz dissolved the Senate of Droskianishk by sending in Droskianishk Security Forces (DSF), this comes on the heels of the Senates vote of 'No Confidence' in the first Liberal Party Consul in the last 60 years. The Second Consul of Droskianishk Karl Kon was arrested earlier this morning by the Consuls forces, the replacement for Mr. Kon has not yet been announced though it is believed Mr. Kik Kutz, the Consul's brother, will be given the position in the new Consulic Republic. These arrests fly in the face of a 300 year tradition of an elected government for Droskianishk, though how long these changes last is yet to be seen, for already mass demonstrations against the Consul have begun although the largest of these was disbanded by Security Forces earlier in the day with at least 300 confirmed dead.

Due to the fact that you have seized authority without the people’s assent and violated the inalienable rights of those people, we are issuing an Emergency Travel Advisory, for what looks to be developing into a military state.
Luslyvanian Citizens are banned from traveling to Droskianishk, and those already within its borders are strongly urged to leave at once.

To: Droskianishk
From: The Imperial Shogunate of Pschycotic Pschycos
We of the Imperial Shogunate would like to applaud the steps taken in removing power from an often incompitent, ill-informed general populace. You will find that law and order is much easier to maintain in an autocracy, and the government will operate much more efficiently.
If you find yourself threatened by so-called "liberators" who come in the name of free-rule, or who claim that voting for a government is a "basic human right", we will not hesitate to assist you.
Sincerely,
Shogun Nakamura Taiki
Fourth of the Nakamura Line
For the attention of Consul Kutz:
Widespread demonstrations in your country have shown a lack of support for your new regime. If suitable members of the previous government are released and given power to negociate with you about Droskianishks future, it may calm public opinion. This is also a desirable outcome in it's own right.
As a neutral third party, I wish to offer the good offices of my government to serve as a go-between.
There is also debate in our Parliament about sending in peacekeepers to help stabilize your country. (Their arrival would be contingent on the use of restraint in controlling protests, as well as an end to extra-judicial arrests of political opponents.)
If our offer was refused, I would have the unfortunate duty of informing you of a halt to all trade relations between our two nations, the seizing of all Droskianishk-held assets under Mahrian jurisdiction, and a diplomatic campaign urging our allies to do the same. Please consider your next actions carefully.
From the desk of the Right Honourable James Tellec, Mahrian Minister for Foreign Affairs.

LPNS Report
Today is another day of glorious advancement for our nation. As several new nations recognize the Liberal Government of Droskianishk, let all who read this article know that Consul Kutz and Second Consul Kutz wish them the best. The Consul made his first public appearance today courageously amidst rioters which were promptly put down by our brave Security Forces. The words the Consul spoke were these:
"The Consulate Republic of Droskianishk will maintain all current responsibilities, as well as the protectorate responsibilities to FreeDemGov, it is my greatest hope that all foreign governments will recognize the necessity of my move in disbanding the corrupt and in-effective Senate and will give what aid they can to hunt down rebels which have fled beyond our borders. We understand that our move to dislodge an incompetent government may come across as extreme to certain elements in foreign countries, but they must understand that the former government left us no choice. This administration also hopes that peace may return to its people and that all rebellious activities cease."
Today as part of the new governments Crackdown Initiative 400 rebels were arrested from within the Droskianishk military and another 20 former Senators were found and siezed along with documents proving their connection to underground elements within Droskianishk. These documents will be made available soon according to government sources. Several bridges were blown in Kalk City as of yet there have been no press releases from local law enforcement agencies to the whereabouts or identity of the terrorist rebels.
Several international threats were recieved from treacherous and cruel rogue nations threating the people of Droskianishk with economic terrorism, one citizen remarked "such remarks should not be tolerated by the Consul" as of now the Consul has made no counter remarks.

From: Praetor Nikolai Ryzhkov and Vice Praetor Vladimir Chernomyrdin, Technocratic Union of Vetalia
We have heard of your recent political instability and we wish to extend our support for the regime of Consul Kutz. We hope that your government is capable of maintaining the law and order necessary for you to espouse a path of stability that will ensure your nation's continued prosperity and growth.
We hope that your government considers the use of technocratic principles in its administration and public policy, since this is a system we have implemented in our nation and whose spread would greatly enhance our goals as a society and as a civilization. Vetalia has found that rule by its educated, technical members of society has produced a progressive government not afraid to espouse the future and which has been capable of avoiding the extremism and fearmongering that characterize mob rule.
If necessary, we will provide reasonable economic, technical, and military support to your new regime until it is established. Here is to creating another progressive nation and to the principles of law and order it espouses,
Nikolai Ryzhkov, Praetor of Vetalia
Vladimir Chernomyrdin, Vice Praetor of Vetalia
