Prowler Scouting Taskforce Alpha, Unknown System
Space rippled and it quietly split open to spit out three prowler ships, the Razor, the Havoc and Crystal. Lieutenant Jacobs, fresh from dealing with intrusions in the Sol System, had been sent by HIGHCOM to go scouting out the galaxy so they could find out just what was out there, to predict if any other alien nations might try to invade the Imperium. The prowlers activated active camouflage, texture bufferers, and kept their engines below 30%, so to try and keep their imprint on space as low as possible so to remain hidden. Jacobs looked at his crew.
“Scan the system, get me readings on this system, so we can find a planet we can check out.” The crew set to work and information on the system began to trail in, the picture becoming clearer and clearer. The computer selected one planet for investigation, seeing as it had high levels of technology as well as several ships around it. He knew he had to be careful so they weren't detected, as for all they knew, this nation shot intruders on sight. Sending orders to the rest of the task force, they began to move in on the planet.....
