Official United States Government Announcement

As of now, the United States Government is beginning the construction of a new military base on the Cloyster Coast. It will include the following:

1.A Secondary Strategic Fortress. This fortress will possess underground facilities capable of housing ten infantry divisions, as well as submarine pens. Further it will be equipped with the following weaponry:


Three Mark I NPG's in turrets.
100 78cm ETC cannon in individual turrets.
400 172mm machine cannon
200 125mm 6-barrel rotary vulcan cannon,
200 90mm 4-barrel rotary vulcan cannon
200 125mm antiaircraft cannon
800 90mm machine cannon
100 microwave emitter systems, and 100 close-in AP grenade launcher systems spread out in the vicinity of the fort for anti-personnel suppression and protection for the fort and the nearby facilities (listed below).

2.An Air Force base, housing, 1000 F/B aircraft, 250 interceptor aircraft and 25 S-1000 strategic bombers.

3.Underground bomb storage facilities, housing a variety of bombs. The Allanean Armed Forces are currently looking into the precise types of bombs and rockets to store.

4.A Khan launch facility (100 launch tubes spread out throughout the Cloyster Coast).

5.Additionally to this, 1,000 Tactical Forts will be spread along the coast. Each of these will house a 30mm Conhort electric accelerated cannon and an Incinerateur cannon as well as additional crew manipulating machineguns an automatic grenade launchers (10 crew members per fort). Further they will control 2600 micromissile vertical launch systems spread out on the shore.

6.1,000,000 ATG-44 anti-tank landmines and 10,000,000 assorted anti-personnel landmines will be spread on the coast.

7.A naval shipyard will also be constructed, as well as facilities for 140 infantry divisions and 60 armor divisions.

Official Announcement of the Allanean Government

The following weapons have been ordered for manufacture at the Allanean Arms factories on Roanoke Island:

1.100,000 GBU-39 Small Diameter Bombs
2.10,000,000 Mark 80 General Purpose Bombs
3.1,000,000 Mark 82 General Purpose bombs
4.1,000,000 Mark 84 General Purpose Bombs
5.1,000 BLU-113 penetrators.
6.100,000 KAB-500L bombs.
7.100,000 CBU-100 cluster bombs

The purpose of these developements is as yet unknown. The cost estimate is believed to be under 4.5 billion dollars.

To continue the buildup of the Cloyster Coast Camp, and of other facilities, we have received authorization from the Congress of the United States of Allanea to fund a purchase to include the following items:

Mines

1. 100,000,000 PFM-1 Mines
2. 10,000 Misar SB-81 mines
3. 1,000,000 ERAM (Extended-Range Anti-Armor Munitions)
4. 1,000,0000 Mark II Anti-Helicopter Landmines


Bombs

1. 600,000 MK-78 incendiary bombs
2. 100,000 MK-79 incendiary bombs
3. 1,000,000 Mark 83 general purpose freefall bombs
4. 10,200,000 Mark 81 general purpose freefall bombs
5. 500 B-61 Mod 70 350 kiloton nuclear bombs

Other Equipment

1. 15,000 BTM-3 Trench-digging machines
2. 100 gallons of Agent White
3. 100 gallons of Agent Orange
4. 100 gallons of sarin
5. 100 gallons of chlorine
6. 20 standard cargo container ships
