The emperor of new basilica has decreed that 8 new embassies may be opened in the city of Cavon these embassies can be built yourselves or by one of our own construction companies.
Embassy defence can be provided by the New Basilican army or by yourself
conditions-
up to 50 armed personnel
armed with up to 12.7mm(not including) weapons
up to 4 12.7mm weapons
