The Commonwealth of Tolvan Ministry of Defence officially offers the following contract:
We require a surface combatant with the ability to conduct extensive NGFS (Naval Gunfire Support). The vessel must meet the following criteria:
15,000-20,000 tons displacement desired
conventionally powered
armed with guns 203 mm or larger
ability to support Tomahawk cruise missiles
ability to carry SM-3 and ESSM SAMS
compatability with RAM and Goalkeeper CIWS
high survivability against aerial, surface, and sub surface attacks
crew of no more than 575
ability to support H-60 operations
The initial value of this contract will six vessels with an option for up to six more included.
All bids will be reviewed throughly and the winner announced as the apprasial process is complete.
