The Glorius Nation of Boagland and it's commonwealth have requested arms in its defense and eventual takeover over of the The Republic of Earthitania, which unjustifiable declared war!
Of course I Emperor Gavan I will personally compensate you for your troubles. Also I ask of you to halt all trade with the power grabbing "Republic" of Earthitania. Boagland is mostly in need of weapons and Troops should be forwarded to the command of The Dominion of The Epic Ownage, via a Telegram.
I Emperor Gavan I will be very thankful for any help and when any country that has helped me I will return the favor seven fold.

How strong is your military? How many troops do you have? What kind of weaponry do you have?
How strong are enemy forces? Have they invaded your country yet? What acts of agression have been perpetrated against your county?
What kind of troops would be most beneficial to you? We have a very strong general force, as well as many highly specialized units.
