Indeed we are in a simular position; trade between Futaris and us is little if any; and we already have no current relations with them so there is little we can do bar force of arms which is never the prefered option. we will keep your government informed of any information we gather on Imperial movments so you can better defend yourselves if it does indeed come to force of arms

Republic Statement

The Republic will elevate the Dominion to "Allied-Indigo" diplomatic status for this great achievement, though the Entente as a whole is still working on a sort of charter or pact to lay out actual terms of the alliance.
As for now, we are simply looking to strengthen our global position. The Union of the Russias is working with the Republic in mopping up the problem in the South American area, though if the Dominion wished to help, anything would be appreciated. Currently, though, we are interested in the Dominion's success at Ascension and St. Helena (OOC: Forgot the other island).
