Zeara has decided to shut its borders no one is going in or out all civlian air and sea traffic is grounded. Zeara troops are to be stationed at all border posts with the most of them going to the border town of Kamara in the north to await orders. The Royal Zeara navy is imposing a blockaide on zeara's ports so no civil sea vessel can breach the clsoe in our borders. We will keep the internatinol comunity posted as we learn more on the situation. What we do know is that a terrorist group known as sadar as taken control of two key nuclear facilitys that have chemical weapons in them both of these plants are in Kamara One plant Knowen as Sharaker has been blown up and we are trying to contain the nuclear fallout. We ask the internatinol comunity and the UN to help us in defeting the terrorists and containing the nuclear fallout. We give Permision for Any frendliy government millitary personal flying the UN flag or any Aircraft or ship with UN callsigns to Enter our borders adn help so long as they inform the royal Zeara defence force HQ 20 minutes before arrival so our troops do not shoot at your forces.

the nation of Zeara asks for UN help with negotiating with the terrorists and we ask the UN for nuclear decontamination squads and money for the clean up effort. our border states are now suffering as well we suspect 1000 people have died cause of nuclear fallout and a further 3000 will die due to nuclear posioning. we ask for money also to help with deploying a new drug that our drug companys have devaloped that nutralize the effects of nuclear posioning so that you do not die from it and in about three days you are better. the problem is your government has exausted its emergency fund that helped deploy the drug to 900 pople the drug costs $100,000,00 per 50 people to adminster. so you can see our problem and we also need to give this drug to other states effected by the nuclear fallout as it is our fault. please help us urgently.
