Official Message from the Allanean Government to Strator, classified Top Secret
We have the necessity to rent the services of every single Squadron you have available, for a war we'll be soon fighting in. They will be issued all necessary weapons and equipment. They will also undergo a special three-month training course in the use of Allanean weapons on the island of Mahane Shvuim, in the Greater Prussian Bay. You will be fully paid for the training period (at the $10,000 per squadron per month price you specify).
We will pay for the first month up front, and then deliver payments on the first of every month (15 million dollars each month- including a half-million dollar bonus!).
