Pearce Weapons Inc (Under the Direction of The Govenment of the Dominion of Vetaka)
The Bear Class Supercarrier:
After continued investment into the design capacity of Pearce Weapons Inc by the Govenment of the Dominion of Vetaka. Pearce Weapons Inc launched "Project Big Bastard". The Project represented the biggest design project that Pearce Weapons Inc had ever undertaken. The Projects aim was the design and eventual construction of a Supercarrier with an aircraft capacity of 100-300 Planes or 10-40 Bombers. Pearce Weapons as ever wanted the ship to appeal the nation that wanted a Supercarrier but also wanted to limit its purchase but still have the power of traditional Supercarriers. Like such other designs as the Vetakan Nutclass Battleship
and the Больница Class Hospital Ship the eventual design of the Supercarrier would hopefully be produced and sold through the The World Soviet Party Storefront. Hopefully leading to futher co-operation between Pearce Weapons Inc and because of the companys ownership by the Vetakan Govenment greater co-operation between Vetaka and the TWSP. As a result it is with great pleasure that we announce the Bear Class Supercarrier.
Bear Class Supercarrier Specification:
Type of Ship: Budget Supercarrier

Using modern technology and modern weaponary this carrier could either complement an exsiting fleet or form the carrier backbone of a nations fleet.

OOC: Looking great, but also a hmm-provoking design too... The tonnage and ship-specific stuff seem OK, and the art is super:D, but the carrying capacity seems far short of what's possible according to the tonnage at least... This design's only slightly smaller than Vetaka's Bear class (whose stats I quoted for easy reference, assuming the 1.5 million is standard displacement), and is a full supercarrier besides instead of a 'budget' one like Vetaka's; but for some reason this is peaked at 136 a/c where Vetaka's design crams in nearly 100 more? I honestly think one could easily bump the total aircraft capacity to an even 200 counting everything carried altogether, or at least 150 total if there's a hangar space problem for some reason related to fundamental design...
The same goes for the amphibious capacity, possibly able to go up to 10 Aleksandrovas for large assaults, and surely up to five; although much of that might be fixable by just reducing the number of Yuris supported in exchange for adding more Aleksandrovas. That could obviously be a customer's choice if so, since they'll have differing priorities for light versus heavy landing capacity. How big is the well deck? That should explain much if you know.
Flash idea: What's the armor on this thing? If it's comparable to Peter the Great's then that would indeed explain away much of the seeming capacity problem. Anyway, thanks for the great work and glad to help out!:) I'll definitely buy some ICly as soon as some tweaking occurs if it can.

Looking over the specifications of the Tir Svyatitelya class carriers I noticed that you take over 3.5 years to build one of these fine ships. I believe that Thorn Shipwrights could build the same design in two to two and a half years ( Assuming the use of some domestic equipment.)
Because my company has just built added construction slipways that are no longer needed ( Due to the peaceful resolution of an aborted war with the Northern Colonies). The Thorn Corporation's terms are simple, cost of construction plus 12% Our main concern now is utilizing the new construction facilities and our employees we hired to man them.

Greetings. As economic allies with Czechalrus, we see great opportunity in purchasing military equipment from your fine nation.
Once again, you have stupified us with your brilliant naval creations. This Tri Svyatitelya-class Super Carrier would go well with our own Adobe-class Super Carrier.
We seek the production rights to the Tri Svyatitelya-class Super Carrier, and are willing to pay anything to get them. We know that you probably will not just hand out the production rights to such a fine aircraft, but we see ourselves as being good friends of Czechalrus.
We are not asking much, and as previously stated, will pay any price for the production rights to the vessel. We will even pay a royalty for each vessel produced.
Thank you for considering our offer. Good luck with your ship.
Respectfully,

Alright, thanks for the information. Your right about the carry capacity I'll raise it now. I'll post the armor of it soon.:)

We certainly can. We are willing to pay an initial $200,000,000,000.00 USD for the production rights itself; and $10,000,000,000.00 USD per ship. We are willing to negotiate these terms, however.

Hmm... No need really, since I'd rather not send them until a (RL) day or two past their arrival so they can 'work up' with their crews and systems. More helpful would be checking the Peter the Great thread, actually; since I've ordered twenty of those too. Again, no problem if you overlooked it since the orders were a bit apart from the time needed for researching typing out all the names, but I'm definitely waiting until at least one type of escort for my Svatitelyi is in service before I send them Nicksyllvania's way. Doing otherwise is asking for trouble of the worst kind, even when you're otherwise winning...

Well, if you can speed things up so the carriers can arrive at the same time as the Peter the Great battleships or close after, that would be ideal actually. I'm planning something very ambitious (and conventional... well, no nukes or such anyway) to decide my war victoriously in one stroke, as well as possibly help a liberal-capitalist friend to quiet down some really rude homegrown-fascists all by themselves in the bargain. But in case something goes wrong and my fleet ends up mauled for risking the plan, these ships will give me some muscle to stabilize the situation from disaster. Thanks...

OOC: Many thanks, comrade.:D:cool: I think this plan will work but in any case I've got things for these ships to do, like escorting some Kawaiian refugees fleeing giant-monster attacks on their homeland to wherever they want to go. I'll probably find out if they accepted my offer of sanctuary and passage (and escort, in case some anime-hater n00b decides to push their luck by attacking civilian ships under my protection...) tomorrow, so might as well log off and sleep my way there. 'Night!
