We will gladly buy this for scrap metal. We are willing to spend approximately about $20 million dollars to turn all of the weapons and tanks into scrap metal for the International Undersea and Space Salvage and Recycling Cooperative.

We are willing to spend the full $60 million dollars to buy all of the material. This will help stop proliferation of small arms. We have already received a partial grant from the War Ministry to cover the rest of the expenses. We are already converting some of the tanks into tractors and heavy equipment, snow plows, and other things. The boats will converted for urban transport between small islands.
