Colliding Wars OOC Thread (ATTN: New Nicksyllvania, allies/enemies thereof)

OK people, sorry to pull a Zanski here, but really we need to give a fight this massive its own OOC thread. If it's OK, I recommend we move the ORBATs, supply-line notices (which I'm going to start giving), axes-of-advance, and such all here. This way, the IC thread can stay as close to 100% IC if possible (preferably, if we have a question we can provide a postlink to it here I'd wager...) and all of our RP skills can only get better.
To start things off, I'll say to Nick that supplying my men with MOPP or Soviet-equivalent (in my case) gear is not a problem, although they'd be more APC/Tank-bound for sure since even the latest stuff isn't all that comfortable compared to Western gear. So your forces are still going to be more of an obstacle to me than your environment, although storming Nickograd (I've done the research in one of the capitals thread) is indeed a daunting task and I'm considering alternatives, such as a maneuver battle outside the town that's such a defeat it forces you to declare your capital an "open city" or such.
I'll be sending at least four of my Army Groups your way, each having one Field Army with the following:

Multiple Branch Corps sharing the Army number in Roman numerals (I Infantry, I Armor, &c for First Army) with as many subordinate Battalions/Squadrons as needed, for administrative organization or use in an Army-scale mass battle.
Multiple standing Combat Team (company-sized), Task Force (battalion-sized) or Battle Group (brigade-sized+) HQs for organizing combined-arms operations.
75,000 personnel at full mobilization strength.
600 МБТ-25С "Tukotav" MBTs
1350 БКЧ-1 APCs
250 БКЧ-T Tank Destroyers
350 БКЧ-СУ 122mm Assault Guns (used in an "SP Battalion/Squadron Gun" role for infantry battalions and cavalry squadrons)
350 2С7А "Gigant Groma" 152mm SPH, 350 BM-30 Smerch 300mm MLRS, 50 SS-23 Spider SRBM
350 ТС-М1 SPAA/SAM, 150 С-400 "Triumph" SAM
Logistical and miscellaneous support totalling some 3,500 vehicles of all types (~700 UAZ-469/ABI jeeps, 1400 Ural-4320 trucks, 1400 MAZ-543 heavy trucks)

And also an Army Air Force sharing the Army number, packing at present:

75,000 personnel at full mobilization strength
50 MiG-39/1.44 Flatpack (deployment pending), 200 MiG-29M Fulcrum, 100 MiG-31M Foxhound, 150 Su-27SM Flanker superiority fighters
100 Yak-41M Freestyle attack fighters
10 Tu-160 Blackjack, 50 Su-34 Fullback (deployment pending) bombers
50 An-225 Cossack, 100 Il-76MF Candid, 100 An-72 Coaler transports
50 AH-1RO Dracula attack helicopters, 50 Mi-26 Halo cargo helicopters, 150 Ka-29 Helix utility/assault helicopters
Miscellaneous support both ground and air, usually delegated to Army proper in the former case.

And besides the four Armies and Air Forces definitely invading your land NN (deploying by air once sufficient airports are secured either in Takamis or Sub-Nicksyllvania; air deployment and supply routes being Revolutionary Guinea-->TBA, New Coledonia-->TBA, Shoenesia-->TBA, & Red Stanleya-->TBA, protected by MiG-39/1.44 and Su-27 escorts), I also have my First (Capital-reserve in Tails Islands) and Second Army Groups (as defined above, Pilot Islands-based) on standby to either join the invasion (First staying put in that case) or move to Vetaka should aid in their developing civil crisis be requested (either First or both deploying in that case). Either option is open, though Second Army Group will most probably be headed your way alongside Third through Sixth (Seventh deploying to Zanski, air bridge being Crossfire Islands-->USSNB-occupied Mhoudia and protected by more MiG-39s and Su-27s); since Vetaka tends to handle things like the Nationalist Crisis on his own, and I respect that choice both IC and OOC.
My fleets in this operation, Fourth off the Takami Islands already with Third moving to assist while Second acts as a strategic reserve against any of your remaining fleets breaking out, plan to land their attached Marine divisions one each on the northernmost and southernmost Takamis; with Vetakan troops behind to exploit the beachhead. Essentially, double the following order of battle, and you'll have what is just outside coastal defense range of your Takami Islands now on my part...

2 Ul'yanovsk CVN, 2 Kiev CVS; with full aircraft loads each TBA.
3 Wagdoggie Bone BBN
4 Kirov CGN
20 Udaloy II DDK
68 Neustrashimy FFG
11 Berezina AOE
20 Ivan Rogov LPD
10 Akula-II SSN
5 Oscar II SSGN (only with Fourth Fleet, detached from Sixth/"Unified Submarine Fleet")
8,000 Marines (Czechalrussian-equipped now, as per Army above) in one Division co-numbered with the host Fleet...

50 Tanks
200 APCs
50 Tank Destroyers
50 Assault Guns
50 SPH, 50 MLRS, 50 SRBM
50 SPAA, 50 SAM
50 CEVs
100 jeeps, 200 trucks, 200 heavy trucks

As is, my marines are moving to land on the two outlying Takamis indicated (North and South Takami, right?) with a division per island, under cover of 60 RKP-555 Sampson-C cruise missiles launched by my subs targeting both fixed (30 penetrator warheads) and mobile (30 submunition warheads) antishipping positions on each island. Meanwhile, the forty Tu-160M Blackjack-B bombers I deployed from Wagdog proper will fire 960 Kh-555 Kent-C cruise missiles evenly split between the ports of Nickon and Nicksaw (640 submunition-warheads against port supplies and such, plus 320 penetrator-warheads against command bunkers; all insofar as my OBSAT network can identify and designate them, with all the inherent limitations to IMINT/ELINT/SIGINT monitoring of even OBSAT's high caliber applying in your defense...), shooting from behind the BARCAPs of Fourth and (later) Third Fleet naval fighters so as not to repeat the bomber casualties seen off Havvy. In short, rather than play shell games looking for which port has your fleet, I'm just going to smash all the proverbial shells, both real and fake, as insurance that I hit something you'll be needing to keep the Lone Alliance and Vetaka at bay. If you need a link for my Czechalrussian and other stuff's stats, you can find it all at TWSP's storefront (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=517844) quite easily.;)

There are minimal defences in the south, at most a couple pillboxes every kilometer or so, and the occasional minefield. A few garrison infantry divisions to prepare conscripts for desert warfare before they are sent off for occupation duty in the Mo Quian Colony.
