They can be, it just depends on the newbie themselves, those nations they have the fortune/misfortune to interact with early on and the phase of the moon when the newbie joins the forum...

Karum Hator sat pondering the letter in front of him.
He was alone in his office now, his office staff having been dismissed an hour ago. The light from one of his antique lamps glinted of his bald, high domed skull. and yet didn't quite light up the room giving an impression of an island surrounded by darkness.

He'd been fighting for years to try to let his great president resume contact with outside nations. There hadn't been a foreigner in Tirmanya for over 200 years. Perhaps this could give him an opportunity.

Nezzel would not approve. But does he have to know?

I have witnessed this a little to others (1 trillion+ army and nuke type noobs) but have been fortunate enough to receive any, I think/hope! Just get involved in a few things (Im playing alot of the sporting competitions) and you will get plenty of interaction. Feel free to rp with me, more than happy and always looking to get involved in good rp's.
