Report: A new type of disease has been reported in Cyprus. Officials didn't want to release any major details, except that it is un-containable. And that it started westy of Polis, a city on West Cyprus. Officials posted maps like this in popular area. To warn people not to travel westwards. Polis as we speak is being evacuated. And armed forces checkpoints are being placed on every major street and a barricade is being built around the moderate sized city. Cyprus armed forces are apparently being stretched to the brink. C.A.F consists of 10 000 ground forces. 1 Tank batallion, only 2 dozen fighters. And a few bombers. Not enough to contain A disease so hard to detect. All roadways heading east have checkpoints. At the checkpoints, people are being searched for cases of zombism. The most common form of spreading the virus is by biting another. Citizens caught with bitten flesh. Is taken out of sight, and executed. And there bodies burned. Whether this be, a man, woman or child. This is the only way of stopping the disease from increasing.
Current estimated number of zombies: 10 000

This message is issued in panfips to Cyprus peoples'
Attenion, Citizens of Cyprus
You have nothing to worry about. We have everything under control, The amount of peoples that are infected is decreasing rapidly. We strongly, strongly reccomend you move eastbound. to any major Cyprus city. And stay with a relative, if this option is unavailable. Many inns are discounts of 3 free days at their rooms. And also, Cyprus National guards are setting up bunks at most Community Centres around cyprus. Each one also equipped with a 24/7 on hand nurse.
This message is issued by the Cyprus Armed Forces
Dealing with infected peoples.
Once a person is bitten, there is no going back, the signs (In order) to Zombism are:
1: Headache and/or stomach ache
2: A stomache flu
3: Feeling faint:
4: Nausea
5:Losing Conciousness. (Once a person is unconcious, there body is shutting down, in 2 hours roughly they will become a zombie)
If you know someone who has been bitten, or if it's you, we reccomend strongly that you isolate yourself. Lock yourself in a small room. Seal the windows and close any curtains. Cyprus military personnel will eventually find you and deal with your corpse.
Avoid ay physical encounters with zombies at all costs. They will grab you and bite you if you stumble upon them, if you have no other choice, there are ways to immobilize/kill a zombie that is by:
Removing the head
OR
Destroying the brain
This is the only way to actually 'kill' a zombie. We reccomend long blunt weapon, such as a shovel. Sharp items can often get stuck in things. Only use a gun if you know how to properly operate it.

Cyprus Zombie Invasion Timeline
March 15 2007: Scientists actually invent the disease, to ressurect a corpse to do simplistic tasks, such as labor working.
March 20 2007: The idea is released to the public, with controversial replies. Most religious groups in Cyprus were against the idea.
March 21 2007: It is first expiremented on Mice; there is no results, it only works on humans, but at the time, we were un aware of this
March 23: The scientists Burn the Mice and try again on Apes, it is succesfull. But only to a limited degree. Since the scientists did not get the results they wanted. The apes were tobe executed. This angered Animal Rights Groups
March 29: A group of animal rights rebels break into the facility and free the apes west of Polis (The city where the science facility was located)
March 30-31 The apes attack a group of North American Tourists, USA are upset by Cyprus' lack of security.

WIth Cyprus, Great Britain, and Gopanias forces, we have managed to slow the zombies advance on Cyprus, however the threat is still growing, and if we stop now, at a faster rate. The undead has hit the ghost own of polis, luckily, there were few victims due to manditory evacuation, the town is being defended as kwe speak by Cyprus Armed Forces, which, now has gained circa 150 more recruits. Unfortinutely, there has been over 50 casualties. 10 of them were due to friendly fire. But, we may be able to stop the zombie infection dead in it's tracks. Cyprus scientists are working on some sort of weapon that will neutrilize them faster, and in larger numbers.

While we cannot currently send men to help, we can send specially bred dogs trained to track zombies and plague vampires. These dogs are trained to sniff for zombies. They can track a zombie and will not engage the zombies directly, they will bark and point towards the zombies location. Most are a specially bred variety of german shepherd. We can send 200 of these dogs with handlers.

Huang Ming Lee, Minister of Law Enforcement.

Cyprus Island Defense Minister Hecter Clarke:
We thank you for the sympathy, and we hope to work with your Demon Hunters on the battlefield. Our Infantry are anxious to see your hunters in battle, and maybe learn some battle tactics.
God Speed,

Lathanuel viewed the sea ahead, he had never been one for sea travel, far too rough for him, though it would have been naive for him to think that all demons would be on the lands of Gopania, another wave crashed in and he felt a little quesy just from watching, "Lathanuel." The former priest turned around towards the rest of the port, the sea now crashing onto the buttress of the dockyards, he looked at his angellic wife and smiled, "Lathanuel, cette cannelure était mes pères, avec lui que je sais que vous retournerez." Lathanuel took the wooden Flute from his wifes hands and placed it into his pockets.
He kissed his wife and wished his daughter good graces, "La plus chère épouse, je retournerai, par la grace d'un dieu qu'elle sera faite." Lathanuel slowly walked away and boarded the transport steamer, "Capitaine Graeze, nous sommes tous ici." There was an exchange of salutes before the Iron ship began to leave the port.
****
The ship was nearly in port, Lathanuel was keeping his mind off the sea by playing his flute, the other Hunters were already preparing for landing, they had their Shotguns ready and Amulets draped around their necks, Lathanuel pocketed his flute and got up just as the final docking measures went into effect.
Lathanuel and his group left the ship, Lathanuel grabbing a nearby map of the dirty areas, he was in the Yellow zone, he knew that, moving West he would reach the red zone and some Zombies to fight.

Rick Brought his G36 to bare and fired a few shots off at the advancing infected before kneewling down again and truning his back to the land rovers wheel. He pressed the button on his radio and tried to get hold of the other units in the are but couldnt.
His Unit and taken up possesions on a crossroads in the centre of the city within the "red zone". he had 8 land rovers with him, each holding 5 soldiers and each blocking off a section of road, providing a barrier between the troops and the infected.
He triend the radio again but still nothing. "This is Kilo One Six to King One One do you copy over." He shouted down the radio. "This is Kilo One six to any forces within the city do you copy? is anyone still out thier?" He shouted as he let his finger off the button and got back up to fire another few shots into the advancing infected. The Heavy gunfire from the Minimis and the GMPGs on the roofs of the vechiles where slowing the advance, but they still kept coming. The Sound of gunfire and grenades exploding filled the city as they tried to fight back whatever was advancing on them. It still wasnt clear yet.
Dentone raised his Spas-15 and fired into the nearing crowd. The Empty SHells fell to the ground and white smoke belowed from the ends as they landed. he took the Magazne out and slammed another one in, but Rick interupted him before he could fire again.
"Dentone, we need to get out of here. When i give the signel, blow 'em to hell!"
Dentone was the combat engineer for 1st squad, and had layed Pe4 infront of the advancing infected. It was a last resort as they abonded this position.
"Evreybody in the vechiles, we are falling back to Zulu position!!" The troops EMptied thier magazines and jumped back into the landrovers, the engines jumped to life and they bgan to roar as thier drivers put the trottle down and moved away from thier postiion.
"Dentone now!"
Dentone cliked a button atop a radio control and fire illumanated the nite sky. He jumped into the back of the last Land Rover and they all moved back to position Zulu to await thier fate or reinforcments.
Lathanuel had been travelling in this Carriage for a while now, its burgundy panelling on the outside giving rumors to the locals that mabye some form of Monarch from far off lands was inside, Lathanuel thought it best to dispell these rumors and had tucked himself up away from the windows and advised his men to do the same.
Unfortunantly riding in a Carriage they had to keep away from the more busy roads lest any of the maniacal Iron Horses they had seen would blow them away, Lathanuel enjoyed the country backroads more anyway, it meant he was able to see the huge fire on the horizon, a definate sign that they had passed by civilisation.
"Mon ami, une transmission par radio demandant des reinforcments, il est en anglais." Lathanuel grabbed the radio from his second in command and tried to remember all that his tutor had taught him on English.
"Mon ami, we are hunters from Gopania, do you require our help?" He asked in a fractured English sentence, though the transmission was very little better, it was all just code words and numbers, kinda cool though.

"Black Hawk 129 taking off," Lt. Jake said.
Black Hawk 129 had a crew of 8. Two of them were manning the powerful miniguns with two crew members piloting the Black Hawk and four passengers.
"Roger, remember this is a scouting mission NOT SLAUGHTERING the undeads!" replied HQ
"Roger, we're heading towards land, I don't see anything" said Jake.
"Wow, its sure damn quiet here. I think I liven things up soon with my minigun," said Pvt. John grinning.
"You heard command no shooting unless neccesary."
"But IT IS necessary or I would die of boredom!"
"Just shut up and watch out for any undead," chuckled Jake.
The desolated street below suddenly were filled with flesh hungry zombies.
They looked hideous with decaying skin with blood shot red eyes filled with a hungry expression. They stared up at what was making all the noise.

On a beach on the northern plains, a large force had landed and unloaded, having secured the beach via Paratrooper Black Guard Scouts the main force had landed, Tanks, Half-tracks and Infantry, they were a small fraction of the elite force within the TSD, the Black Guard, bodyguards of the Emperor and his council, they were taken from the ranks of the TSD and seperately trained to be pure killers, they showed little-to-no mercy to the enemy and would go through great lengths to acheive their Emperor's wishes.
Leading them was a man in a black uniform that looked similar to the U.S Marines Combat uniform, a Colonel named Urial Hartz, a hardened veteren of the Trasian civil wars and is known to put down an entire city when it rebelled against Trasa, killing everyone within, he was 6 ft in height, medium build, short blonde hair, peircing ice-blue eyes and caucasian, he had a scar on his right cheek from burns and his left hand was covered in a glove which conealed several more serious burnmarks.
The Black Guard T-90 Tanks were just being unloaded from landing craft to the shoreline, the Infantry had gone further from the beach and made several trenches closeby as well as started construction of a Pre-Fab Command Center, from where the Colonel could direct his forces, Urial had faced the Undead before, they even had a special group devoted to their extermination in Trasa, the Trasian Biohazard Containment and Rescue Force, also known as TBCRF, however they were busy elsewere, leaving the Black Guard to take over.
He folded his arms across eachother while staring out at the plains before him, the undead were out there, he could feel it in his blood, several scouts had reported that there was heavy Zombie activity in the area close to Polis, the hardened Colonel narrowed his eyes as a T-90 rolled past him and onto the field, he climbed ontop of it and went to the hatch ontop of the turret, opened it up and climbed in, he popped his head out from it and the area from his chest downwards was inside, he kept his head outside as well as his arms and upper chest so he could see the battlefield better and checked for any threats...

"HELP! HELP!" a civillian screaming on the top of his lungs
What an idiot, hes attracting the zombies towards him thought Jake.
"Begin landing sequence, we have to save him, fire at will."
"Roger"
Slowly the helicopter landed while the minigun fired thousands of bullet towards the invading horde. Several of the zombies were getting their heads ripped off and the horde could not advance since they moved too slowly.
"Landing sequence complete sir!" said the pilot.
"Alright, get that man out of there!"
The civillian without any hesitation quickly hopped aboard and the Black Hawk soon began hovering, knocking down the surrounding zombies with wind pressure coming from the blades.
"Ha, I seen more action in the training camps!" said John
"Thats cause the training camps are much more dangerous than this," replied Jake sarcastically though it was true.

Location: Niscosia barracks
Time: 5 minutes after British Attack on undead
Weather conditions: Partial Clouds.
The sun was just beginning to rise on Cyprus as Squads of infantry mounted into Military Transport Trucks. This was a rapid deployment mission, so they were to be briefed on thier way to Thier destination. The infantry sat at the back, the seats against the wall facing eachother. PFC Geoffry Duncan was the first to get in. He was conscripted into the Cyprus Armed Forces 7 months ago, and recently just finished his training. (It is Law that every male of cyprus do 24 months of military service). He sat down close to the front. And one by one his squadmates filed into thier seats.
They all buckled in as a gunnery Sarge stepped up into the truck. Holding nothing but a mission briefing in one hand, in the other hand he carried a road, map of West Cyprus, with Arrows and words scribbled into it with a blue marker. "Attenion Infantry of 2nd rifle batallion!" He called.
Everyone looked at him with a chilling look. It was thier first time on the field. And to make matters worse they were fighting an enemy that does not feel pain, or retreats, or takes prisoners. It was a perfect army. The truck began to drive; "We will be moving in the redzone ETA 20 minutes, The Brits are retreating to point Zulu, and it is our job to give them some relief, We will be charging the zombies ASAP, as the brits take a breather. The Zombies will come in waves. So we get small pieces of relief as well. W-"
"Permission to speak sir!" The voice was familiar
"Granted," Sarge replied.
"How long exactly do we have to hold them off?" Now he recognized the voice. It was Corporal Roger Gaines. He made a better smartass then a riflemen. He didnt have a good shot, nor was he in good physical conditions either. Not really the kind of guy you want to cover your 6 in a fight. But he was handy if you ever got into a bar fight.
"Until you die" Sarge Replied, "Or until The Brits can fight again"
"Yes sir" Gaines finished.
When The trucks arrived. The infantry filed out in 3s. And the trucks drove off eastbound. The first thing that they did was stand aside as the British Trucks drove through them. No more then a click away. Were the shambling undead. they were easy to spot. The battleground was a Farming Area. South of Polis. It was broad daylight out now. Geoffreys watch read 11 AM.
They all were crouched down in a ditch. The sarge stood up "Okay, We have to hold this position here, so I want it fortified. Above this ditch, as you can see is a fence. We will line up along the fence and pick out the undead. This is a wheat farm. So grab the rolls of Hay And roll them into the ditch. That'll slow 'em down." the teams got up and began working in groups to push the hay rolls over the 1/2 metre tall wooden fence into the ditch 2 feet below. They could Just see over the hay. The undead were closer now. Maybe 1/2 of a km away. They then lined up. and Loaded there H&K G3 Assualt Rifles with 7.62 mm Ammo. Perfect ammo size to puncture a skull.
By the time they were all ready. The zombies were no farther then 100 metres away. Their moans could now be heard. The time ticking down felt like forever to Geoffry. "When I say so, fire at will, Make small bursts at thier heads"
They closed in. 90 metres, 80 metres, 75 metres, 70 metr-"OPEN FIRE!" Sarge ordered.
The sound of G3 rounds filled the air. As the corpses were being hit with bullets. Although, no one yet had killed one. 55 metres, 50 metres. O'connely got the first kill. The bullet hit it's chin, as the face of the corpse split into 2. It fell backwards. 45 metres. 40 metres. Now People were downing the zombies. They hit the deck, one by one. limbs went flying everywhere like it was the 4th of July. 35 metres. Geoffrey Still had not shot one round off yet. He couldn't comprehend the fact that these werent people yet. He still saw them as People, doctors, lawyers, Business men. Sarge now Began Loading His 12 Gauge, as he headed toward Geoffry. "Duncan, I said Open fire!" Sarge Barked.
Duncan shouldered his G3 Assualt Rifle and aimed at one corpse. He locked his eye on it. It had it's mouth wide open, and it was wearing a suit and a tie.
"Are you deaf?" Sarge asked
"No Sir" Geoffry Replied
"Then kill one, Private!"
He Put his finger on the trigger. And pressed gently on it. He couldn't go through with it. He pressed harder,
BAM
The recoil, although not too bad. Made him feel like he was kicked in the shoulder. He gazed at the body. The bullet had just Hit the Corpse. Right in the neck. As the head went flying, and blood sprayed from both the head, and the body, which was now on the ground. Jerking, due to the trauma the Nerves just experienced. "First ones always the hardest, you'll get used to it." Sarge remarked, and put the final Buckshot in his 12 Gauge, and walked away.
He could do it now, but he had to keep his cool. He Adjusted his helmet so it was nice and tight. And he focused on putting these motherfuckers on the ground, headless. He focused on another corpse. This one was an Asain Female. He pressed the trigger,
BAM
Hit her in the forehead. And He saw her brain come out the back of her head. I sight he wish he didnt just see. but he kept focusing on the corpses. And one by one he put them down.
BAM BAM BAM BAM
He was getting good now. He put down 3 every five seconds.
*Click*
His clip was empty. He pushed the release and yanked the clip out, and smacked a fresh one inside, and cocked the gun. He returned to the shooting. The bodies couldn't pass 30 metres without falling now.
30 Minutes later
He was too good at it now. Roger Gaines and another solider started keeping score of thier kills. Roger, being the crap shot he is, had 50 kills. The other had 83. Geoffry, although not keeping score. Had well over 170. By now. The zombies were right at thier feet. They had torn through the Hay. Sarge made his first shot of the day. He fired off his 12 gauge at random. not really needing to aim. He was picking off 4 at a time. He had buckshot rounds. And his shotgun was 2 feet from thier heads. Then. One of the zombies, swinging at random. Cracked a hole big enough to walk through, in the fence. The corpses started creeping up. One grabbed the solider keep score. and big his Leg. He Screamed in terror and went full auto on the zombie. He put 14 rounds into it, by the time it was dead. Most of them hit his Arm, severing it. But one lucky shot Hit it square in the nose.
Sarge Charged toward the Solider
"Are you okay?" Sarge Asked?
"Yeah, It bit me deep, but I can Still fi-BAM *Click-Click*
Sarge shot him. Right in the face. Taking it clean off And throwing the body into the crowd. Which apparently, thought the body had sour blood, they ignored it completly. "If anyone is bitten" Sare commented "Shoot their face off, the last thing we need is a zombie, I expect you to do the same for me"
Geoffry wasn't listening to what he said, neither did anyone else. They were still in shock by what had just happened. It took them a few seconds to regain thier senses.
By now, there were at least 10 zombies that had climbed up. "Pull back!" Sarge ordered
"To where?" Roger asked
"You see that old barn down there, son?"
"Yeah, b-"
"Thats where were headed, Everyone pull back, were heading to the barn!"

Urial watched as 60 soldiers piled into 3 of the Half-tracks, he gave a handsignal to the Tank Driver that they were going to roll out, he turned towards the half-tracks and gave the same gesture, the small convoy then moved out towards polis, they went through the fields like a knife through water, he suddenly called for a halt of the convoy and looked around, he could hear somthing over the engines of the tank and half-tracks, he pulled himself out and drew his Beretta, flicking off the safety he shouted to the driver of the first half-track.
"Deploy your troops and tell them to scour the area, somthing's not right here." he shouted to the driver who nodded and shouted into the back, his partner in the cab cimbed up to the turret and got the machine-gun ready, 20 soldiers with AK's at the ready, they split into groups of 5 and went into opposite directions while Urial got back into the turret yet kept his weapon drawn just incase, he suddenly heard screams from the right of the tank, Machine-Gun Fire and then only silence, Urial went to the Tank's Radio and tuned it to the squad's frequency.
"Alpha 4 this is Omega Leader, what is your status?" he queried, pausing a moment before receiving a reply.
"Sir, this is Alpha 4, we have encountered mild resistance, one of our group has been bitten and been...taken care of, we are returning to the Half-track immediatly." came the reply.
Urial nodded and comfirmed "Affirmative, but make sure the target is dead via headshot, we do not want them to rise again." he said before laying back in his seat near the driver, looking up towards the hatch he saw a cloud passing over their section, this was going to be an interesting day...Their group was headed to Polis...How many would die before they reached it however?

lance Corpral jones sat in the back of the landrover, he was the main radio operator and had been trying to get some infomation on the position of friendly forces but he couldnt get anything. He took a deep breath and and looked out the back of the land rover. Suddenly the radio came to life, the signal must of been quite week as most of the talking was broken up by crakaling.
"Sargent! I have somone on the radio, i cant be sure who it is."
"Okay Jones, infrom them of the co-ordinates of point zulu then infrom the rest of the squad we are about to reach our destination so they need to prepare to secure the area!"
The Rookie scribbled down the co-ordinates as they came through the radio, "Commandant, nous avons coordonne!" Lathanuel took the scrap of paper and examined it.
He smiled and observed a map nearby, "Bon novice de travail." Lathanuel handed the sheet to the Driver, "Le conducteur, nous prennent ici!" The driver took the sheet and pointed to his counterpart on the other Carriage, they both turned towards the co-ordinates.
****
The Carriages were about 2 miles from the co-ordinates, Lathanuel was hoping he could see these mysterious allies soon, he grabbed the transmission stick of the radio and tuned it to the same frequency as before, "Mon ami, we are 6 minutes from your position!" He stated whilst the rest of the group grabbed their shotguns and got ready for a heated exit from the transports.

The Barn was a long walk from the fence line, south of Polis, But it felt even longer to PFC Geoffry Duncan, feeling like his legs could give out any minute. It was pushing 4:30PM now. And the undead just keep coming, Sarge was on the radio with C.A.F officers. "HQ, we keep hold them any longer, were pulling out, and heading back to a barn, just a stones throw from our first defences. We should be able to hold them longer from there."
The officers didnt seem to be bothered. They had 2 more nations to bloster the line at Polis.
The team of 24 Concripted infantry ran back to the barn. They quickly assembled a defence system in the barn. The Door was barricaded. And a dozen land mines were placed 10 yards from the entrence. And 2 yards from the entrance. There was gasoline poured around the barn perimeter. And a machine gun plaed on the Only window at the front. The zombies were very close to the entrence now. The 24 young men then waited on the 2nd floor. They all had thier H&K G3s stuck half way out of thier windows. Ready to fire. Then sarge gave the order.
"OPEN FIRE, KILL THEM ALL!"
Geoffry took the first shot. And Hit his target. This one was different though. It was a child. A young boy, no older then 8. It was a shame to see children in the crowd. But zombies are zombies. The undead kept falling. Limbs flying. Blood everywhere. The ground was polluted with blood. Then the zombies walked through the mine field.
BOOM BOOM BOOM
The mines went off. Sending dozens of carcus' flying many feet in the air. None of the mine victoms got up again. Then they slammed into the gasoline. Sarge took a cigarette out of his pocket. And lit it. "Since when did you smoke, sarge?" Ask Private Chris West. Chris 'Babyface' West . They called him that. Because despite the fact that he was 18. He looked no older then 15. He was 5'4". With curly brown hair.
"I don't" Sarge replied. And he dropped the cigarette out of the window.
It hit the ground. And made a circle of flames around the Barn. The explosion of flames took over the sound of moaning. The flames didn't seem to stop the zombies. Until about 30 seconds, and 19 kills for Geoffry later. When the engulfed zombies. Could not move anymore.
30 minutes later.
He now, was out of ammo, along with 17 of the infantry. Only ones with ammo left. Were 6 strangers, Babyface, and Sarge, Who only fired 14 rounds off the entire Day. The gunner still had 1 clip left. Which just ran out as I finish this sentance. Then, a hand went flying through the barn door, then another, then another, then 3 more. Suddenly. There were many gaps in the door. And one corpse flew into the barn, then a few more. Everyone on the first floor climbed up the ladder to the 2nd floor. and sarge pumped 3 rounds into the crowd, before climbing up. "What do we do now?" One asked
"Were Finished"Answered Babyface
"Pull your fucking selves together" Finished sarge. "We'll make a leap from here, and hopefully we will land on that tractor down there. The tractor was 5 metres away from them. but it was high enough so that when you werei n it, the zombies couldn't reach you. Sarge jumped first. And smacked into the tractor, which knoched the wind outta him, but he scrambled up into the drivers seat. Babyface closed his eyes and jumped, making it farther then sarge. He landed on his feet. And moved forward a bit and sat down.

Sgt. Isiof sat at the commander's seat of his Type 63 Amphibious tank. He watched as the infantry piled on the tank behind him. Shortly after, the ramp of the modified Kiev Class, which was leading into the water, was opened. The tanks and Type 85 APCs began moving into the water. The shoreline was visable from here and after pulling his binoculers out, the Sgt. searched for zombie along the shoreline, but didn't find any. A Mi-35 helicopter flew overhead.
"Hey I didn't know we had airsupport!", the Sgt. said to the Col. in the tank next to him.
"Yeah. I didn't know we did either", the Col. answeared with a thick Russian accent.
The tanks hit the beach and headed for a tower in the business district of a port city deep in the red zone. They spotted a few zombie crowds on the way, but just plowed right through them, without even bothering to stop and finish them off. They also managed to pick up two survivors: a couple that was on the 2nd story of an apartment building. The couple climbed into one of the APCs and was given trail rations and refreshments.
The Sgt. looked at his GPS locater. They had about a good half an hours worth of traveling to do before they reached their destination. Supplies were expected to be on the roof of that building, which was chosen because of its ideal location, small number of entry points, helipad, and its view of the surronding area.

Confesser-Colonal Kushan rested his arms on the metal railings of the transport cruiser, and closed his eyes as the spray misted across his face. behind him, he could hear the comforting sounds of weapons being dismantled, cleaned and re-assembled with quick, professional motions.
The Brotherhood had offerred aid to the infected nation, but had not yet recieved word from the beleagered government as to whther they had autherisation to go ahead with the op.
After some consideration, it had been deemed wisest to send the force by boat to the eastern-most beach head in the South of the country, and wait for further orders. His men were prepped and ready to go. He turned to look across the deck of the cruiser, and his chest swelled with pride. here on this one ship, the cream of the Brotherhood's cabalistic armed forces had been assembled. Each man a full head taller than the serfs and labourers that slaved to keep them supplied with food and equipment, all clad in the silver and black livery of the Brotherhood. All had pledged their lives to Kane, and all would willingly give them. But at a price.
And their price was blood.
Shaking himself out of his reverie, Kushan walked to the comm centre and stood behind the operator while he once again attempted to get a signal from the embattled forces on the ground.
"Cypriote government, this is the Brotherhood vessel 'Messiah' do you read me?"
*TSHHHHH*
"Cypriote government, we have come to offer our aid in containing the outbreak, do you read me?"
*TSHHHHH*
The operator turned to the confesser-colonal and shook his head.
"Nothing sir, we can't raise them, we must be too far away from any manned relays."
Kushan nodded slowly, and leant towards the comunications array.
"Try a few different wavebands, we know the British are out there, and our ambassador Seth has their universal battle frequency, if we can't get the Government to invite us in, maybe some of the international forces on the ground can."
The operator nodded and replaced his headset.
"British forces, this is the Brotherhood Cruiser 'Messiah' we are off the Southern shore of the country, requesting permission to land and move up to Polis to engage hostiles, over."
The two men waited axiously for a response. Without permission, landing their forces would be an act of war, but not to land would be an act of inhumanity.

The Convoy had finnally reached the outskirts, there had been acouple of encounters but nothing compared to what Urial was seeing, the area was swarming with the Zombies, he frowned deeply and ducked back into the tank, closing and locking the hatch behind him, he nodded to the gunner who grinned and opened fire with the turret, sending shells at the undead hoard, blowing several to peices and more off their feet, the Machine-guns of the tank and Half-tracks also opened fire on the hoard approching them while the troops got out and took up defensive positions, acouple started to set up a small MG-Nest and cover the flanks, the Soldiers kept an eye on behind them and the sides.
Urial went to the radio and switched to the HQ frequency on the beach.
"This is the Convoy War, we have engaged the enemy, all other convoys report!"
The radio hissed for a moment before the reports of 2 others came in.
"This is Famine, we are approching from the north, it's a mess War, heavy resistance and several causualities."
"This is Pestiliance, we are approching from the South-East, all's quiet here War, alittle spooky..."

He grabbed the mike from the operator and cleared his throat;
"Acknowledged, preparing to make landfall, expect our relief column to arrive in two to three hours, over and out."
turning from the comms room, the confesser took the stairs two at a time to reach the bridge. Captain Strevoyan nodded to him as he approached.
"Captain, we have affirmation, take her in as close as you can, then we'll deploy the hovercraft."
Strevoyan scratched his chin thoughtfully. "Well Confesser-Colonal, we could navigate up through the river channel for a few miles inland, it'd be quicker than landing in hovercraft and force-marching to Polis."
kushan nodded and turned on his heel.
"make it happen" he called over his shoulder as he left.
*23 minutes later*
The cruiser Messiah came to rest in the river channel, her sleek black sides glinting with the soft mid-afternoon spray. The side of the ship groaned and creaked as part of it hinged outwards, forming a ramp to the bank at her side.
three columns of black hand infantry marched down onto the sands, followed by half a dozen Scarab tanks, their tracks chruning the banks to mud.
The confesser-colonal took stock of his men, then ordered them to march North to Polis. The Messiah was to return to the open sea until required.
whether he or any of his men saw her again, was in the hands of Kane.

The forces arrived at the gate of the skyscraper.
Using thermal scanners, they searched the area, but didn't find anything. The troops got out of the tanks and climbed over the gate. After a few minutes of tinkering with the gate controls inside of the guard's station, they were able to get the gate open and the remaining troops and tanks were driven inside and the tanks were parked facing the gate, while the APCs were parked in the parking garage.
The troops went into the building while a few stood outside, guarding the closed gate and making sure the perimiter was secure. Meanwhile, several engineers began setting up the equipment they found on the helipad, which they knew was left by a Northern Baltic helicopter due to the markings on the equipment. The equipment included: complex radio equipment, 2 thermal locators which were screwed in on opposite sides of the building, a number of computers and medical equipment to analyze the 'zombie' infection, and a generator which they set up in case the power failed.
Machine guns were also set up on the second floor in case the zombies did decide to attack this compound. Meanwhile, the radio operator sent out messeges trying to get in contact with other friendly forces in the area. He said over each frequency, "This is Northern Baltic Rescue Forces. Anyone there? OOC: Sorry about the Cliffhanger, I had an emergency that needed tending to,
IC: Geoffry made a good choice, and decided to make the leap of faith. He threw his G3 into the horde of undead, and leaped at the tractor. His helmet came off in midair, but he managed to land on the back end of the tractor. The rest of the infantry didn't make it. But one. "Who are you?" Geoffry Duncan Asked
"I'm Corporal James Wikon" He replied. "I am the gunner, remember?"
"Yeah" Duncan replied.
"Allright, this get this thing moving!" Sarge said He started the tractor up, "Babyface, take over the driving, I still have plenty of ammo" Sarge finished.
Sarge creeped out of the seat, and onto the front, on the hood of the tractor he sat. He loaded his 12 gauge, and pumped it. Baby face drove the tractor right through the side wall, and onto the farm. But heavens mercy. You could see undead spanning from miles from Polis. "They can't get into polis, so they go for us!" James claimed.
He was right though. They drove for about 20 more minutes toward Polis. When a thumping was heard in the distance, like Fudda Fudda Fudda Fudda. Then, in the distance There were British Transport Helicopter, accompanied by Cyprus Apache Helicopters. The Apaches' Chainguns startes to open fire. And rows of rows of undead just started to collapse. Row by row by row they dropped. and then the British transports landed in an open patch near thier tractor, dozens of men poured out of the Helicopter. They assembled a line and quickly opened fire. The ringing of G36s strained Geoffrys ears. A handfull of them helped Geoffry. And the rest down, then A british Sargent want to Sarge "Ello, I'm Sargent Eddy Hill, we will be taking over. Jump in our Halo's and they'll take you back."
"Yes sir" Sarge replied, they saluted, and the rest of us filed into the copter, returning back to Thier barracks.
Total Undead Killed during operation: Roughly 8635.

Kushan shaded his eyes from the rays of the midday sun, and took a sip of water from his canteen. behind him, the tanks were being drawn up in a triangle formation, the traditional defense setup of the Brotherhood. Below him, down the track, he could see stretches of farmland arcing away for several miles, and in the distance a grey-black smear on the horizen, a smear that could only be a city.
He turned back to his men, and beckoned over Bullman, the Brother-chaplain of 1st company. he watched as his firend jumped down from the scorpian tank barracade and joined him on the ridge.
"What would you have me do, Brother colonal?"
Kushan handed the chaplain his field glasses and gestured down into the fields.
"Take a look down there brother, your eyes are sharper than mine, tell me what you see."
Bullman raised the glasses to his eyes and swept the fields below. He saw row upon row of wheat, corn, maize. then a darker shape shifted into his vision, then dissappeared again behind another row of corn stalks.
A few seconds later he saw another, moving slowly, strangley, like a puppet with half it's strings cut.
"There are abominations below, sir, i have seen at least two."
Kushan nodded and checked his rifle.
"Aye, and where there are two, there'll be two hundred." he reached to his shoulder and gave the radio there a double tap, sending out two swift bursts of static. The universal code for 'break camp'.
The triangle behind him split apart, the tanks taking up positoon on either side of the track, a flamer trooper riding on the back of each one. the infantry marched in between the twin walls of armour, or climbed inside or on top of the vehicles.
The column proceeded swiftly down into the corn fields. Here the stalks were over 6ft high, and planted close to the road. The 'Spotters' on the tank turrets scanned their surroundings, calling out warnings or slotting the shambling corpses as they emerged from the fields. As they marched past the end of one field and the beggining of the nxt, Kushan glanced down the thin aisle of open land to his left. He felt his skin crawl.
There were scores of the things, prehaps hundreds, pouring into the fields at their flanks. They seemed to have been moving at an angle just of the parralel, getting closer to their prey slowly while remaining in the cover of the fields. Either it had been sheer luck that had resulted in the things acting this way, or... it was too unsettling to think about, but their actions betrayed a little too much tactical sense for the confesser's liking. He sent out one long hiss of static on the radio, and the flamethrower-wielding troops jumped down from their vehicles which pulled back onto the road. the rest of the men climbed onto them, tugging on gas masks and air filters as they did so. The flame-wielders took a step back wards, the two lines facing away from the road, back to eachother, their weapons aiming into the fields. The Flamethrowers hissed like angry vipers, and then, the sound of shuffling feet and breaking stalks drifted over the assembled company.
Kushan clicked his radio again, just once, and the world turned red.
The flames crackled along the rows of crops, and the smell of raosting flesh filled the air as the shambling dead were caught in the inferno. The heat from the flames was so intense that flesh seared away from bone, grey-matter boiled inside skulls, bones splintered and cracked frm the heat. The flames spread outwards quickly, leaving swathes of smoking, twitching bodies in it's wake. The fields that had hiden the creatures from sight had proven tobe their graves. Kushan could see now that his estimate had been lower than the truth, there were a thousand or more of the things moaning and writhing in the fields around him. the Flames, their fuel exhausted, moved on through the fields further out, their fuel in the immediate area exhausted.
The black hand moved out into the charred wasteland quickly, putting a round in each and every skull as they moved from corpse to corpse.
the work was done in a quarter-hour, by then the fire had died, but the fields for a mile ahead of them had been cleared, so the column could rest easy for a while, although at this rate, they wouldn't reach Polis before nightfall.

Cyprus heroes today, were given medals and praiseby both military officers and Cyprus Peoples. They had managed to hold the red zone, in for a few hours longer, giving Gopania, Soviet Tresa, And Great Britain time to advance in and clear the forces out of Polis. The corpses of the undead were stakced and burned. There are WAY fewer undead, however they have reached Southern Cyprus, and may take some victims in it's conquest. Scientists have concluded that fire is the greatest weapon, if carefully used against the undead.

Geoffry reported back to his sleeping quarters, bearing a new medal: The Distinguished Service Award. He also, was promoted to Corporal, and laready was close to being promoted to Sargent. Sarge Geoffry was asked to turn in his G3, one British Foot Solider recovered it below a fallen corpse. Scrateched up and covered and blood, he cleaned it, and buffed some of the dents out. And returned it. He was handed back A M2A1-7 flamethrower, (OOC: The M2A1-7 was ued during the Vietnam war) USA had given Cyprus the manufacturing rights to this flamethrower, in exhange for 1 billion dollars, and the ability to export goods to Cyprus without Tarriffs. He was then shipped, with the survivors of his squad, and some fresh meat. To bootcamp to train with the M2AI-7. After training, and learning about it, for a day, was quickly deployed back to his barracks. Cyprus had a new battle plan. Paratroop flamethrower infantry into cities, and burn thier way through city strrets, to a destination. It was first tested in East Polis. It was quite successful. So Sargent Geoffry Dunca, Sarge (Who is new A gunnery Sarge, so his squad mates call him Gunney) And the rest, were piled into a Transport Helicopter, And Dropped into Palaepaphos. They will hit ground and report ASAP.

3 UH-60 Black Hawks from the direction of the rising sun. The sun was a deep fire red. The Black Hawks carried thirty men from a detachment of regular troops . They had come to wipe the undead off this Island. The men were about to enter the red zone of Cyprus. From the helicopter they could see smoke. Finally they were flying over the red zone. The soldiers could see humans wondering the streets. One the pilots turned a switch that was connected to a microphone. Out from the microphone blared Ride of the Valkyries. A lieutenant looked down at the city. He was Lt. Willard. With his platoon, they were going to land in the middle of the red zone and make the zombies come to them. Men around him were checking their weapons.
In distance was one of the tallest buildings in Cyprus. That was there target. Lt. Willard was ordered to secure the building and wait for further ground forces to come. Nearing the target, Lt. Willard checked his ammo. The three helicopters neared the building, but they formed a line. The first black hawk was hovering right above the target building. The two M-60 gunners fired their weapons at the zombies bellow. The Ride of the Valkyries could be heard threw their fire. Once the dust cleared the top of the building was clear.
Two lines were dropped from the first black hawk. Hovering over there target, the men jumped down. The men quickly secured the top, and the second black hawk approached. They repeated the process until all the men were dropped off. Lastly the helicopter dropped off supplies, then flew off. Lt. Willard looked toward his men.
"Okay, men this building is a couple of stories tall. We are to clear this building floor by floor. We have no idea how many of them are in this building. So just be prepared."
Grabbing his M4, he entered the building. The lights were off, but he morning sun broke threw the windows. As he silently moved along, he heard some shuffling. One of them appeared. Lt. Willard paused for a moment. Taking aim, he fired his M4. The undead fell to the floor. Quickly the men filed out and neutralized any zombies on the floor. Fighting floor by floor, Lt. Willard and his platoon got to the entrance by the afternoon. Once they were sure the building was cleansed of Zacks, they secured the exits and barricaded the front door.
On the top floor was the lone sniper, Cpl. Barnes, with a M14 rifle. As the day wore on more Zacks crowded around the building. Lt. Willard looked, from the second floor, off into the distance. Though they had secured the building, it was only the beginning of the battle.

Ian knelt on the floor and pushed his left shoulder into the wall. He brought his G36 up pushing the but firmly into his right shoulder and peered down the scope of the weapon. Nothing, the sun had just come up and nothing was around, for now.
"Clear" he whispered as his squad mate came to join him, bringing his Spas-15 up to cover them from the rear.
"What do we do now?" his squad mate asked.
They where the only members of King One One alive, thier convoy nad been mobbed by a huge horde of the undead and most had been unable to fight thier way out.
"Lets just move to the end of this street, quickly, lets find somewhere to rest like a shop"
They Both slowly go up and began to move down the street, leap frogging to check ahead was clear. They had to get to position zulu, but they didnt even know if anyone thier was still alive. Thy would soon find out.
The Hunters had left the carriages and were ambling about the area they assumed to be where they had been led, there was nothing in the area and rumors were flying about the camp of 20, had the co-ordinates been wrong? Maybe the soldiers were dead, no-one knew but they had to stay put in case any survivors came their way.
Suddenly out from the forest came two of the Hunters, Lathanuel had sent them to scout and judging from their speed they were obviously being chased, the rest of the hunters cocked their shotguns and aimed at the treeline, "Commandant Lathanuel! Il y a des zombis!!!" One of the scouts shouted, they reached the makeshift line of Hunters and cocked their own shotguns.
It was a slow arrival, first a few of the ambling corpses wandered about the tree line, too far for the Shotguns to be effective, more and more of them gathered until they started towards the line of fresh meat, Lathanuel stood up and pulled the pin from his vial of holy water, he tossed the case high into the air, it span releasing the liquid across the field splashing onto the demon corpses, it had no effect, the crowd continued, "OUVREZ LE FEU!!!" Lathanuel shouted as the shotguns rang out across the line smashing into the zombies.

The zombies shuffled into the tight corridor, and were immediatly cooked with flames. They started to fall down, thier limbs being too burnt to function. They bodies started to stack, however, and after 10 minutes. Corpses looted the corridor reaching 4 feet high. No more of the undead could get in. They had to clear the bodies. But how, Geoffry searched the stores, a hair salon, an office building, a hardware store, and a record store. The hardware store! He would make a quick fuse, leading to a propane tank. He charged into the store. Shattered the glass to get in, and found a tank. He found some rope to use as a fuse. He made a knot aorund the head of the tank. And brought the tank outside. He jogged outside - too tired to run. And used what ever was left of his might to toss it out. "Stand back!" Geoffry bellowed. As he torched the rope. The flame moved up. And it tapped the propane tank B00M the tank exploded, sending blood and limbs scattering everywhere. Reaching heights of 7 feet, they flew everywhere. The corridor, although still having a few corpses, was now wide open. And more corpses made there way into the tunnel of death.

Urial nodded and switched to a secure frequency to the TSD Black Guard Command Center back near the beach where they had landed, he put forward orders for reinforcements to their front so they could push forward and secure this sector, the Tank division and their Infantry support would be here soon, he hoped they would bring more ammunition, because they were starting to run out after killing the last bunch that the hoard threw at them, the other convoys reported meeting heavy resistance and would need backup as well.
Uriel got up to the hatch and opened it once again, pulling himself up and out of the tank so he could check behind them, he saw that the reinforcements had just begun to arrive, a Captain at the head of the reinforcement convoy jumped off his Tank, ran up to Urial's own and saluted the Colonel.
"Sir, Captain James Ventz with Convoy Charlie, we have just arrived from the Command Center with the Tank Division and Infantry requested Sir!" he grufly said as the troops started to spread out as well as the tanks, widening their front evenly and plugging the holes in their defense between the MG Nests, Urial nodded and turned his attention back to the hoard, he gave the order for the infantry to start to slowly move forward with the Tanks and MG nests covering them as they begun the cleanup of the hoard, the Soldiers first threw Fragmentation Grenades at the lines of the Zombies, the resulting explosions tore into the front lines of undead as the Infantry started to shift positions , occasionally taking a shot at closer Zombies to secure better positions the Tanks continued their bombardments on the ranks of the Dead, Urial sighed and relaxed on the turret of the Tank, they were starting to push the hoard back, but if it made any difference he could not tell right now...Time would tell...He turned to the Captain and nodded.
"Good, now keep the lines together, and inform our friends in the skies that now would be good, it would be very helpful if we had air-support, if we do not then our men will have no chance to take a breath and be overwealmed..." he barked out while the Captian scurried to one of the Half-tracks and relayed his message...

The noise from the choppers could be faintly be heard above the noise from the zombies, but as the choppers approched the hord, the thumping of them could be clearly heard. Once they came in range behind the zombies, the choppers opened fire with all the guns, including the gattling gun and the machine guns mounted on the side. The choppers slowely made their way to Soviet Trasa lines, were they would ask if any of them needed medical evac or to be airlifted.
