Introducing the AR-20 Nemesis Assault Rifle

Phoenix Dynamix Labs looked at Armalite's original designs, Colt's modifications and improvements, as well as many AR-15 derived weapons such as the Barret M468, the Phoenix Dynamix AR-56, the H&K 416, ZM's LR300 and the Shrike 5.56. We also looked extensively at the combat history of these weapons and have now believe that we have finally optimized this weapons system and that now, after reaching it's full potential, it is ready to compete on the NS battlefield. All variants feature an integrated rail interface system and can accept almost any known attachment, including M203 and M203X grenade launchers. They are also extremely rugged compared to previous AR-15 type weapons, with equal or greater durability to the 416. The weapons can be configured during assembly to eject spent casings from the right or left side for ease of use by right and left handed individuals.


The Nemesis can be chambered in 5.45mm, 5.56mm, 6.5mm, 6.66mm or 6.8mm
Several barrel lengths are available, between 10 and 20 inches

there are 2 lower receiver assemblies available as well as 4 upper receivers (not including different barrel lengths).

The Light Machine Gun\Squad Automatic weapon can be used with up to a 18 inch barrel which has a quick change system and can be fitted with a removable folding bipod.

Notes:
The Full buttstock has a cheek pad and butt pad available as options, movable handle panel for SAW variant and removable, fixed sling points. There is a section which can be removed with takedown pins to create the LMG style stock, and the cheek pad can be attached easily w/o tools as well.

The Collapsible buttstock's sling points are adjustable and also removable

They would hold up as well as a HK 416 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ObWpWXrt9I) You can purchase 5.45mm, 5.56mm, 6.5mm and 6.8mm at many retailers throughout the world in several hundred different nations, and you can buy 6.66mm from Phoenix Dynamix, but as with all PD products, ammo prod rights and plans come free with large orders. TPM Special Ammo is also available in all of the calibers from Phoenix Dynamix, and with TPM Special ammo the weapon will be even more reliable.

I would like to purchase 345 AR-20's with Standard conversion (standard upper sight rail/carry handle with the fixed stock). I would also like to offer as an "if possible trade" the technology of the MAC (Magnetic Accelerated Cannon), a weapon that can put a high caliber round at unreal speeds through multiple heavily armored, and shielded targets.

OOC: I have decided I will only accept 2007-2010 feasible technology in trade. In other words, no future tech.

Sounds reasonably good on paper, but how will it preform in the field? It seems like a rather complex design that may prove impractical in extreme conditions and will be quite difficult to repair in a combat situation. We can assure we have tested each model as we test all weapons for defects in workmanship and flaws in the design. The Nemesis underwent thousands of hours of laboratory, range and real-world tests. We have dunked these rifles in water, buried them in Arctic snow, baked them in Death Valley sun, covered them in Mojave desert sand, dragged them through the mud and swamps. We even disassembled 50 of them, mixed the parts up in a tumbler full of dirt and ash then re-assembled them with mixed parts and then fired 1,000 rounds through each Then we did it all over again. But if our own test results and the endorsement by Phoenix Seville (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Phoenix_Seville) don't convince you, by all means test them yourself. We will send you the loaner copies at once.

We would like to re-equip our military over the next two years with your weapons, and ask for the weapons to be shipped in two transactions over this time.

The first is half of the weapons totalling 524,800 rifles. This we calculate will come to $787,200,000. The second shipment will be of the same quantity for the same total. The second purchase will happen in 330 days time as an automatic transfer to your account.

OOC: The regular army would make best use of the standard upper with full buttstock and the 16 inch barrel.

The navy can use the standard(or carbine) upper with collapsible buttstock and a 14.5 inch barrel

The Air Force can use the same as the army.

"Special Ops types" would be best equipped with the carbine upper + collapsible stock( for general use and close-quarters battle) and the SPR upper with a full stock ( for snipers)

You may also want to supplement the services with DMR/SPR uppers and LMG variants

In an effort to increase the volatility of the Orderian Armed Forces, it has been decided that a new weapons system to bring the Military and Police Force into the future. It has been planned to make the AR-20 Nemisis that weapon.

A few questions are raised. First, which ammunition type provides the best results with this weapon? When looking for a new weapons system, it was thought that a short-barreled carbine that uses 9mm ammunition would be the best suited for the Police Force, a major entity in The Last Anarchy Order. Do any of the other calibers supported by this weapon have similar effects of the 9mm?

However, it has been decided for now, the AR-20 Nemisis will become the new weapon of the Military and, after the answering of above questions, possibly of the Police Force. The following weapons are desired, with a payment plan over the whole of four years. After the implementation of such new weaponry, it will be decided as to whether the continuation of the weapon in the Military will occur.

Upon confirmation, funds will be transferred via electronic transfer, with a payment of $375,000,000 each year on this date for the next four years.

If you mean 9mm Luger, no, none of the assault rifle rounds have ballistics or wound patterns similar to a pistol round. If you mean 9x39mm Russian, perhaps 6.8mm would be the closest.

According to the calculations of the Deep South Foreign Embassy, the order of one hundred million rifles would cost approximately one and a half trillion dollars. This is only a fraction of the annual military budget expense of the region Deep South, which exercises a reasonable one percent tax on all nations in the region. The AR 20 is vital to the developement of our regional force, and we wish to purchase a sufficient number to insure stability in the wake of a civil war and many unstabel regions remain. The purchase is being made by the region for a regional force. Funding comes from the treasury who allocated money into the military department (obviously). The treasury gets money through a one percent tax on all nations. The total annual budget of the nations of Deep south is approximately 3000 trillion dollars. The region therefore collects over 30 trillion dollars when taxes are due. Twenty five million of the rifles are to be used in an inter-regional force that represents a league of regions. Another twenty-five million rifles will be used to ensure security and are given orders by the regional commander in chief and mandate by the security council. Fifty million will be kept as a reserve for spare parts and in case of a crisis and need for their use should arise. Deep South feels no need to resell these weapons, as we believe the rifles will serve us well. Furthermore, we guarantee that no weapons will be resold and at least fifty percent of the weapons will see immediate action. Transport vessels have been dispatched to make the transaction. Is there any preferred currency or resource we may pay in?
