This is one of the main reasons I like Cybernations. Instead of saying, "lawl i have a hundred nukes and im the size of a continent" you actually have to train soldiers, start taxes, and buy land. No god-modding.

In any case... NStracker is not law; few people here know how to actually muck with the issues in such a way that will give them a budget even shadowing what they desire. Second, people oft RP their nation differently than how it is set up viz. issues.

Second... you people place too much faith in your constituent governments as it concerns terrorism. Terrorists still manage to carry out attacks in nations that are prejudiced against their nationality already. Terrorists still manage to carry out attacks against nations with large homeland security budgets. You are not immune to terrorist action just because you have some police and a vague notion of what terrorism is.

Now I'll continue to watch this thread with interests, with the hope of possible participation later on.

As I stated nstracker is used by most people on the boards to compare nations economy it is not the end all be all. Nstracker is not perfect but I use it as a guide.
No country is immune to terrorists but the terrorist player has to use his imagination. If Black Panther is smart and creative he should be able to carry out a fairly effective terror campaign against the nations that are against him. Just saying you are driving a truck up to my Parliament building and blowing it up will not work due to security measures.
My best advice to BP is to sit down and plan an operation that is unconventional that no one has done before.

The best thing to do would be for aspects of his government to rise up and sue for peace. Given that everyone here so far has totally alienated themselves from the mainstream community viz. WMD's and overtly aggressive action, he really has no other choice. Beyond that any 'terror' campaign would need to be against a nation that would allow his citizens entrance, or failing that, would require funds to be transfered to mercenary organizations to attack the desired countries.

Through those problems are obvious.

He can only hope for an insurgency now.

insurgency is a good option seeing most of his forces seem to be armed civilians however this could backfire. If the occupying nations are "good guys" he has a good chance. However if they are not inclined to follow the rules of warfare then his population are going to be in for a rough time.
I do agree his best option is to have someone in his government sue for peace.

He can still use insurgent tactics against even oppressive nations. The Vietcong, for example, operated despite measures conducted against them by the Vietminh and the United States, for example. It's just costlier than if a nicer nation does it.

Honestly, what can he do? Detonate a dirty bomb/suitcase nuke/what ever? Good luck; security is taken beyond seriously in my nation, and in many others. Grab some guns and shoot up a mall? Good luck, my nation's favorite condiment is bacon, and outfit accessory is a government issued M16A4. Never mind that the country is already under freakin' martial law...

no it stand by mainstream community you must have missed those wars and BP2 was first to use WMD by using CK gas on The Scandinvans troops

As hard as it is to comprehend what you've posted, I think you're trying to say that since BP started it, you may retaliate in kind. Guess what: an eye for an eye philosophy does not make the use of WMDs ok.

Longer than most of the participants here have been on these forums actually. A maxim I've learned in that time is that acts of stupid do not justify other acts of stupid.

What ever happens is going to depend on Black Panther. He could try to use a WMD on one of our civilian populations or he could go the insurgent route. When he does respond with the Role Players here it should be interesting.
