The Global Alliance of Sovereign Nations is proud to announce the newest section of its alliance, The GASN Aid Program. This program is open to all the nations of the world that are in some sort of crisis, be it post-war post-disaster rebuilding, a major stock market crash, etc. There is no restrictions on who may apply, from the smallest nation to the largest, the GASN Aid Program is open to all. At this point, the Illiorian Government and the Cravanian Governments are the two largest supporters, and have created quite a stockpile of different goods and services that can be requested by any nation.

The combined Resource list is as follows (((OOC note: These stockpiles have been accumulating for quite some time, with my donations beginning back in october, and Cravan including his in mid march, so the absurd amounts of money and supplies are not just godmodded out of thin air, they've actually come from somewhere))):

To access any part of the stockpile, the applicant must fill out the GAPARF (GASN Aid Program Aid Requisition Form) as follows.

After this form has been completed, analysts and planners at the GASN Aid Program's headquarters in Illior will look over the form, look at the incident, the country's current economic situation, other aiding nations and the type of current government to come up with the best aid package possible, consisting of a low interest loan (.5-3%), and a timetable for aid workers and supplies to get to that nation, and how it will get there. If necessary, the head planner will call for military protection if he or she decides that the aid workers will be threatened or endangered while in the other nation. Once the proposal has been drawn up, it will be sent to the Director of GAP's office, and to the head of the current government of the applicant nation for signing, agreement and any addendum that needs to occur for the aid to begin to flow into the other nation.

It seems like a lot of people want to help other nations, so in the very near future, I'll be starting an international Aid organization to coordinate it all.

Oh. So anyway, Allanea had had something of a Great Depression of our own.

Basically, a too-large percentage of our private currency had been intentionally inflated by malicious foreign businessmen. Now, today, the value of our currencies is back, and unemployment and such things are back to their proper level, and yet investment level is at an all-time low, and the stock market has not quite picked it up yet.

So, could any GASN powers provide some form of help here, for example by encouraging their companies to invest in Allanea?

Our commonwealth would like to donate 10,000 hours of prisoner work time to be used in humanitarian missions associated with your Aid Program. The prisoner will be guarded by our own security personnel alongwith supplies will also be donated, we do ask that we get 2-3 weeks notice when our help is needed as to prepare the transport of prisoners, equipment and other materials.

This is an excellent idea. The Peoples Freedom would like to donate the following items to be used, ten billion dollars, 100 tons of corn, beef, and fish, as well as an international aid team, and finally Tax Incentives for our contractors.

The St. De Greco Foundation offers 5 billion USD, 6,000 General Doctors, and 300,000 care packages (basic supplies and extras, such as rations, candy, small toys, stuffed animals, etc.) to this cause.

We wish to become more affiliated with the organization, and propose an "adoption plan"- where citizens of richer nations can provide small amounts of money and gifts to unforturnate children of the world.
