"An explosion rocked Peerswick Mall today at around 2:30 in the afternoon. There is one confirmed casualty, with many more injured. Police are treating the blast as "extremely suspicious". Initial reactions seem that it is the work of an unspecified offshore terrorist organisation, but Police are giving no clues.
Numerous eyewitnesses reported a suspicious, black-cladded man, believed to be foreign, running from the scene. No international terrorist groups have yet claimed responsibility, and the possibility of the cause being accidental is still open.
