To all corporations on International Incidents, I’m thinking of getting a few corporations together to build up an island into a country of its own. The Island’s demographics, geographical features and climate will be explained later, right now I’m looking for anyone who’s largely corporate who wants to join in me in building with this. The corporation being used will be the Tsellian Enterprises, and it’s part of their Genesis project.

The Griffincrest Corporation is interested.

Ferrier Power Systems, an energy corporation and manufacturer of engines.

As well as Tharkad Environmental Technologies, they do all sorts of genetic and biological research, and deal a lot in pharmaceuticals.

Intelsoft would be very interested in this project and would like to join.

The Island is completely uninhabited. No past markings nor records of of this island are known so far, and there are no signs of past human intervention. All in all, it seems to be a completely normal and untouched piece of land. It's size stretches to 6,112 kilometers in terms of the area of the island. Small patches of swamp-like terrain dot the southern regions, whilst a fairly minuscule pair of mountains exist to the north. Along the western coastline lies a thick subterranean system of heavy limestone caves carved by millions of years of erosion by changing tides in the area.

With temperatures at 30 to 40 degrees during summer, it's a fairly temperate sized island with no exotic species of animals or any form of exotic fauna on which a proper exporting market could be opened with. It's main attraction thus far are the long series of perfectly placed waterfalls and tidal walls that exist amongst the eastern coastline, allowing natural elevation and ledges to create a network of highly advanced bridges and causeways. The sheer shape and placement of these waterfalls and daily waves allow generators and turbines to be built with ease. Small gold deposits exist to the south west, south east of the coastline, yet they're not large enough to be of incredible significance.

The ground is extremely fertile, quite warm and luscious for growing plants and developing construction, as well the dirt, not only highly naturally enriched for forestry, is also apparently extremely resistant to radioactive and pollutant contamination, providing a naturally self-sufficient ecosystem that is difficult to deteriorate. So far, explanation for this phenomenon is unknown. Weather patterns dictate constant sunny days due to canceling wind patterns in the above stratosphere.

I wanted this to be a bit different from regular corporate style grabs since this isn't about gold, or diamond, or anything common nowadays. This Island has what is more valuable on the market in NS; fertile land. Of course, any tin pot military power can claim to having alot of land, but chances are most of it isn't suitable for actually building or using due to the large amounts of warfare committed on it. Also, since this land is radioactive resistant, this Island could be a venue for corporations around the world to see it as a means for testing the soil. Imagine; if your entire nation was radioactive resistant - in terms of enemy nuclear strike, your crops won't die off year after year, your later generations won't get cancer so often and your minerals will not weaken or become brittle.

This is the market that nobody thinks of ever going into, which is why anyone interested in this could make a killing.

The Clandonian East India Company would be up for this, just as long as its not ZOMG PRIVATE ARMY OF DOOMEZ.

Remember that this is going to be barely militaristic. I prefer to try the approach corporations use - the law - to get what they want.

Servant Corps is willing to offer a hand to assist you guys. We can help provide domestic servants who can assist in the hard labor needed to do...well, something.

Knowing some of the corporate entities on II, it's likely that they'll want to import their own form of labor mostly to demonstrate their workforce or make sure they don't owe anything to other corporations, whether it be good terms or money altogether.

So, I'll need a confirmation on who's actually considering on this. I wouldn't like it if people joined for the first page or so and then left.

This island would be perfect for Tharkad Environmental due to its pristine condition and fertile ground for experimentation and development of new medicines (as well as production), developing and testing new environmental technologies, and working in conjunction with Ferrier Power Systems in the development of bio-fuels, and eco-friendly energy.

The world is a dangerous place. The 1st Peacekeepers is willing to serve as a protector of this island and its resources under one condition:

That the Weapons For Peace corporation be allowed to set up factories and test facilities on the island.

Alright, I'll get a post up as soon as possible. The finding of the island will be done by a make-shift neutral corporation in geographical scouting and relocation. The reason why I'm saying a neutral corporation (owned by nobody, not even me) is because if I had the Tsellian Enterprise find it, it would be logical that the Tsellian Enterprise would take it all for themselves, correct? So, I'm using a temporary corporation (for the beginning) to find it, then hopefully sell it to another company in hopes of gaining some money, being that this corporation itself isn't financially well off as the larger ones to be using the island.

That's where we come in. We, as companies, will be responding the advertisement they will put up via the internet and fax globally, then we will begin. Obviously, there will be someone who will attempt to use force when negotiations don't go as planned, but that's the suspense, isn't it ^^?

Anybody have any problems with this so far? Any things that should be changed?

It seems all fine to me, as long as there aren't mega death corporation armies of doom and for everyone to keep a good standard of role playing as I don't want a load of one lined sentences.

i am interested and if this get's serious enough i do have a rejion of my own, along with my partner, zonon 2, also i am a spy tech country.
