Newscaster: This John Claster in the SLBC's world news, a new terrorist organization in response to the terrorist attacks from the Scientologist cult has stirred anger among the people. We have got this note written in blood, INTEL has confirmed it to be the blood of Clainy Jones who was a devout Scientologist who INTEL traced from evidence left from car bombings and grizzly murders. However they aren't the only cult responsible for terrorism, some Vogelists, left wing groups, Islamic terror cells have tasted the blade of the Fists of Intellectual Freedom and Justice. God hath given man the greatest gift of all....the brain and the mind, the enemies of freedom have sought to manipulate and twist the mind in ways it was never meant to be. This is causing much pain for the human race and all other sentient life in the world. Our family members were murdered and the culprits still escaped. This is a declaration of war on all cults, extremists and all others who dare brainwash others, its too common in the modern world and we must wash away this madness in blood to return normalcy.
Newscaster: Reports indicate that these terrorists have several martial arts dojo's and trainers in their employment as well as arms dealers. There are some rumors that they have some moles in the South Lizasaurian govern-*ninja star hits the newscaster's head and the screen goes blank as the crews screams ensue*

Here's whats happening, a militant terrorist group that has mastered close combat, armed with modern weapons and employed skilled assassins is right not secretly building terror cells around the world. They are coming dressed as civilians and building armies in secret, depending on the amount of security in some nations may depend on how dangerous these terrorists are. Low security will have a large army on their hands, normal amount of security will only have martial artists mugging those they think are brainwashed and then dragging them off to a deprogramming center and maybe an occasional firefight between brainwashy groups in town square. Supply convoys and other areas with resources and good funding will be attacked, raided or captured so they can get supplies for the cause. However they sometimes use persuasion to get dojo's, arms dealers and resources as well.
