1000 will be adequate. We advise you to try not to forcefully remove the RedTide Soldiers. They are very dangerous. Our former protectorate is negoiating a peaceful end to the conflict. But at the same time we desire your services for the final withdrawl, and we do not desire to be under the GDI forces or Kanami forces.

the 1st Peacekeepers are a private army. They help nations fight terrorist and other groups that threaten their sovereignty. They also try to stop international conflict with a peace without victory approach.

Since the organization is new and does not have branches in many places, we have been involved in no operations so far.

Stopping terrorists and conflicts helps global security.

If the situation you say happens, the Peacekeepers would work to end the conflict without favoring one side.

Droskianishk is currently not in the need of peacekeeping forces but are interested in keeping up with events in the world, therefore the Senate of Droskianishk has voted to allow a small embassy style branch.

As per a separate request by representatives of the Bautizar Defense Corporation, permission to open offices in cities near bases currently staffed by personnel of the Flying Legion will be denied.

Accordingly, if the corporation so desires it may make arrangements to lease space for recruitment offices in the cities of Hysera, Jeras, Kisogo, and Ylandoki.

The State War Academy is willing to sponsor the request of the 1st International Peacekeepers to open a recruitment office in the business district of the provincial administration city of Hysera. As State business regulations are considered 'intricate' and 'complex' by outsiders, the Academy is willing to pay for initial cost of opening the recruitment office, as well as footing the bill for basic utilities and maintenance for one year so as to allow the 1st International Peacekeeper's representatives time to orient themselves to the State's business regulations, laws, and customs.

As a reminder to the 1st International Peacekeeper's representatives, should this offer be accepted, flights into State territory by foreign aircraft are not recommended under any circumstances owing to the extreme weather conditions found within the State's borders. A special transport by a State-run passenger airship can be arraigned if so desired; the only other transport to State territory is via regularly-scheduled passenger runs originating in lowland cities not found on the Bautizar plateau.

While your answers were to be expected the government has decided not to allow you to establish any form of branch in Gorkon unless you are capable of providing a demonstration of ability, intention and trustworthiness. Fortunately such an opportunity exists; we have put on hold one of our own operations, pending your agreement to attempt to undertake it. The details cannot be discussed over long distance due to national security reasons, but if you are willing to attempt this please send an officer of your organisation to Gorkon for a debriefing.

The Brotherhood has had dealings with your kind before, men and women who do not know the realities of war, who believe they can walk into a warzone that has been contested for decades and sort out it's problems with a smile and a handout. Ans when these paper-over-the-cracks tactics fail, they either abandon those they swore to defend, or else turn upon them in their hour of need, their hour of weakness, so that they can claim the conflict over and done.

The Brotherhood will require hard evidence of your intentions and abilities before we consider this proposal, for those that one nation condems as "terrorists" another holds up as freedom fighters, how will you distinguish between the two when the time comes?

Peacekeepers have no place in war, only after the flames have died down should they even consider getting involved..

Kanami wonders if we could set up a branch in our country. We don't have conflict or unrest within our borders but we do like to show friendship to peace alliances and other such organizations.

The Commonwealth of Irixia

Irixia would like to thank the 1st International Peacekeepers on their approval of our application. We aware of your concerns of the restrictions previously placed upon your organisation by the Senate of Irixia, and would therefore like to implement the following changes to our agreement. All has been done in consultation with HM Queen Atani I, as retaining sovereignty is of the utmost importance.
Changes:
1. Your land shall be expanded to 15 square kilometres.
2. Your land shall no longer be considered foreign soil, and, therefore, subject to the rule of Her Majesty in accordance with this agreement. All units in this base will be subject to Irixian law.
3. There shall be a limit of 2000 military units in this base, but no more than 500 may be citizens of any country other than Irixia. All weapons must be of an Irixian nature. The 1st International Peacekeepers may recruit Irixian citizens at their discretion. However, conscription is illegal, and any activities that come into conflict with this law shall result in the expulsion of the 500 non Irixians from Irixia. If a force other than 1st International Peacekeepers compromises the sovereignty of Irixia, then this limit on military units shall be waived for the duration of the threat.
4. No movement restrictions shall be placed on these soldiers, unless the sovereignty or national security of the Commonwealth of Irixia is compromised.
5. Your base shall no longer be located in the capital city of Riltar, but shall now be located in Arril, a minor city of 12 000 citizens on the other side of the country. This is to ensure our safety and sovereignty. However, a small post will be constructed in Riltar to ensure speedy communication between the wishes of the Senate and Her Majesty and the base. This post shall not have any military units, Irixian or otherwise, but will be afforded protection by 50 Imperial Guards. The post shall have a limit of 10 personnel.
6. The post of Delegate of International Peacekeepers shall be created. The official occupying this post will not be Irixian, and will have absolute power over the base, provided that this does not come into conflict with Irixian national law. This is a permanent post, which shall be regulated by the 1st International Peacekeepers. The person occupying this post, as well as the 500 foreign nationals accompanying them, shall be exempt from Immigration laws, except when the national security of Irixia is compromised.

The Commonwealth is interested in this organisation as it wishes to expand its influence in Irixia's own region, Middle Earth. As a token of our gratitude, the Commonwealth of Irixia extends the offer of Irixian citizenship to the Head of the 1st International Peacekeepers, Grand Marshall Milton Rachell. An audience with HM Queen Atani I shall also be arranged if you so desire to discuss Irixia's role in this organisation.

As you may well know, the situation in Ibinius (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?p=12618797) has degenerated so badly that the overthrown Empress has been forced to flee and seek refuge here in Irixia. This is a general plea to all nations of this organisation who believe that, as a part of this organisation, it is their duty to restore order to the troubled nation of Ibinius. Quelling this violence will require an invasion against the usurpers, but will also involve a long campaign of peacekeeping in this region. Irixia understands if you do not desire to be a part of the invasion force, but this Alliance's international reputation would soar if seen to be assisting in peacekeeping in this troubled region once the rightful Empress has been reinstated.
