Sakura was badly woonded. Her staff shattered in half over her stood the man who stole power from her, ran the reputation of the nation to the ground, the man who she thought she put away for good was preparing to inact his revenge.

Sakura woke up bathed in a cold sweat. "A dream." She utterd to her self. Nightmares like that have been occuring more frequently. Ocassionally she thought she saw his silouet out her window. But that was the least of her worries, spring was in full swing, and the cherry blossoms were blooming. That means the Oka Festival was around the corner. The festival had no set date, it always fell upon the blooming of the cherry trees. Normally it was a civilan ocassion for everyone in the country. This year Sakura wanted to invite fellow leaders. The next morning Sakura's maiden was assiting her dress and get organized. "Your dreams are of concerne to me." Yukiko said. "After all there are no true guarantees, and a lot of dreams we have come to pass."

"Nonsense....Empress Lokoko Honda used to have nightmares about being crucified, that never happend."

"But she did die ."

"Emperor Koto Mashimo used to have dreams about being burned at the stake. I'm not the only one who has scary dreams about being overthrown."

"The Imperial House is waiting for you madam. Do your best."

"IB789536 will ensure total equality of the enitre Neko Population of M.S. including the refugees that fled from Aninmalpolis."

"With all due respect Honerable Sir, there are one to many complexisities that make this bill redundent."

A gong was struck. "Her Royal Highness Empress Sakura Kinimoto."

Everyone stood. Sakura walked into the chambers with elegance and poise. "You may be seated." She said with a bright smile. "Well it's that time. The festival is said to be an excllent one this year. As always I will play the Horn for everyone during the music show. But I also have a new idea this year, I want to invite anyone who is willing to attend."

Mostly nationalists that didn't like the idea gave stairs of disbelife. No one said anything, Nationalisim wasn't favord upon by Sakura since Seshiro. "I know we may have to be far more accomidating than usual but we can manage. I want everyone, and my decision is final. Honerable Scribe, take a letter."

Dear Sir or Madam,

You are coordially invited to attend our grand annual Oka festival in our capital of Oka in the Empire of Magic Sorcery. You will get to enjoy food, culture interaction with many of our people, music of Easter and Western style including my self on the French Horn. Many souvenirs can be obtained for you to take home, and we have great items for young children.

Accomidations will be provided. You will get to stay in our luxrious royal palace in a chamber suite. Your clothing can be washed dried and/or dried cleaned to perfection. And we can also provide you with a traditional Kimono for the festival.

Regarding dress in the festival, tradition dictates a kimono be worn. I am willling to make a partial exception for other forms of very traditional clothing. But as stated we can provide you with one at no cost to you, and you can even keep it.

So, I've read the report about the country, and my first thought was at my grandfather, telling me: there are no such things as this country. Then again, he lived in a world before TVRev. Admiral, you know the latest idea in matters of magic: we are powerless. We have no such things as barriers or magic powers, no artifacts no nothing. Our whole defense strategy concearning magic was "let's stay hidden and maybe no one deiscover us". If discovered, we'll ask for help, and hope that someone will intervene.
And that strategy worked fine.
Yes, but we don't know for how long. Finding a friend in the magic world would help us. As far as I saw in Crist's report, this country is also in need of friends. Now I know we are probably in no posture of defending them in need, but still, we could try...

The postman arrived at the castle in the center of Southfar's capital Sabaa. He took out the invitation letter and was just about to put it into the mailbox, when a hoard of Imps descended from one of the castle's towers, pulled the letter out of his hands and carried it into one of the windows.
It was gently put into a pair of absolutely white hands with incredibly long green and black fingernails.
"Ahhhh...an invitation from Magic Sorcery. Is this not a country with lots of this pover called MAGIC, which is - of course - totally unknovn to us?" Sourceress Maleficent said after having read the letter while playing with a fireball of eery green flames on her fingertips.
"Are you planning to go, Mistress?" asked the Sourceress's Familiar, a crow, black as the night.
"Of course. Let it be known that Ve vill be sure to take part. Besides...Not many nations have their roots as deep in the arcane arts as ve do, so prepare a gift fitting as present from one magic-user to another. About the clothing... you know I have a veak spot vhen it comes to creating clothing the magical vay... they tend to disintegrate, preferably in public. So a kimono should be requested."

Her Familiar flew off to relay her order to the Chief Imp.
Thus, her orders were processed down the ranks, from the Chief Imp to the Head-of-Foreign-Affairs Imp to the Main Diplomacy Imp and finally reached an humble, yet skillful (for an Imp), Letter-Writing-Imp in the Foreign Ministry. He wrote:

Zeko had his earphones plugged into his PDA, listening to some music the home affairs minister gave him. Suppposedly,the band he was listening to was all the rage in oily prata. He didn't get it. He turned to the burly bodyquard sitting next to him and said" You want to listen?""No, sir" Zeko nodded and looked out the window of the heloSORB. they were just about to enter Magic Sorcery. He turned and liiked at his bodygeard. Olieon had insisted, Military pregorative, that he should have three of his finest and most loyal men as his personal guard. One was up in the cockpit with the pilot, one was at weapons control at the back, and one was right next to him. he suddenly felt the weight of his pistol. He hoped he would never have to use it during his visit. He had not killed anyone since his days in the resistance army which overthrowed the occuping invaders long ago. The cabin speaker suddenly beeped." sir," the voice of the pilot filtered through." we have arrived at the coordinates they sent us. i'm bringing us in to land." Zeko sat up and ajusted his suit" This should be interesting." He thought.

The HMS Glyndwr appraoched the harbour. King Daffyd IV looked out at the Empire of Magic Sourcery, with the breeze lowing in his hair. He was looking forward to his first official visit as the new king and hoped to acheive some diplomatic success with other leaders. The ship finally docked, and King . Daffyd stepped out into this strange land and approached the greeting party that awaited him.

Dictator Bomble stood up in front of his advisors.
"Shut up everyone!" he shouted.
There was hushed silence.
"As you are all well aware, I have an important festival to attend tomorrow in Oka, capital city of the Empire of Magic Sorcery. It is vital that I attend out of respect for their glorious nation..."
"Pfffff, hahaha! Glorious nation! Hahaha!" laughed Trevor Brickyard, Head of the Bomblean Church.
"Silence, Trevor! In fact....guards! Take this man to the cells! A night of torture might do him some good!"
"Please sir, no!" Cried Trevor, being dragged away.
The advisors fell silent once more.
"As I was saying, it is vital that I attend this celebration in Oka. Unfortunately, some messy business involving some nude photographs of me at the new years party has come up. It is absolutely crucial that I sort it out. It might take a while as the person involved has threatened to go public. I can't let that happen. Consequently, I will be unable to attend the festival."
"Shall I let Magic Sorcery know?" Asked Zachary Plumbob, acting foreign minister.
"No, don't bother. There's so little time. I'll just send someone else instead."
The advisors sat bolt upright in their chairs, folding their arms in anticipation.
"Hmmmm, who shall I choose? I need a capable, patriotic man, willing to represent Bomble with pride."
Half slumped back down, knowing what they had done at the new year's party.
"Zachary Plumbob, did you attend the new years party? I didn't see you there." Bomble asked.
"No sir, my cat was stuck up a tree. Took ages to get it down." Mr Plumbob replied.
"Ok Plumbob, as you are probably the only person in this room that knows what dignity is, you can go to the festival. Here, take this six-pack of "Death Volcano" - the fizziest canned beverage in the world, to share at the party."
"Thank you sir." Plumbob replied, grinning.
"Don't let us down."

Plumbob packed hurriedly. What on earth do I take? He thought. What kind of festival was this? Who'd be there? What the hell do I wear? His mind was a scramble. He walked over to his wardrobe and peered inside. Nothing. Empty. I can't go in this suit. He thought. Look at these holes! I'll call the clothes lady.
"Camelia!" He yelled.
There was the sound of running feet.
"Camelia!" He shouted once more.
Camelia appeared at the door, panting.
"Yes......Mister.......Plumbob?" She struggled to say.
"I need an outfit for tomorrows Oka Festival" Plumbob ordered.
"Yes....Mister....Plumbob" Camelia panted.
"Quickly!" Shouted Plumbob, impatiently.
Camelia scuffled off to her tiny room.
Plumbob blew a sigh of relief. He hadn't called Camelia for anything before. He'd heard that she does a very good carrot costume.

Plumbob boarded the private jet. Goodbye Bomble, he thought.
"Excuse me!" He heard a womans voice.
He turned around, seeing Amanda Popoldop, world famous singer.
"This is myyyy jet" She said.
"What?" he replied, confused.
"This is myyyy private jet, didn't you notice the letters on the side? A-M-A-N-D-A, Amanda. Is your name Amanda? I think not."
"I'm sorry, I was told to come to this jet, I'm going to the Empire of Magic Sorcery." he said.
"Well I'm not!" Amanda replied, furious.
Amanda pushed past Plumbob and turned towards him at the top of the stairs.
"You probably want that one." Amanda said, pointing behind her to a brand new Airbus A340-500.
"That goes to Oka in about 2 minutes. I'd hurry if I was you."
"Thanks." Plumbob stuttered.
How dare they put me on a commercial plane. I'm Zachary Plumbob, Acting Foreign Affairs Minister. I better be in first class!

Plumbob arrived at the entrance to the walkway.
"Hello sir." The stewardess said, cheerily.
"They're all waiting for you in there."
"Sorry I'm late" Plumbob said
"It's ok, just walk through there, row 57, seat C."
"Thanks." He added, impatiently.
Fifty-Seven rows? Pretty big first class! He thought.

Plumbob walked through first class. Ok, the swines haven't put me in first class. Not to worry, theres always business class. He thought, looking intensely at the row numbers. Fifty-four, 55, 56. Aha! Business class! He looked to find another row ticket. There wasn't one. Just a blue wall with a curtain. It was the end of business class.
"Damn!" He shouted.
"Ssssshh" replied several sitting passengers.
The first row of economy class! The first row! The bastards. I'll get them. He thought, sitting down. The bastards!

The flight was long and uncomfortable for Plumbob. The two sweaty fat men sitting next to him hadn’t helped. For now, though, he was pleased to be in the Empire of Magic Sorcery, on the way to the Imperial Palace.
“Here it is.” said the driver
“Thanks” Plumbob replied, while paying the fare, with a generous tip.
He stepped onto the sidewalk, amazed at the Palace’s magnificence.
“Wow” His jaw dropped.
This was decadence at its finest. He stopped gawping and gathered his things, on his way to the promised chamber suite.

Anca Revert hated when her husband kept secrets from her. Of course, when they got married she knew that there was a protocol that she will have to keep. Matei broke some laws by installing a special link from his videowall to her, so that she could send some ideas (the Comander was fond of brainstorming). None the less, there were some situations where things have been done behind her back. Anca hated that fact, mostly because it happened so rare that she almost always forget that the situations exists.
The other Anca at the peak of the revterran leaders was the head of the Secret Service. Admiral Nita was close to Mrs Revert from before the time when marriage became an option for either of them. That’s why she knew that comander’s wife and vicecomander for Roman won’t take her husband absence lightly.
Anca, said admiral Nita with her friendly tone. He is somewhere doing something…

Upon return to his bed, he opened his suitcase.

It contained only a large, black plastic bag. He knew he shouldn't have trusted Camelia to pack it for him. Where was the rest of his clothes? Where was his additional gift to the Emperess? He slapped his forehead.

As all visitors arrived eache were given a pass and then taken to the Royal Palace, where they would be staying. The festival of course went on for two nights with diffrent event's each night including the traditional performance by the ruling Emperor or Empress.

Plumbob hated these Shadow Wolves. They were scary. They were twice as big as Bomblean Wolves, twice as intelligent and with much larger teeth. He tried to stay as far as he could away from them in the walk. And then there was the Tigers. My god! He thought. Tigers, Wolves, are they trying to kill us all?

"I'll keep watch on my pups, Sky ,Snow , Mira and Arya you go rest at the pavilion" said one of the imposing soldiers.
"Hmmnnmnnm...." Plumbob squeeked as the Wolves walked past him. One of them seemed to smile at him.

The group walked on. This tour was enjoyable. You couldn't do this in Bomble for fear of being mugged. What a city!....

Upon arrival in Oka, I expected to see a run-down, over-developed squat, much like Capital City. However, in spending time viewing Oka, my outlook has changed somewhat. I now see a glorious society of utopian standard. Their city is clean, quiet and dignified, polar opposites to Capital City, or indeed any major city in Bomble.

I love it.

This has led me to ponder my future on the Bomble Dictatorial Advisory Board. I have decided that I need a fraction more time to decide my fate here in Oka. I am requesting a months leave to do so. I hope this does not have many adverse consequences regarding Bomblean foreign affairs.

I have enjoyed my time under the direct control of you sir, and don't be mistaken, this decision is not in anyway relevant to your managerial rule.

After a quite peaceful night everyone had evnetually settled and had a good night's rest. Yukiko awoke everyone with a knock and "breakfast!"

Sakura was right, there wasn't many people here. It was a shame. He was looking forward to a grand, ceremonious, multi-cultural affair. He looked forward to meeting foreigners, hearing their stories, tasting their food. Even as former Foreign Affairs Minister and current Foreign Affairs Advisor after the reshuffle, this was probably the only trip outside Bomble that he will get!

Since then it's developed into our nerve center, and a majority of our population lives here. The Imperial Center is for entertainment holding a theator and a music hall it's the 2nd largest building in the country. That ship in port over there, that is now a national landmark. It once belonged to Empress Michiko Honda it was her home even when she took the throne. Oh these are the Imperial Shrines, they are dedicated to every ruler of this country. These two right here, are actually my parents. " Sakura paused the platform for a moment. "Please excuse me for a moment." She laid a bushell of Cherry Blossoms in front of her mother's picture, and a busshel of peach blossoms infront of her fathers. "Forgive me, but if I don't do that now I may never do it. Anyway moving on."

They soon moved out of the city. "This here is Dragon Valley, all our dragons nest here, and our fearless dragon tamers live near. These remote villages are peaceful people with a semi-automonus community. But we can not desturbe them right now, you might see some at the festival. And of course thoes snowcapped mountains are the highpeaks of our country. They are also a natural border beteween us and our neighbors. These are the ruins, they are actually remains of the rocky landscape that was carved back in 1691. I know they look like cities but that is just a result of the magic and natural erosion. Inside these caves are the sorcery crystals. many sorceres and sorceress or sometimes known as wavemasters use these crystals on their staffs to concentrate their magic energy."

Finally they arived back in the city. "well that is the country. I'm sorry we were so quick but as it is now sundown you best be getting ready, and so should I."

While Sakura was giving her tour, an unnatural storm blew in from across the oceans. the clouds were darker than storm clouds, and the winds blew fierce. Yet, nothing was disturbed, at all. In some spots, one could see a small clearing, and above the clouds, a Continent, flying in the air! that was ridiculous though, everyone knew Continents didn't fly. Yet, Sakura knew, she had been on that continent.

After she finished, the storm, and The Magic Flying Continent had passed, and infact, no one could prove it had ever been there.

there was also one extra guest unobtrusivly mixed in among all the rest, and from where she had came, Sakura knew, so did Wolf.

She seemed diffrent, yet the same. Something had happened, and she was stronger, yet the same strength as always for it.

Her hair was fire. Not to say it was on fire, but its coloring gave that impression. Her eyes were green, and gentle as always, yet now, also stern.
Her skin was milk white, yet also Charcoal Black. It was also unbelievably hard, yet unbelievably soft. She wore a Black floor length dress, that accentuated her body, yet also covered it modestly. Her nails were hard, and green.

She said nothing, wondering if Sakura and wolf would notice her.

The revterrans were stunt... the girl looked friendly, but then again, the wolves looked always hungry and that Plumbup guy looked all right, so the appearances definitely didn't matter. Anca turned around to face her, but a sign from Matei make her swallow the surprise.
