There are no political parties. All rulers are elected by public vote into a Commission that creates all laws and regulations in the country. Leaders are elected internally, and the most powerful political figures except for the leader usually work in Commerce, Defence and the Treasury.

The Western European Federation is a massive joint alliance that spreads across much of Western Europe and contains five world powers, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France and the United Kingdom and Ireland. The Western European Federation is arguably the most economically powerful group of nations in the world, with three of it’s nations (the UK, France and Italy) being in the Top 10 Wealthiest countries in the world, and with Spain just outside of the Top 10 in that ranking. The WEF Head Bank is located in the city of Lyon, France and is responsible of the League of Nations multi-trillion dollar economy.

Its military might is also one to be reckoned with, with forces in their hands reaching the millions and spilt into the usual Air Force, Ground Force, Sea Force and Home Front divisions with sub divisions detailing what they do in each one of those divisions. The Headquarters of the military might of the Federation are located near Strasbourg, France – they are the governing body of all the military power of the Federation, and a puppet of the WEFC. In nearly all situations, unless they feel it endangers citizen’s lives severely, or them and their allied nations, the military of the WEF try to maintain a peaceful stance and are encouraging forming anti-aggression pacts between all other European nations and alliances.

The whole host of nations are ruled under one government body, which run, exploit and use their huge host of riches, named the Western European Federation Commission (WEFC). They have supreme power of government over all the countries located in the Federation and their headquarters are located in the official political, business and even unofficial general capital of the alliance, London, UK. They enforce an open democracy over all the nations in the Federation – all Commissioners of the 300 strong boards are elected by the people in annual elections, each country may submit 80 elected Commissioners. They always have one High Commissioner, a ruler of all the Commission who is elected by the Commission internally every four years. The current one is Mrs. Laura Harding, UK, the first female and surprising, despite the headquarters being located there, British, High Commissioner who is serving her third year in charge after taking over from Mr. Amado García, Spain, who ruled the Commission for eight years. The most leaders of the WEFC have come from France.

They govern the populous and decide the laws, relegations and various other matters of diplomatic importance. They have been described as morally sound and democratically stable but from and outside viewpoint they can sometimes be perceived as corrupt due to the fact getting into the Commission is not only to do with elections, but sometimes your wealth, influence and connections – money and power are very important things to have to be successful in the Western European Federation.

Socially the countries of the WEF are well developed, polite countries with little anti-social problems due to strict Commission policies and poor suburbs even are generally well kept and the populous of them are well spoken. The nations, particularly in the increasing rebellious Portugal, have been known to experience rioting in these areas due to the poor wages they get compared to other people in the countries. There is a huge discrimination over wage and unemployment which means sometimes the minority, poorer citizens get unhappy at their treatment.

These bases will be located sparsely around Mongolia, and will contain a very small number of troops, little over one thousand maybe, which will only be used to train your men and the bases used to distribute weapons and technology to your army and as a way to transport allied troops in time of an invasion on your country if this happens. The reason troops numbers are so small is because we do not wish to increase tension with Russia and must stress they are merely for training purposes, for your army and themselves (they wish to train in desert climates).

We see it time to improve our relations chart. Due to recent raising of NAR relations between the WEF to close again, we must point out that they have always been close in our relation rankings - and we will honour our anti-aggression pact. Secondly, The Central African Empire have had there relations upped to Allies, as have the GEACPS, both due to there important inclusion to the TA, we also wish to sign anti-aggression pacts with them.

The Empire of Deurem and the República Argentina has both been added to the chart, having close relations with us due to there joining of the TA. OOC: I'm tired, and on UK time, so basically RP your men getting there (arriving the airport, as soon as possible), and by the time you log on tomorrow I should of convinently got us to the stage where basically it's before you can sign the treaty, have a talk about current affairs, and go.

The Bombardier BD-700 Global Express sat on the runway in the Potsdam National Air Force Base. Piloting the flight were the Richtoff's favorites; Colonel John Lewis was piloting the flight and Second Leiutenant Lionel Richards was acting as copilot. At about 1300 hours, a strech limo - obviously with military grade armor - bearing GGA flags pulled onto the runway and up next to the plane. The door opened, and a group of men emerged. Among them were 5 Secret Service Agents, or the GGA equivilant, and the important figures. The agents stood next to the aircraft, ready to sacrifice themselves if things went awry. This was a daily routine, and yet they still took it on with the same intensity. Besides Eric Richtoff, Secretary of State Jorg Greach, Secretary of Defense Bjorn Pfern, and Secretary of Commerce Oliver Polask climbed into the plane. The Attorney General would be assuming administrative duties in their absence. The agents then boarded, and the plane began its course to Paris.

The Bombadier entered Paris Airspace and began its descent towards the WEF Air Force Base. They were staying away from the media at the normal airports. "This is Foxtrot Zulu Niner requesting permission to land."
