As part of the Iragian National Party's program of military rebuilding and its policy of investing in a robust domestic defence industry, the Ministry of Defence in association with the Ministry of Industry is pleased to unveil the Iragian government's latest investment. After much debate in parliament, and a temporary freeze on procurement and development following the minority government that resulted in the last election, Iragia's new aerospace corporation, Iragian National Aerospace, has begun production of its first product, a copy of the famed Soviet An-225 heavy cargolifter. This revolutionary cargo lifter is able to lift and move up to 250 tons of cargo, and will serve both as a civilian heavy cargo lifter, and as a military strategic air lifter for transporting everything from rations to 5 main battle tanks at a time. These craft will assist Iragia in meeting it's Corporate Alliance obligations and the first craft will be in service in several weeks. It will be made available to CA nations at a discount. Orders will take time to fill, as construction of the aircraft takes some time.

An Errikan private company is interested in your new aircraft, and wishes to procure one for testing; we can wire the money to you immediately, and, should it prove satisfactory, we will probably buy a great number more.

Should this happen, we would be interested in building our own, as it is far more convenient in terms of shipping and material costs. If you would allow that, we would pay nearly full price for the rights to specific limited production.

We can grant you production licensing for $24,000,000 USD per aircraft built, and, as we have no pressing need nor forseeable need for the present prototype craft, we can have that flown out to your company at once for testing. If you like it, for $200,000,000 that airframe is yours. You should take note however, that as the prototype, it has logged a number of hours testing and performing exercises with our 2nd armoured division, and since it was the first aircraft off the assembly line, it has developed some bugs. Most have been fixed, but the craft still retains its own 'unique personality' as our test pilots have stated. Our air crew will remain with the craft to assist in familiarization and training.

For 600 mill, we wish to order 2 An-225's to carry our arms manufacturing parts around, and some of our fighter jet parts to, we have wired Irgia Aerospace the money requested for 2 An-225s.

We thank you for this deal; we will work with the prototype to see to it that is satisfactory, provided that the prototype is not very much different from the actual product. This is because the entire purpose of the first one is to determine the usefulness of the final product; thus any great difference would defeat the purpose of the entire exercise. Surely you understand.

No Taxes Defense Inc. would like to enquire as to purchasing domestic production rights for this aircraft. We have been looking for an aircraft like this one for some time and currently being in the middle of a full-scale war we are willing to pay a lot of money to be able to start producing these aircraft right away.

No Taxes, production rights are $32,000,000 per aircraft you manufacture, to be wired every time you begin constructing a new plane.

Calinzorastan, your nation is a little...small, and such a large (and expensive) cargo craft is perhaps a little unnecessary. Once your nation has grown, we will happily sell you these aircraft. Note, this is not a refusal, simply a plea for you to reconsider, if you truly wish to purchase, we will still sell. Cost is $640 million for two.

You are spot on, we are a little big, so I have decided not to purchase it, note is not a outright rejection, it is just a confirmation that you are right, and we were a bit too excited about buying cargo aircraft, so we have decided to buy smaller cargo aircraft, or make our own and sell it.
Pleasure doing buisness,

The money for the initial batch of 100 aircraft will be wired as soon as the blueprints are received.

OOC: Does being in the CA give me a discount on production rights?

OOC: WOOPS, I was at school, in a rush, and neglected to check CA member list. My bad.

Message:
Upon review of your purchase order, we noticed that we had not properly discounted your purchase due to membership in the CA, and consequently, being an allied nation. I offer our sincerest apologies, the correct price should be $24,000,000 per aircraft. Design specifications have been delivered electronically, and our engineers are on standy to provide assistance.

After extensive testing, we have determined this plane to be more than satisfactory, and we intend to produce ten more; $240 million more will be wired to you immediately.
