The nation of Kulikovia is undergoing a transition. Chancellor Rhinehart, the newly elected Chancellor is ushering in a new wave of economic, social, and foreign relation reforms. Another part of his agenda is a tougher stance on terrorism. By supporting INTERPOL, Kulikovia has taken a harder stance against global crime and terrorism. A new terrorist group has emerged in Kulikovia. They have allied themselves with the fascist groups that already existed. These major groups have allied themselves with this Islamic group, forming The Brotherhood. Their main goal is to upset the Socialist government and spread their ideaology across the globe. The facists bring money and connections while the Islamics bring in the men to do the wet work. A new age of terror engulfs Kulikovia as the authorities struggle to subdue The Brotherhood. Can the authorities stop The Brotherhood? Or will they bring about the downfall of the government?

History: Ansari comes from Mashada, an Arabic nation in the Middle East. He was born and raised in the city of Lakora where his father was a wtach maker and mother a seamstress. His upbringings were humble. The corrupt government suppressed anyone who spoke out, which is what his father did. One night, the police stormed into his house and took his father who was never seen again. This was a watershed moment in his life. From then on he dedicated his life to opposing corrupt goverments. The Brotherhood discovered him and sheltered him. He is now a key member of the cell operating in Jonensberg, Kulikovia.

History: Umar was an Iraqi who lived a life of violence. His father was from Hezbollah and taught him to hate America as much as he did. His father also taught him how to kill and fed him many reasons to hate America. One day however, Umar had a true reason to stand against America. He saw an American soldier raping his younger sister and his first reaction was to slay the soldier. He is now on the run hoping to avoid being arrested by the Americans and now finds himself in the Brotherhood in Kulikovia. He has long desired to defeat the allies of America and plans to get his start in this country.
Skills: Expert Assassin who can kill from a distance using knives or a pistol.
