While Phoenix Dynamix Motors' products have only been available internationally since May 5th, 2006, we have been producing, designing and improving upon automobiles for years in The Phoenix Milita. We now offer several of our best selling vehicles to the international market.
NEW!!!, Exclusive Phoenix Dynamix Motors Dealership opportunities. Phoenix Dynamix Motors is now opening dealerships in foreign nations! To qualify a candidate nation must have ready access to a seaport (to facilitate delivery of automobiles for resale), and be willing to open formal trade relations with The Phoenix Milita. ( we have a deal with the government, so we can help you establish relations quickly) It is also preferred that you have a somewhat stable economy and decent oil reserves or an oil supplier. When you are approved for a Phoenix Dynamix Motors Dealership, you not only get a lucrative shipping contract guaranteeing your nation will get the latest designs shipped fast, you also get full domestic resale rights, the right to modify interiors, sound systems, apply custom paint jobs and body panels. And of course you get the opportunity to buy and sell our fine product. Please just let us know how many dealerships you plan to open and we will send you the first shipment of cars ASAP!!!! Also, if you sell over 1 million of our cars, you qualify to have one of our factories open up in your nation!

Offical Request
We would be interested in the 850 model; though we have a specific request it if would be posable to add armoured plating to the doors; rear; tire covers, and engine block; along with bullet proof glass; and add a provision for a 12.5mm Heavy Machine gun or Remote operated Tripple Chain Gun. if you can make these alterations then you can expect a sizeable order from us.

We could do what you wish, but we suggest you instead buy the M-800 Technical and allow us to modify that for this purpose. The M-800 is the vehicle on which the civilian 850 was based, and is more rugged and well suited for military operations.
Please let us know if you are interested in the M-800 instead.

Dear Sir,
I am Rubens Giffin, Duxapudaequus of the Democratic States of Uphaus; however, I am writing you today in my public sector capacity as Director of the Uphausian Underwriters of Oppurtunity. The Underwriters was formed by my grandfather, Rubens III, the last King of Uphaus. He made the transition from monarchy to democracy during his reign, cementing his commitment with his abdication and abolition of the monarchy in 1968, relinquishing control to the newly elected Duxapudaequus, Mortimer Grover. After Mr. Grovers ascension to power he felt that the need for the Underwriters was gone and most agreed. The Underwriters disbanded in 1979. However the succession of power after Mr. Grover was erratic and unstable. In 1982 alone Uphaus Elected three Duxapudaequusi and deposed two. With a weak government the economy was left unstable and our markets crashed. Our nation went through a serious recession. Many were left jobless or homeless. This all began to change in 1990. In 1990 I led the effort to reinstate the Underwriters. The Underwriters role in recovery has been undeniable and it was from my position as Director of the Underwriters that I received enough publicity to succesfully win the position of Princepudaequus ((like a combination governor/senator)) in 1992, then Duxapudaequus in 1999.
The mission of the Underwriters of Opportunity and myself is the betterment of our country by the support of disadvantaged Teenagers and Young Adults who come from poor or impoverished homes get a good start with resources and education to get them on their way. The Underwriters Main provisions have been Food, Fuel, Housing, Health Care, and, until recently, Education. Now that our government provides free grade schools and subsides college expenses, the Underwriters have more to devote to providing transportation. Unfortunately even though the Underwriters is by far the most affluent foundation in Uphaus, on its founding my family donated 95% of the former royal fortune to the Underwriters Trust and many of our most well to do citizens make generous donations, our humble nation is only just emerging on the world scene and so in terms of what we can afford we can not spare much. Additionally the automotive industry in Uphaus cannot meet the need for production of cheap cars that our worse off citizens can afford, and few automotive dealers sell overseas for reasonable prices.
It is for this reason that I have been authorized to offer you a contract for the development of a safe, fuel efficient, and cheap vehicle that the Underwriters can purchase from you, perhaps a station wagon or a more economical version of your coupe. The difficulty is that we need an estimated 200,000 vehicles and only have 1.2 billion to allocate to this project. I assure you that if you can develop a design for a vehicle of this sort for between 18 and 20 thousand, Uphaus will be willing to buy 60,000 of these vehicles in one years time. Additionally we could purchase 10,000 per year for each year following until we reach our need, which is certain to grow beyond the estimated 200,000 if we continue contracting with you for that long. We hope this contract wil be suitable for you and as an additional incentive when the time comes that we can begin purchasing higher quality automobiles I can gurantee you preference over any other foreign manufacturer if you accept this contract. Also, as our own automotive industry is quite weak, once our economy is strong enough to justify such investment we could set up some of your dealerships in our country.
On a final note, it is not the position of the Uphausian government to ask for charity, so I want to make it very clear that I am speaking in my public capacity, but we would of course be very ingratiated to you if in addition to accepting this contract or even if you do not accept the contract you would be willing to donate any quantity of vehicles to our cause, wether of the design to be developed or any of your existing vehicles excluding the motorcycle.
I appreciate your time and consideration of this matter. I hope we can come to an agreement. The details of the contract are, of course, negotiable, but we only have $1.2B to allocate at this time.
Sincerely,
Rubens Giffin

100 or more: $18,900 per car(170hp) / $20,000(220hp)
Duxapudaequus Giffin would like to purchase 63,490 Slimline Sedans on behalf of the Uphaus Underwriters of Opportunity as well as another 35,000 Slimline Sedans per year for the next five years. We woudl like the colors for all orders of cars in ratio 1:5 for each red, blue, and black and 1:10 for each other colour. We can pay the $1,199,961,000 for the first 63,490 immediately upon confirmation. We can also set up the price agreement for continuing payments of $661,500,000 per year for the next five years with gurantee of shipment so we don't have to come back to make the transaction every year. Is this acceptable?
The Phoenix Milita
09-06-2007, 20:25
This offer is acceptable. We do however wonder if your nation has ports that can accommodate Nicamax (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=529415) cargo ships. If not we will still be able to ship the vehicles on board smaller vessels, it will just take more trips.
If you are planning on shipping in the Nicamax ships they would have to come to the port in Carswell, as it is the only one large enough to accomadate your ships. If you use smaller ships any of our ports can accept them so it may be advantageous to use both ships and utilize multiple ports.

The first ship Nicamax ship is being loaded and will leave for Carswell tonight. In addition to the NicaMax, which will carry 36,000 vehicles, the remaining vehicles will be sent aboard two pre-nicamax vessels. This way the entire initial shipment of 63,490 cars will be delivered at once.
After that we will send a single Nicamax ship each year to Carswell to drop off the 35,000 cars.
