Rules for embassies:
-You may bring your Ambassador and Staff, also family if the Ambassador wishes so.
-You may bring a security force no larger than one Platoon of troops
-These troops may not bring along any Fully Automatic Weapons, Anti-tank weapons, or RPGs.
-High Explosives are also not allowed.
-The embassy will be allowed to bring along as many civilian vehicles they want as long as they have room for them.
-APC's and LRV's are allowed if only equipped with a gun of 12.7mm or less.
-Diplomatic Immunity will be given to the embassy staff, but not the security force.
-If any serious crimes are committed by embassy staff members, they will be deported.

-You may bring you Counsuls and their staff, but not the Counsuls family.
-You may bring a security force no larger than 16 people (Four fire squads).
-They may be armed only with handguns/non-fully-auto SMG's.

MILITARY ORGANIZATION: The URA is made up of 18 Armies, each consisting of five divisions.

The Spetsnaz are general special forces that are used for infiltration, attack, and counter-terrorism missions.

A vast array of weapons ranging from suitcase bombs to phisphorus grenades. They also incorporate an array of foriegn weapons depending on what country they are working in.

The GRU is the UR's Military Intelligence. They are trained in the use of Russian weapons, as well as many foreign weaponsincluding the Chinese T-95 and its variants, M-16's and its variants, Steyr, FN, and SCAR weaponry.

Shock Troops are utilized to quickly and violently sweep through an area, such as a beachead or coastal town. They can also be used as paratroopers to drop down on or outside an unsuspecting city. Not listed as an official branch of the URM, the Shock Troops are free to employ their "dirty tactics" as long as they don't get caught.

The Greater Germanic Alliance is a left-wing dictatorship. We are currently looking to open an embassy within the UR. We wish to establish good diplomatic relations with the UR. Official Request of the Mongolian Republic

The Republic is interested in establishing closer diplomatic relations with its great northern neighbor, the Union of the Russias. To that effect, we would like to request that an embassy be established in Moscow, and request a consulate in St. Petersburg to assist any Mongolian citizens who may be in need of it on Russian soil. We would like to begin negotiations towards a non-aggression pact between our nations, as well.

Marxikhan: The UR does not negotiate with Communists, but for the sake of peace, we will agree to send an ambassador to your nation.

Mongolia: We will look into a NAP, but it could take some time. We are happy that we are able to get along well and we welcome your embassy into Moscow and the consulate in St. Petersburg.

Although we cannot say that we entirely approve of the actions of the Russian government lately, this is neither necessary nor always practical for diplomatic relations between sovereign states; least of all where there is room for the parties involved to be mature about the matter. Let it simply be said that your government has impressed us with its responsible resolution to the Kazakh Crisis, and that so far we have had no grounds to object to Russian policy since then. If you would have an embassy of ours in Moscow under your reasonable conditions, we would gladly welcome Russian diplomats to 1925 Aurora Avenue, Tailville DR under the same conditions we grant everyone else for their embassies over here (no armed vehicles but armor permitted, 150 total staff including up to 100 security personnel, and no weaponry heavier than marksmen's rifles).
