The Great Han Empire resumes its invitations to the global scientific community to join forces with us to developing peaceful, practical, and purposeful resource into fusion energy designs. We have received a large number of replies to our call, and although we could not entertain the requests of all the countries who inquired, we are able to confirm the invitation of the following members (in order as received):

Scandinavian State of Futuris
United Empire of Kiwiland
Allied States of Southeast Asia


Other countries are welcome to join to this conference to establish fusion energy - as well as pursue future alternative energy solutions. We are sincerely sorry for those countries not listed but requested entrance - we have perceived domestic and foreign policy conflicts that would not be conducive to the cooperative energy development, and at a time when such projects were to become feasible once again, we would welcome your respective countries to join our project.

This threads is to be the future central organization of the International Fusion Project (IFP), with the hope to introduce fusion energy within 20 years as a practical energy source. It's primary purpose is aimed at the peaceful development of new energy sources, and is in no way a military, economic, political, or social alliance; it is only the marriage of the greatest minds in the world set upon to tap the resources of fusion energy production to reduce the dependency upon more hazardous fuels and sources.

A delegation from the University of Osaka has been sent to the International Fusion Project. They are expected to contribute significantly towards the Stellarator method of controlling fusion.

We have sent a small group of our finest nuclear scientists to the International Fusion Project. They are becoming part of the SSF's "Fossil Fuel Freedom" plan by 2020, and we hope that the fusion project will succeed and that clean power can be harnessed.

Although the German Confederation is saddened at not being included in the Fusion Project, it still supports this project fully.

Having received invitation from the ASSA delegate (dude... you need another name...), the Han Empire is pleased to grant admission to this conference to the ASSA. We hope to receive their scientists as soon as possible.

The Han Emperor wishes to call the members to Sanghae {Shanghai} to begin discussions on this project and implementation of research, designs, practical tests, and other necessary modes of use. We encourage diplomatic envoys from each country to arrive as well - as considering political contributions must also be considered.

We furthermore encourage more than those listed below to offer their participation, and thereby enter into such a league, as long as your state is found to be within bounds of a stable and amiable government.

The Saharan Confederate Expanse will send a team of its finest nuclear scientists to Sanghae to represent the Expanse on this progressive project.

The conference is set to begin, and the Imperial Delegation was ready to receive the other delegations in Sanghae. It was a nice windy day in March, no rain in sight thus far. Hopefully, it would remain this way for the duration of the conference.
