we no more than 100 tanks
The Republic of Kanami will allow you to set up a military instilation and have troops under such conditions:
Weaponry must be confined to your premises, anyone wishing to have a concealed weapon must have a Kanami Conceald Weapons permit
Troops are expected to obey the law. If an infraction occurs, we will expect disciplinary action via court martial or other means, otherwise we will have the right to revoke their military rights and trie them as a citizen. If Multiple infractions occure will request the troop be expelled and reassigned outside of Kanami.
As such controlled substances (i.e. alchol, tobbaco, any kind of had core street drug) must always remain on the premises of your base and used in accordiance with your laws. (If applicable)
Inform the Ministry of Defense of exercises that may extened beyond your base permiters.
Troops are welcome to rome about the country in or out of Uniform as the wish as long as they abide by the above rules. Your base will be established in the southwest desert area of Kanami within 50 miles of a nearby town. All enviromental laws will be enforced we reserve the right to terminate this base contract at anytime for any reason
