Kampfers Opens New Embassy Tower

We have finally completed construction on our embassy building in downtown Kampfers Stadt. It is called Embassy Tower, and contains 105 stories. All nations wishing to place an embassy in the Armed Republic of Kampfers and start diplomatic relations are honored.

Embassy Rules:
- No more than 30 soldiers are allowed. While this is your sovereign territory, we do not wish to create a national security crisis
- No more than 6 armored vehicles
- Wartime arrangements will be made to ensure the safety of your diplomat
- If your embassy is in red, it means that you currently have restrictions placed on your embassy.

The proposed airport would be able to serve as a direct transportation link between our countries, and allow for increased tourism. In addition to serving the New Order the proposed airport would be open to all airlines given permission to operate out of it by the Kampfers Government.

While you may have a building outside the embassy tower, we can not grant it to you as soveriegn ground and thus can not allow soldiers there. Thus it is highly reccomended that you have your embassy within Embassy Tower. You have currently been assigned floor 17.

The New Order would use the airport as a military transfer point and is excepting to make some very large deployments outside of the New Order and our government needs a out of the way place to use as a midpoint for operations. While your airport may be fine for normal civilian flights there is concern about the number of military flights that would be taking place. Currently the number of daily flights was projected to be nearing seven hundred.

It would be strongly appreciated if the request is granted.

While we respect your point, we can not allow our country to be used as the base for another countries military operations. It is a violation of our delicate neutral state.

x2 12.7mm rocket pods, each pod holding 55 rockets.
x2 TOW missle cluster, each cluster having 4 rockets.
x1 Resupply cart, a bay built into the bottom of the helicopter designed to hold up to 300 pounds of resupply medical gear or ammunition. Can also be used to evacuate casulaties if litter is jury-rigged to it.

The helicopter itself is similar to an Apache in terms of shape, however it is equipped slightly extended pylons on the sides to allow for attatchment of additional weapons systems and greater loiter capacity due to extra fuel. Armor wise it has been improved with a layer of titanium-ceramic disks under the outer skin to protect against small arms fire.

The 'Lemur' is essentially a rebranded and repainted UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter that has been downgraded in terms of armor to improve carry load and loiter time, the 'Lemur is unarmed'

Under the Leaders suggestion, I am offering you an old palace from the monarchial days of the Fortress City of Hesse. The Palace is currently not in use, and as our first diplomatic tie to the world at large we would like to offer the space to you.

The only restrictions are no tanks, as this would most likely create a national security crisis. Other than that, the only limitation would be the amount supplies you could ship in country for your men. The Palace grounds cover 2 square kilometers of land, and has well over 300 rooms in all 3 of the buildings.

Sir Asad puffed thoughtfully on a cigar, glancing over the orders he had received one more time. Relations with Kampfers had been on again, off again... mostly off recently on account of the Corporate-Prussian war, despite the promising start due to COMECON. A few weeks ago he had been told that the embassy had been designated as restricted. Definitely a low point.

Still, he now had a message to deliver to the Kampferian government, of a nature that required a personal, and private, meeting. He sighed and called in his secretary, one of only ten civilians now remaining at the embassy; a number of staffers had been sent back home on the outbreak of the war.

"I need you to get in touch with the Kampferians." he said, taking one last puff before stubbing out the cigar. "Let them know that I would like a meeting."

"You know, I was intending to retire this year," Asad chuckled, gazing through the windows as the city rolled by. "Got denied on account of the war. By rights, I shouldn't be on a beach in the tropics enjoying a peaceful old age, not stuck in the middle of Kampfers during a war."

"Yes, sir." the driver replied, never taking his eyes off the road.

"You're great conversation, you know that, Youssef? Really helps steady the nerves before an important meeting, you know?"

"Sorry, sir." Youssef remained stonefaced. "We're almost there, anyway."

The old diplomat sighed.

"Don't know why I try... all right. No use waiting, this could take a while. Head on back to the embassy and I'll have you called up when I need a lift back."

"Yes sir..."

Youssef paused.

"...Good luck in there, eh? I'll say a prayer."

Asad blinked.

"Thanks, Youssef. "

"No problem, sir."

Youssef hopped out and opened the door as the more cars in the procession pulled up, disgorging a few staffers and officials. Kampfers Stadt... here they were.
